Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est une maison familiale construite au dĂ©but des annĂ©es 1990. Il a 4 chambres Ă  coucher. 3 avec lits queen, 2 d'entre eux donnent sur la riviĂšre Murray. L'autre chambre Queen donne sur le jardin. Une petite 4Ăšme chambre a 2 lits simples. Toutes les chambres sont au rez de chaussĂ©e. Il y a une salle de tennis de table qui a. Petit canapĂ©-lit, une cuisine, une famille et un coin repas avec poĂȘle Ă  bois. Il y a aussi une salle de lecture / jeux avec un canapĂ©-lit dans l'espace principal de la famille. La chambre principale a un dressing et une salle de bain. Il y a une salle de bains principale et des toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es avec une buanderie. La maison peut accueillir confortablement entre 2 et 12 personnes. Il est idĂ©al pour une escapade tranquille Ă  proximitĂ© du vignoble de Trentham Estate ou pour une expĂ©rience remplie d’action de ski et de pĂȘche. Le linge est fourni.

The house was in a great location. Really nice gardens, the house had everything we could need. Great spot for families, quite spot on the river and further enough from the road for privacy and noise. We would highly recommend this property and will be back in the future.

Huge house, awesome location, fantastic surrounds.

Quite a stunning location on the River Murray waterfront. Beautiful setting with grass and trees. I would suggest to the owners to replace the pod coffee machine as the one here had real problems, and we gave up on using it. But I can't mark down the overall experience for a faulty coffee machine because the rest of our stay was great. Virtually next door to Trentham Estate Winery - how awesome!! Thoroughly recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to visit Mildura surrounds.

Lovely property

Beautiful big house with absolute river access. Easy check in and great communication by hosts. Very clean and tidy. Great facilities. Direct river access for fishing etc. Backyard on a slope for anyone with mobility issues. Definately stay again if we are up in North Vic. hill

Friends Getaway

Having been in the Hospitality Accommodation industry for over 30 years, I was a tiny bit disappointed with the overall cleanliness and lack of maintenance. The mould in both showers needs to be addressed as does the amount of dust and cobwebs throughout. As an asthmatic I found it a little difficult. Aside from these things, overall the house is spacious and comfortable with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The location was to die for and the views of the river unsurpassed. The welcoming gift of chocolates went down a treat, thank you. My group of friends and I would certainly stay again if the above issues are given the attention required.

Great location and stay

This very well equipped property, particularly the kitchen is in a great location on the river - a fantastic family stay. It was cool overnight during our stay but slow combustion heater and individual room heaters made it very comfortable. Communications were prompt & helpful. Highly recommend & would stay there again when in the area.

What a spot!

Myself and 3 other work mates stayed for 2 weeks and could not have been happier! Watching people water ski in the afternoon, going for a swim, cooking up a storm in the kitchen and on the BBQ, plenty of table tennis tournaments and absolute peace and quite. Awesome place, would highly reccomend!

Wonderful experience

It's just nice when the description and hype for a property (and the images) aren't misleading and you actually get what you were expecting (hoping). Riana on the Murray is, indeed, on the Murray and has sensational views from the house and the long, extensive verandah. If you're looking for an apartment or house with full on luxury, close to the Mildura city centre and within walking distance of shops and restaurants - then this isn't for you. But if you're looking for a beautiful property with plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms, and most of the amenities you'd need, then consider this property. It's not far from Mildura, easy to find and just far enough away to provide a relaxing experience. With some early preparation visitors can enjoy meals in-house and plan to eat out at the many restaurants in and around Mildura. Trentham Estate Winery is close by (walking distance and accessible along the river bank if you're keen). There is plenty of room for friends or families looking for a get together and I highly recommend this property to those looking for a River experience around Mildura.

Girls getaway

We loved everything. Enjoyed the river view, sitting on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and afternoon with our wine. Inside was cosy with the wood fire. The property is great for all types of groups. We were a group of workers but could easily be a family trip or friends trip with the river just there and the room in the house with plenty to do.

Charming property

The place was clean, had everything we needed to feel at home: fireplace is definitely a bonus, cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were labelled hence easy to find what you require for cooking. Easy access to the river if you are into fishing. Close to IGA and Trentham Cliffs Winery. Communication was great with our host Greg). We would highly recommend this charming property.
