Il est magnifiquement aménagé et fermé. La chambre principale est côté océan avec un balcon pour profiter de la vue ou laisser les portes ouvertes pour entendre les vagues se briser. Il y a aussi un balcon sur le salon côté océan. Le condo offre une grande cuisine, une grande buanderie et la deuxième chambre et la salle de bain sont aussi grandes que le maître. Bain à remous, piscine et à distance de marche du village et des restaurants. Moins de 0. 1 miles de la plage

Great location, very spacious

The condo is in a nice quiet oceanside neighborhood on the second floor, which was convenient once we discovered the elevator. We were amazed at the spacious rooms. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Strong pros / few cons

First the pros: very conveniently located to the Village and to two beach accesses; very neat and clean condo, generously sized bed and bath rooms with wide doors and hallways; sliding doors from living space and primary bed room to balcony; also very convenient to have an assigned covered parking space. Responsive mgmt and easy check-in and -out. I’d be remiss to not mention the cons which are mostly the same as others have mentioned, so I was aware in advance but they currently still apply: very small pool and pool deck with only 2 chaise lounge chairs and maybe 1-2 sit-up chairs. I’d say the pool area is smaller than most pools at individual homes and certainly too small for the number of condos in the bldg. The pool also had large areas of green algae on the deck and the complex had it along the corridors brick flooring, crevices etc. The entire grounds could use significant algae treatment and power washing immediately. The condo could use new mattresses, pillows, bed coverings and a lighter brighter environment in general. The furniture on the balcony is not comfortable and could easily be replaced / updated at a reasonable cost because it’s not a huge balcony deck. Bottom line: it was economical, you get what you pay for and I suppose the savings compared to some of the local resort-like condos should level expectations.

Great location

Loved the location and the size of the condo. Can walk to town which was a huge advantage and public beach is just across the street. Complex had a pool but very small and nowhere to lay out. Neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Beach view is fantastic.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love staying at this condo because of the location, layout and price !! Could not ask for a better Beach Stay when going to St Simons ! It’s not a huge building so the pool is never crowded! The beach access and area is not crowded as well and we love that too!

Loved it

The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortably appointed. The walk to town was easy. The view of the beach from the balcony was the icing on the cake. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Spot to take a break!

Went down to the ocean with friends for a quick break and had a wonderful time. Condo was clean, neat, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Lots of room and loved having the washer dryer. We will be visiting again soon!

Lovely stay

Our condo was very nice, clean and had nice view of the ocean.It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was somewhat busy when we were there in may but was getting much more crowded the day we left. This is a lovely island but does not have much beach and the tides come during the day to the large rock in some areas so you have to be careful when you go out on the beach.

Perfect stay

Took my parents for this visit and the condo was perfection. Very spacious, quiet, and so nice that we could take our little dog. The only problem we ran into was the TV in the main area would only allow streaming. Such a tiny problem but my dad wanted to watch golf. I will book this one again!

Ideal Beach Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with great beach view from large balcony . Able to see large ships cruise by and hear the ocean waves. Lovely tree lined street. A great location to beach ...short walk to village shops and restaurants. The write up on Vrbo said pool not working but it was.

Condo on St Simons

Spacious condo; furnishings somewhat dated but comfortable. Very clean. Convenient parking and elevator.Nice neighborhood with open ocean view. We would rent again. Please replace the primary bedroom carpet— it detracts from the overall attractiveness of the condo!

Yes, the property is right across from the beach and blocks from town, however, it needs serious furniture update and the bedroom carpets are filthy. The price was reasonable, I guess because many things need to be replaced. Wouldn’t stay again.

We were so surprised at how large it is, we loved the layout and it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, including the pullout sleeper sofa. Nice to have covered parking and it the location is very convenient - very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to everything. We will definitely consider this place again!

Would stay here again if they put tile in the bedrooms. This is a dog friendly condo and having rugs in bedrooms is a no no. They felt disgusting and very dirty. Other than that would stay there again.

Very nice but the beds

Spacious, clean, lovely condo. Master bath exceptional. Large size w/d. Both beds and all pillows very uncomfortable. If you plan to cook bring your own knives. Only 2 full-size glasses. View of ocean limited but enough to enjoy from balcony and close enough to hear the waves. Didn't discover until the day we were leaving that we needed to enter the door code to lock the door when departing. Nice feature, actually, we just didn't know about it.

A bad experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a disappointment. The air conditioning did not work for most of my two day stay in AUGUST. I had to stay up the first not trying to defrost the frozen unit. The second day was unbearable until a air conditioning repairman came to examine the a/c system. The filter was so dirty it was causing the unit to malfunction. On top of that, the drain in the master shower was clogged causing me to have to stand in dirty water. A shame. The owner did not offer a discount even after my bad experience.

Not what we expected or paid for

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked out from unit #202 this morning. We left unopened bottles of 7-up and water and truly in the refrigerator as we thought someone could use them.I emailed the property manager as well as HomeAway with photos attached to substantiate our review.I've attached several photos so you can see the condition of this unit #202 when we came into it last Tuesday 10/30/18.The ceiling fan in the master, we told you about and you said a handyman wouldn't get to it until the day we left. One picture shows part of the pull chain was in a basket on the dresser in the master bedroom. So this was not a new issue. The curtains and rods that were either broken or not attached.The sheets on the bed that were frayed along the outside seam.The remote in the master bedroom with no cover on it.The dust that was on the dining room table and chairs that hadn't been cleaned.The unit that was supposed to be clean...I've attached a photo of the living room...under the couch. A french fry that's been under the couch for who knows how long.The patio screens that were on the patio, leaning against the wall. You did send someone out to put these on, which was appreciated. But, he left the broken wheels on the counter in the kitchen.Obviously, the bed which we put a memory foam topper on. We realize mattress firmness or softness is a matter of personal preference. When I went into the laundry room, there were spots on the floor and wall that looked like pizza sauce. So, the unit really hadn't been cleaned. This unit just doesn't seem to be cared for by the unit owner or that they're getting by with the bare minimum for a rental at the price point that we paid.
