Mon appartement se situe dans un immeuble résidentiel où il convient de respecter le voisinage : les soirées festives, les nuisances sonores ne sont pas adaptées. Ce sera pour vous le même confort. Vous apprécierez cet appartement de 70m2 en étage élevé (ascenseur) avec balcon végétalisé sur rue et véranda sur cour. Lumineux et confortable, traversant est-ouest, situé dans un quartier animé et tout près des Halles Bocuse, vous pourrez vous rendre à pied vers les principaux lieux de visite de la ville. Salon-salle à manger donnant sur balcon (fenêtres double-vitrage), cuisine séparée ouverte sur véranda, 2 chambres confortables (1 lit en 1,60m et un autre en 1,40m), une salle d'eau douche à l'italienne. WC séparé.
A 5mn de l'appartement, vous rejoindrez les quais du Rhône tout récemment aménagés pour entamer une balade bucolique et vous rendre au Parc de la Tête d'Or, l'un des plus grands parcs urbains de France. A 3mn à pied vous découvrirez les Halles Bocuse haut lieu de la gastronomie lyonnaise où vous pourrez faire vos courses ou aller dans un des nombreux restaurants sur place ou bien vous pourrez traverser la presqu'île pour visiter le centre historique du vieux Lyon inscrit au Patrimoine de l'humanité depuis 1998 et prendre ensuite le funiculaire pour bénéficier d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville de la Basilique de Fourvière. Shopping en Presqu'île ou au Centre Commercial de la Part Dieu, à 10 minutes. Location de vélo au pied de l'immeuble. bus, tram et métro tout proche.

Great location

This apartment was perfectly located. We walked to all the sights and restaurants, as well as the train station. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We will stay here again if we have the chance to visit Lyon in the future.

Loved Lyon

We had a great holiday in Lyon and a comfortable stay in the apartment. You will find everything you could possibly need and more. We appreciated having a full kitchen as there is a wonderful market only a couple blocks away where you can buy gourmet ingredients. The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had.

Simply perfect!

This is a superb apartment, tastefully furnished with everything a traveller could need, including many thoughtful touches which made us feel very much at home. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and Vieux Lyon. Trams and the trolley bus are at the door and it is a comfortable stroll to the Lyon Part Dieu railway station. Situated as it is at the junction of the Rhone and the Saone, Lyon is a beautiful city with much to offer. Elisabeth is a delightful and most obliging host and we could not recommend this apartment more highly.

Excellent place to stay in Lyon

This is an amazing property with an amazing host. Elisabeth was responsive, met us on arrival and accommodated our check out needs. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and quiet - it had everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located, you can easily walk to all the major attractions and there are excellent local restaurants. This is truly a five star rental in Lyon.

Elegant apartment in central Lyon

Centrally located, Elisabeth's apartment is spacious with balconies at front and rear, high ceilings and beautiful decor, equipped with everything you will need and spotlessly clean. In spite of its central location (a 20 minute walk from the restaurant district) it is quiet at night. Would recommend it as the perfect place to stay in Lyon.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Elizabeth’s apartment… the place is nicely decorated with wonderful art…. She gave us ideas for restaurants and also went as far as making a reservation for us She also helped me in acquiring some art while I was there on vacation. Highly recommended!

The apartment is tastefully appointed and decorated, with everything you need to experience living the French way. You High end motorized blinds and shades, double pane glass makes it very quiet. Comfortable beds. The apartment is a stone throw away from downtown Lyon and the not to be missed "les Halles Paul Bocuse". Elizabeth Mossé was at the apartment to welcome us. She was the perfect host and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness.

Great apartment close to the centre of Lyon

The apartment is Elisabeth's home, so it has everything you are likely to need unlike a holiday let. Two good double bedrooms, a good sized living area more than adequate for four. Galley type kitchen, well equipped. Modern walk-in shower. Great location for exploring Lyon which has a fantastic public transport system, so you don't need a car day-to-day. Short walk to Vieux Lyon and the left bank bars on the Rhone. The Les Halles food market is on your doorstep. Bakery opposite and very good supermarket 5 minutes away. Elisabeth was helpful, responding to queries promptly and providing information. We had a lovely time.

Lovely Apartment in Lyon

We spent a week in Elisabeth's apartment, and it was perfect for our stay. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen and bath well-equipped, and the interior design pleasing. Elisabeth was accommodating for our arrival time and was in touch via VRBO throughout our stay to attend to any needs. The location is quiet and close enough to walk to many of the sites. We second her recommendation of Daniel et Denise and La Reserve as excellent nearby dining places. Paul Bocuse, a food court a few blocks away, is worth a visit, serving an assortment of items from raw oysters to desserts. We were surprised that many restaurants in Lyon are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so be sure to check each restaurant's hours. We also recommend Les Lyonnaise in Vieux Lyon. If we return to Lyon, we would definitely try to stay in Elisabeth's apartment again.

