Luxueux, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, mezzanine de 1800 pieds carrés avec plafonds de 20 pieds dans un bâtiment historique entièrement restauré situé au cœur d’Asheville, vous conduira dans un autre lieu représentatif de l’âge progressif de l’Amérique tout en profitant des commodités modernes d’aujourd’hui.
Le propriétaire précédent est un artiste bien connu, Asileville, Eli Corbin, et bon nombre de ses œuvres restent exposées dans tout le condo, ainsi que des œuvres d'art et des artefacts provenant du monde entier.
Le condo est situé entre une Lexington et une église au centre-ville. Un pâté de maisons de Vance Plaza en face de laquelle se trouve la célèbre Pack Square d’Asheville avec des concerts le week-end.

Spacious fully stocked Ashville downtown stay

Large spaces for dining, living room, kitchen, fully stocked, 2 comfortable bedrooms with laundry.Parking is easy two garages within 1 block.Location is about the best for downtown 5 star dining, shopping, walking, and everything.Can't wait to go back and see Ashville in the summer!

Beautiful Condo

Everyone that walked in was in awe of the size of the living space and how bright and attractive it was. Lots of sun coming from windows and yellow walls make it so cheery . I would rent again .

I stayed two weekends in this condo. The location is great with a front and back opening so you can exercise to different streets . One weekend was cold so the fire was cozy and there is sun coming in the many windows . I would rent this again .

Perfection

This condo is absolutely perfect! It has every thing you could possibly want and more. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, events, and bars. Parking in the city garage across the street is fast and easy. The beds, linens, and towels are all top quality. The host could not be more helpful or friendly. This will be our go-to condo every time we come to AVL.

Amazing Luxury

We were in town for a concert at the Orange Peel and wanted to say downtown. This was a beautiful place to stay, the pictures do not do it justice! The record player and gas fireplace made our stay wonderful.

Perfect Location and Great Hosts

Went for a “Girls Trip” with three friends. Location was perfect in that the Condo is walking distance to restaurants and stores downtown. Condo was clean and beautiful. Everything worked. Host was very responsive in checking with us to make sure all was as expected. Highly recommend and would stay again if I go back with my family.

Great downtown loft

Very spacious loft served as a wonderful spot for our adult couples getaway to Asheville. Great location. Once in the condo, it is a great space with two options to enter/leave. The hosts are very easy to communicate with.

Great Location! Awesome loft!

Great place in the middle of everything. And the loft is amazing. Very comfortable and terrific layout. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Would stay again if heading to Asheville.

On a girls trip and we loved that we could walk to so many places to dine and shop. We even took in a concert just 4 blocks away and went to church on Sunday, also walkable. The unit was very nicely appointed and appropriate for the area, very eclectic and roomy!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautifully decorated and homey as well as perfect location for all the activities we had in Asheville. Our host was receptive and helped us with our questions. What a place to stay with fabulous friends!!

Fabulous!

Perfectly located loft. Super comfy bed and very clean and well appointed place altogether. We had easy parking in the garage. All details of how to check in and out were perfectly laid out as well as great suggestions to enjoy Asheville during our stay. A bottle of champagne in the fridge with chilled glass was the cherry on top! We’ll be back!

Girls Trip

Five day girls trip , perfect location! Did not have a car and did not need one ! Central downtown location - The Loft apt was exactly as advertised- Very spacious and comfortable- We loved the beautiful gas fireplace, used it everyday of February stay- Would definitely stay again !

Great Location Downtown Asheville

This apartment was more than big enough to accommodate our travel and time in Asheville! The apartment was quite comfortable and filled with local crafts and art! The key into the apartment was touchy but once we got a hang of it--was super easy. Be aware that there is no parking on site however nearby garage is close by. Once you park --it is very easy to walk to everything in the downtown. We also felt very safe here.

Great place, amazing location

The condo is clean and very nice! Beds, furniture very comfortable. Lived the fireplace! Owner is great and communicates very well! Location is right downtown and easy walk yo everything. The condo was still very quiet even with the downtown location! Highly recommend this property!

No Better Location

This space in the heart of downtown is so convenient to absolutely everything. Stayed here for my wedding and it was a perfect location with everything within walking distance, and plenty of room to have family and friends over for meals and drinks in the evening. Loved all of the artwork and the place was immaculately clean and had more than enough of everything needed. Will be back!

Perfect In Every Way

The property: awesome, clean, spacious, private, and quiet The location: perfect and right in the middle of downtown Asheville. Walk to everything local in 6 minutes and a short drive to everything else The hosts: Incredibly responsive and attentive. Our stay was perfect and their attention to detail and excellent upkeep of the property are a big reason why. Thank you!

Great Condo

An attractive property in the heart of the downtown area. Clean, well furnished and handsomely decorated, it met our needs. Property manager kept in touch and helped us through a minor a/c problem. As mentioned by others, downtown late evening music/noises were noticeable but a minor inconvenience. Plenty of great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. All in all, worth every penny

We love traveling to the mountains and abroad with our young girls. Though we're a beach family in our day to day lives, we hold a special place for the Blue Ridge mountains in our hearts. We love hosting in Myrtle Beach and Asheville.
