Villa de luxe de niveau inférieur à côté de Embassy Suites Hôtel. distance pour les restaurants et les repas, les activités de la famille, shopping, vie nocturne, et à quelques minutes de Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, et la station de golf de marche. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de l'espace extérieur, le quartier, le lit confortable, et la cuisine. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

We loved our stay in this condo. The owner was very quick in answering questions. The unit has everything you need and the location is great for wonderful restaurants. Would stay here again. We could not get the wifi to work on my tablet because the device wanted the IP address. But my phone worked fine.

Amazing condo

Loved our stay in Jennifer’s condo…convenient for walking to all restaurants in Old Town La Quinta…had everything we needed for our 2.5 month stay!!! Will gladly stay and re-book when we return to the area!

Great location I'm old Town LA Quinta, CA. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was very responsible and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Great vacation condo.

Everything was excellent except for the lack of where to hang clothes. The rack outside the door to I assume the closet was too high even when my husband put a stool he found so I took the vacuum cleaner out of the cupboard by the front door to hang my clothes. The armoire in the bedroom with the tv inside was not used.

Quick trip

Very clean and quiet; had everything you could need (except hair shampoo, but that's OK!) and phenomenal pricing compared to any hotel that wouldn't have half the amenities. Owner was very quick to communicate and very helpful...I did struggle with how to set the thermostat but got it to work just fine.

Jennifer’s home was as described and perfect for our week stay in La Quinta for business. We were able to take advantage of the pool and several of the many restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable, clean, and central location!

Jennifer was super accommodating and fast to respond. The photos don't do the home justice, as it's so beautifully decorated and has gorgeous views. Everything inside the condo is organized and there are extra bathroom toiletries, towels, and linens. The pullout sofa and bed were both super comfortable. Centrally located if you're touring the area. If you're visiting because of music festivals, it's a bit far but a short uber ride from shuttle drop-off locations. Good experience overall!

Nice and clean.

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that might be updated would be taller toilet for us older folk and more comfortable patio furniture. We spent every morning on the front patio with our coffee and small breakfast. Needs to comfortable chairs and a larger table. Otherwise we would surely rent this unit again. Host was very accommodating. Would rent this condo again.

I'm a traveling singer. While I am away I like to rent my home out to people who will be respectful and appreciate the amazing little area that is Old Town La Quinta. We have a little gem in this area of the community and it's the perfect place for relaxation, great dining, shopping, and music and art festivals. Easy access to many amenities, sports, clear skies and fresh air.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My property is easy access being a lower level unit and is walking distance to many amenities. You could literally come for the weekend, park your car and not need it again until you leave, that is if you want to stay in the Old Town La Quinta area. Down the street we have a modernized and brand new cinema and many shops and restaurants. A 5-10 minute drive from Coachellafest/ Stagecoach. Uber and Lyft are both available.