A perfect place to see a wonderful city

This is one of the best apartments we've stayed in. Immaculate, modern and so organized. Everything is written out in both French and English. Instructions to every appliance, everything you need to know. Because it is her actual home, it is very well-equipped with everything you would need. Elizabeth met us when we arrived (she made sure we could meet at a mutually convenient time) and brought us through the appartment explaining everything, answering all our questions. We needn't have worried becuase it was all written down on paper in plastic covering. She was also available by phone if we needed anything. The apartment is in the 6th which is quiet in the evening. We walked everywhere. You will need to walk about 10-15 min to get to the Presqu'ile. The old town is on the other side of the second river, the Saone so there's a lot of walking in Lyon. If you are not a walker, there's the metro, tram or bus so it's easy to get around. I liked the fact that at the end of the day we were back in our comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. That said, there are plenty of restaurants including an excellent creperie within 5 min. Also down the street within 5 min is Les Halles de Paul Bocuse and a Piccard. This is a wonderful apartment for anyone wanting to visit Lyon

Wonderful location and Fabulous Host!

My sister and I had the pleasure of spending June in Elisabeth’s home. I can’t remember ever having stayed at a Vacation rental with such an attentive and accommodating host. We had a regular conversation by email in advance. She met us on arrival and took the time to explain all of the appliances, even though she had prepared detailed, step by step, instructions in both English and French on how to use the dishwasher, washer/dryer, induction stove/oven, tv, Nespresso, regular coffee maker etc. Additionally, she left us well prepared for a month with lots of soap, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, tp, paper towels, etc. Very very generous. She had lots of fluffy towels and beautiful linens. She also welcomed us with a special Lyon culinary specialty - a praline bread/cake, a bottle of local beer, and a bag of local Lyonnais candies. Her thoughtfulness was extrordinary! She was also kind enough to order a cab for the morning of our departure as the taxi company wanted a local number and I had none. She handled it all on our behalf - she could not have been more attentive, caring or responsive. The apartment is lovely. 2 bedrooms and one bath as indicated. One bedroom had an eastern exposure and one a western exposure. The apartment was delightful and located in a perfect part of the city. A real neighborhood where real people live with shops and restaurants in the area frequented not by tourists but by the people who live in Lyon. The cool morning air is lucious. On a very hot day, fans are available but as is the case in nearly all French apartments, there is no a/c. Highly accessible to several bus lines which run every few minutes to different parts of the city, we regularly commented on what a great location we had found (quite by chance of course). You can easily walk west across the Rhone river to the Presqu’isle in 10 to 15 minutes and actually keep going across the Saone River to Vieux Lyon, the historic district. In fact, the city itself is highly walkable and accessible. We walked 5-6 miles or more nearly every day just because it was so beautiful. Just north of the apartment by about a mile is the Tete d’Or - a magnificent park! We ate breakfast at home, lunch out - our our main meal - and we “assembled” a light dinner. We fell in love with Lyon and our experience was enhanced by the apartment, its wonderful location and its charming and attentive host!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Zunächst ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Vermieterin Elisabeht Mosse. Der Kontakt mit ihr verlief zu jedem Zeitpunkt schnell und reibungslos.Ihre Hinweise und Tips waren sehr wertvoll. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls problemlos. Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen bestens geeignet. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren im Übermaß vorhanden. Die Küche war ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage; ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ca. 300 m entfernt befinden sich die Halles Paul Bocuse, ein Gourmettempel der ersten Klasse. Ebenfalls naheliegen d ist das große Einkaufszentrum Part Dieu. Das Zentrum von Lyon mit seinen zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen erreicht man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten. Alternativ benutzt man den Bus; die Haltestelle ist nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Insgesamt ist das Appartement nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Eine besonders nette und schöne Wohnung!

Frau Mosse hat uns sehr freundlich in Ihrer Wohnung empfangen, uns die komfortablen Utensilien der luxuriösen und extrem sauberen Wohnung vorgeführt und gezeigt. Sie war unglaublich zuvorkommend und großzügig, hat uns eisgekühlte Getränke und Süßigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Während des Aufenthaltes war sie jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns gute Anregungen für Museen gegeben. Der Aufenthalt war geprägt durch Wärme, freundlichen und uns entgegenkommenden Franzosen (Menschen im Straßenverkehr, in den Restaurants, Boulangerien, Geschäften, Bussen und Museen). Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Es war ein Gefühl französisch-deutscher Freundschaft.

The property was in a great location to enjoy the many things Lyon has to offer. The apartment was neat and clean and fully equipped. Elisabeth was an excellent host. Only issue was with the car parking at the Halles but that is another story.

Séjour trés agréable.

Avons passé un excellent séjour à Lyon dans un appartement charmant ; décoré avec gout. Appartement très propre et lumineux .Bien situé pour visiter Lyon . Cuisine très bien équipée et literie parfaite. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible .

A 2 pas de tout ; Très central. Proche de toutes les commodités.
Ascenseur. 1 balcon végétalisé et 1 véranda. appartement traversant est-ouest
Quartier recherché. Immeuble où il fait bon vivre.
Appartement fonctionnel, cosy et agréable à vivre. Décoration contemporaine
Draps et serviettes de bains à disposition. Lits faits.
J'accueille mes locataires et fais le check out. Je reste joignable et suis disponible.
