Nous avons deux grandes chambres, salles de bains et demie et de blanchisserie. Le salon et la salle Ă  manger est spacieuse et confortable. Faire usage de la cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e ou prendre facilement et de visiter le restaurant sur place. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le balcon ombragĂ©. Il y a un sĂ©curisĂ©e, parking couvert. Si vous ĂȘtes pour un peu d'exercice, il y a deux gymnases, deux courts de tennis et deux piscines.

Voici pour le plaisir?

célÚbre Swan River estran de Perth est directement à travers la route. Barrack St jetée est une courte distance de marche. De là, vous pouvez visiter le clocher de Perth ou prendre un bateau. Il est juste un court trajet en ferry à travers à South Perth pour visiter le zoo. Sinon, vous pouvez prendre une croisiÚre sur la riviÚre pittoresque de la ville historique Fremantle ou le ferry pour l'ßle pourrie.

L'Ă©chelle de Jacob est Ă  seulement 100 m et vous emmĂšnera jusqu'Ă  Kings Park & ​​Botanic Garden. Kings Park offre une vue imprenable sur le fleuve et la ville, ainsi que toute une sĂ©rie de choses Ă  faire et Ă  voir. Il y a de grands parcs pour les enfants et un arbre haut de marche pour plus de superbes vues de la ville, pour ne nommer que quelques-uns.

Wonderful Place

It was my second time staying at Boronia. I love the location and the well equipped, comfortable apartment. The owners went out of their way to pass me a vehicle parking permit so that I could park my Imax in the visitor car park. The apartment has almost everything you need eg. laundry detergent, washing liquid, wine glasses, etc. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Great location and great for kids

We recently stayed at this property and found it fantastic. Very clean, tidy, welcoming - a real home away from home- great for kids- co located in a resort with access to pool and tennis court, close to kings park and the CBD. Traveling with kids is stressful and this accommodation certainly took a lot of street out of it! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We were looking for a nice neat and safe apartment for a few nights that was close to the hospitals and also had on-site parking. This 2 bedroom Gem, had everything we needed. Heating, security, a bath for post surgery, modern and tasteful furnishings and quality and comfortable bedding. The owners even left a small basket of tasty goodies to help settle us in. The location was perfect, easy to get in and out of the city and very safe and secure. Will definetely bring the whole family back next time ?

We loved our stay here. Had everything we could possibly want. The little touches Gavin and Jo put in make it a home away from home. Kids loved the pools gym and tennis courts. Close to everywhere but also very quiet of a night. Close to jacobs ladder for some extra exercise. We stayed January 2016

Great property!

Attended a conference in Perth and shared Boronia with 5 other ladies. Found the place spacious for all of us. It is quiet, clean and had all the things we needed including the kitchen. Conveniently located between Kings Park and the city .. also just a short walk to the free city bus pick up/drop off points. Gavin is a very efficient property manager... his customer service is excellent. He answered my queries and emails very promptly.
