Fun in the Forest

Great space, lots of room to playJet tub was favorite part of course!Kitchen had everything u could ask for, we never ate out at a restaurant one single time!Could use new sleeper sofa in living room and master bedroom patio door didnt open so it was pretty warm upstairs the first night

Villa next to Starved Rock

This place was great! It was bigger than we expected - we could have fit a second family, though it would have been a bit tight. The whole place was really nice - comfy beds, fireplaces, and even a hot tub as an added bonus :) And, of course, it's very close to Starved Rock and the other nearby state parks.A great place to stay!

Getaway

3 day short getaway vaca to Starved Rock. This villa is a wonderful choice to stay at. Very well priced esp. no cleanup charges (all the other units charge up to 150 extra for cleanup). Spacious, quiet away from noisy water park but short walk there. Nice grounds. Villa well insulated from neighbor noise. Nice to walk around the grounds as the state park was wet and muddy. Will be back. Thanks Ivan for great communication.

Impressive Holiday Host

Having a short new years holiday stay over with extended family, we were met with the pleasing accommodations and the surprise of a festive holiday tree and decorations perfect for the atmosphere. Very thoughtful host and accommodating, I would enjoy returning to this villa in the future.

"Spacious & Cozy" Is Accurate -- We Loved This Place!

This comfortable villa accommodates a family to enjoy a nice visit to the Starved Rock State Park area and/or the Grand Bear Resort area. Well-stocked kitchen and supplies. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Cute and comfortable

My friends and I had a fun time visiting Starved Rock and this place was close and convenient. We had a small issue with the door not locking but got it resolved very quickly. It was spacious and cozy.

Spacious clean in a great location

Clean property plenty if room for a big group! Very close to Starved Rock and Matheissen Parks!! Could use some repairs. Master slider screwed shut so no acess to balcony, fireplace non functioning. Large complex of villas and GPS took us on a "scenic" route!! I would stay again!!

We love the outdoors, hiking, and anything to do with mother nature. We both live close by in Peru, IL. and we have been going to Starved Rock to hike our entire lives. When the opportunity came to own a place near Starved Rock we quickly jumped on it. Our goal is to share the natural beauty that the area has to offer and give you the best accommodation possible while doing it.
