Notre confortable condo est le meilleur des deux, une promenade facile vers le sable blanc, les vagues qui se brisent et la nature tout autour. Venez vous détendre, savourer une boisson de votre choix et laissez la brise salée apaiser votre esprit.

Près de Ft. Pickens State Park, d'excellents restaurants et un service de tramway (mois d'été), il s'agit vraiment d'un merveilleux moyen de s'en sortir.

Le condo offre 1 grande chambre avec lit King Size, canapé-lit, un coin pour enfant; 2 salles de bains complètes, grand balcon avec aucune vue obstructions du golfe. Laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine mise à jour avec lave-vaisselle et plus. La piscine est fraîche et nette, le belvédère communautaire est idéal pour les sorties gastronomiques, et l'emplacement est absolument parfait. La plage de chien est également à une courte distance de marche, alors oui, amenez votre chiot! Ouvrez la lotion de bronzage, attrapez vos tongs et profitez-en.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect! I love that we could walk to the dog beach right across the street. So convenient. It was also nice to have patio space to eat on and enjoy the outdoors. My only complaint is I wish they would have cleaned the place a little better. It was pretty dusty (blinds and above the fridge) and mold around the tub. Other than that we enjoyed a place with our pup.

Perfect location if you have dogs. Right across the street is the dog friendly section on the gulf, and out back is the sound beach.

We were able to bring our little dog and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone was very nice to us and him. The condo was very nice. Also, the dog friendly beach was just across the street.

Beautiful and quiet

We loved everything about it! Tons of blankets and pillows for the extra guest and of course it is dog friendly. The bay is beautiful, and we love the kayaks and all the beach amenities. Super quiet also which makes it a perfect place to go all day and then rest at night..

Great location, loved the short walk to the beach with our dog. The dog beach was so fun.Only negative was the wifi and cable did not work the entire stay.

Our unit was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. We liked the more modern updates, porches front and back and the direct view over the pool. The bay is a one minute walk to the back of the property and the beach is about a 3 minute walk across the street. Only about 15-20 minutes from Fort Pickens and Landon Beach, which has the most beautiful water we've ever seen in our lives. It looked like the Bahamas at noon. The complex is quiet, people are respectful, and everything is clean and in working order. And Peg Leg Pete's is 5 minutes away, don't miss it, it's delicious! This is a very dog friendly complex and it was wonderful to be able to take him to both the bay and the dog friendly beach directly across the street.

Great property in Pensacola Beach

This property is perfectly located and is off the beaten path. The beach/dog beach was within a short walking distance. Right across the street! The condo was perfectly accommodated with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, close to beach. Great for those with dogs and going to dog beach. Just owners dont follow the rules.

We stayed for the month of February this year 2025. The condo was very well done with everything you would need for a long or short term stay.We found the complex quiet at that time of the season.The location to the gulf beach and the bay beach was very convenient. The view from the deck of this unit provided looks to both gulf and bay.The proximity to the dog beach across the street was ideal for us as we travelled with our dog.Beautiful beaches and area.Shopping very close by 10 minutes to Gulf Breeze and another 10 to get into Pensacola.The staff from Pensacola Beach properties were very helpful and the rental and interactions were very smooth!

Amazing location, Dog Friendly, very clean unit

Came down for a family vacation with our 21yr old Daughter, our 10yr old son and our dog and stayed 6 nights. The first and to me most important thing was the unit was very clean. being dog friendly you are never sure until check in what you are going to get, but this unit was spotless clean and no strange animal smells. Second was the location, you are seconds away from the beach and the bay, the dog beach is literally across the street, you are at the entrance to Fort Pickens, and you are only minutes from restaurant and other attractions. Unit was decorated nicely, had all the things you need for a week stay. Two gripes although minor did keep me from giving it 5 stars. You can not move in the bed without it squeaking very loudly to the point of waking your partner up. Mattress needs to be replaced. And water pressure in both showers is very weak. Some new high pressure shower heads would go a long way as it was a struggle to get any sand off your feet with the lack of water pressure. regardless of these couple small things I will stay here again, the cleanliness and location alone are worth it!

We loved this property! We visited with our pup and it's location across from the dog beach was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated, furniture was comfortable in bathrooms were nice! Definitely appreciated having two bathrooms. Property was very clean, we will definitely stay again!

This was our second time to La Bahia in Pensacola and our first using a rental company instead of private owner. We had a really hard time checking in due to an expired contract, we opted to drive to Pensacola Beach Properties to sign in person which was just a short drive down the road. Mona and her team were so kind and quick to help get everything figured out and get us on our way. This unit fit our family of 4 well but if we had anymore people I believe it would have been too cramped. Some of the units are not numbered so during our stay we had a few people coming up to the door looking for their unit. We had a great stay and look forward to our next trip to Pensacola and La Bahia
