- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.

Well located. Good place for family visiting Perth. 2 rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and lounge and kitchen. As expected. Reasonably priced. Human-less check-in. Had to fill in some forms and pay an extra insurance thing which was slightly odd. Included all ammenities, wifi, fridge, AC/heater, fan, hair dryer, shower soaps, washing machine with pods provided, and drying rack and vacuum in cupboard. Clean and modern. TV was broken but didnt use it anyway and think theyll fix that. Had to empty all bins when we left but no other chores like some hosted places. Overall great time and space.

We did not start off well here. Before arrival, the property owner required us to use a non-VRBO website for a security deposit. This site wouldn't take the credit card used to book the property and was also not a secured site. I contacted VRBO which in turn contacted the property owner, who then literally screamed at me over the phone for contacting VRBO! I am now in the process of cancelling the credit cards I used to pay for the security because my bank thinks they've been compromised. VRBO should not allow this. The VRBO payment was non-refundable but using the property was dependent on paying a security deposit on a different and non-secure site that wouldn't accept AMEX.The apartment was run-down -- stained carpeting and a dirty balcony. Worse, the air conditioning worked minimally. We were cautioned to keep the temperature set over 74, and we respected this, but it remained extremely hot in the apartment (Temps in Perth Australia while we were there were around 83 deg F during the day). Furthermore, after a few hours, the AC (a SIPS unit) would start leaking water and would have to be turned off. There was no AC in either bedroom, & both were very hot at night. One bedroom had a fan because I assume the property owner was aware of this problem. The other bedroom did not have a fan, and was miserable.The apartment was well-located, and was easy to find. The shower worked well as did the washer/dryer. We would not stay here again however.
