Située dans une rue calme et familiale, à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Wrightsville, cette maison unifamiliale de 5 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain, dispose de 3 niveaux pour accueillir confortablement 14 personnes.

Le niveau inférieur a un coin salon confortable qui se connecte à un porche couvert faisant face au son. Il dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une buanderie. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez un espace spacieux et ouvert avec une cuisine complète, une salle à manger et un salon très confortable. Un porche couvert fait face au son; merveilleux pour se détendre en plein air ou à manger! Ce niveau contient également la chambre principale avec une salle de bain privée et une chambre d'amis et salle de bain. Enfin, le dernier étage est un nid de corbeau fermé, l’endroit idéal pour se détendre après une magnifique journée à la plage!

Great property with plenty of room for a family. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wrightsville Beach!

Great family vacation

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 74 to 28, had a wonderful time and were very comfortable in the home. The property was very clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach was great, about a 5 minute walk. Great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

The bunk room was good! The mattress on third floor guest room bed seemed to be worn and have depressions that made sleeping uncomfortable for one of our guests. Other VRBO places that we have stayed had coffee available as well as starter shower gels and shampoos. We realize that the listing of recommended things to bring included these things, but we forgot to check on that. Our great grandkids loved the beach. The water is very nice clear and clean looking.

It's off the main road, tucked in a quieter neighborhood which makes it feel secluded, while still being a quick walk across the street to the beach accesses. The new owners have made some amazing upgrades to the floors and furniture, including a 75" flat screen in the lower living area! Great home for family trip

We enjoyed this home with two families. This home was great for families with teens or older kids as we had space for adults and kids. The kids enjoyed the upstairs crows nest for games and the separate TV area. Well furnished, great location. Easy walk to the beach.

South end beach rental

We loved this house! It was perfect for a getaway with friends for the weekend. The house was well stocked and in a great location on the south end of the beach, which was really peaceful. Would definitely like to stay again!

Great family place to stay for our 3 generations. Only issue was paying in advance for early check in but manager forgot to change door codes & had some issues getting in touch to fix.

Wedding weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house! There was plenty of room for all the generations of family members that were there. Lots of light, lots of room to sit around and visit. Very close to the beach. Would 100% absolutely recommend!

great place

We were a large group. our entire family was there for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. The location was perfect, only about 10 mins to the wedding venue. The beach was right around the corner, great coffee shop. We were all so happy with the house.

Great home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 people and had plenty of room. Of course, you need to like stairs! :) It was winter, so didn't spend time on the decks, but it would be great in the summer. Easy walk to the beach or intercoastal. Nice neighborhood.

Fantastic week!

Fantastic house! Our family of 11 was very comfortable in the three level beach house. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the common areas were very comfortable. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the porch. It’s an easy walk to the beach or the inlet. You are able to watch the sunrise in the morning at the beach and a beautiful sunset at night over the inlet. The neighborhood is well cared for and a delight to walk around. Everything was convenient. The beach is less crowded at the south end of the island. Everything added up for a perfect stay. We would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families had a great stay at Beach Living July 2022. Everything was as stated, in working order, clean, and appropriate. The only criticism we would have (and it is small) is the lack of a refrigerator/freezer at the lower level to hold additional ice and beach drinks.

This was not the original house we had booked, that RSVP was canceled unexpectedly a few days prior but Bryant RE did a great job getting us moved & into a different house. There was a small amount of mold/mildew in the master shower, I didn’t check the rest or the showers. Bedroom carpets were stained. Minor things, overall a very nice experience. The large tv is great, luckily my daughter figured out how to turn it all on. Love the subtle beach decor. Lots of room and so close to the beach access.

Property is amazing. Great location. Seriously the best location. The house is wonderful and perfect for what we needed. One room with lots of beds and then otherwise just great rooms and very well kept property. Love the bird's nest. Just know there was not a lot of household items. For example one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom. Just one. Just one paper towel roll. Just one. Just one garbage bag. You get the idea. Lots of lots of great towels and washcloths and hand towels. No issue there. One dishwashing detergent pod. One really old and kind of broken corkscrew. No issue just now we know for next year and there will be a next year this will be our first choice for our family again. Super easy check out. I mean like really super easy. 5 *****
