Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums est situé dans le centre-ville de Gatlinburg, à seulement un pâté de maisons de la promenade principale. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dated and dirty, fireplace inoperable, missing lightbulbs, refrigerator light bulbs out, tvs very confusing to operate and did not get many channels, bed very old, furniture and carpet dirty and stained, will not stay here again.

The furniture, bedspread, and pillows smells. We asked for new sheets but had to change it ourselves. The location was good. Everything was within walking distance.

Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was ok. Refrigerator does not work. Good stayed warm and had to put down n freezer. The bathroom has paint falling from ceiling. We had 4 people staying in this and had 4 towels for 5 days. They brought us more towels on the last day when we were leaving. Only was provided one roll toilet paper. I felt this was a handicap accessible room although it was not marked as such. Bathroom sink very low to ground and toilet paper holder was placed just above baseboards. Just odd. Sliding glass door took both arms to pull hard to get open. Would be a great condo if it was kept up.

Comfortable, nice

I chose this place for a month stay as it was one block from my daughter’s home when she added new baby to family. Just needed a comfortable place to sleep and a little separation for everyone. My other daughter came/shared for a week. We didn’t cook/eat much here. Microwave and 2 burner stove were adequate. I did text about slow draining sink and a toaster not working correctly, but did not hear back. Perhaps they did not get text and it wasn’t important enough to me to call. Left note for housekeeper. Heated pool was warm for a few days after it was opened for season but didn’t stay warm. I was leaving so did not question. Some paint updates in bathroom would be good.

Have never had any issues great parking, close to everything within walking distance. Could not finish our time there this trip because I ended up having a appendicitis and need to get home for surgery 😢 we will be back forsure.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in Gatlinburg! We hiked several trails and walked through "The Village." Great town, great local shops! The condo was in a great, easy access location and the managers of Olde Gatlinburg were very friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the bed was stinky. The pillows, sheets and blanket stunk so bad that I could not sleep and my clothes took on the same bad smell. Had to strip the bed, use pull-out couch sheets and cover my pillow with a towel.

Our son had to sleep on the hard floor in the bedroom and not on the couch as advertised. They did refund our money for our inconvenience and finally moved us to another unit on the third night. There was black hair all over the sheets in the bed and pull-out couch mattress. The unit in general could use some serious updates. I feel like the pictures are really misleading. The location of the building was great, though, just a short walk to the strip.

Gatlinburg visit 9/12-9/13

The condo is in a central location. It's close to the village shoppes, the downtown strip, and all major attractions. The best part is everything is within walking distance so, you never have to move your car! I would definitely book again!
