LOCATION, LOCATION! Venez visiter la belle région de Niagara et séjournez au cœur de la région. Idéalement situé, la maison dispose de 4 chambres à coucher et un très confortable pull-out, 2 salles de bain, 2 cuisines avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre. Longue allée pavée avec un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 véhicules. Minutes à Brock U ou Niagara College et un peu plus d'une heure à Toronto. Voir l'escarpement du salon. 5 min en voiture de la région viticole cave cave (Hernder, Henry of Pelham) et le Club Roma. 15-20 minutes pour les vignobles NOTL. Le quartier est entouré de pistes cyclables, du centre commercial Pen Center et d’un centre commercial de créateurs juste en bas de la rue. À 5 minutes du premier centre des arts de la scène de l'Ontario, du Meridian Arena, du Ridley College et à quelques minutes de route des principales attractions touristiques et des lieux de mariage de la région. Dîner dans l'un des vignobles, randonnée sur le sentier Bruce sur l'escarpement (à quelques minutes à pied), ou le parc Short Hills (5 min en voiture), traverser la campagne et ramasser des produits frais sur un stand, ou visiter l'un des les merveilles du monde et tentez votre chance au casino. (seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Niagara Falls et Niagara-On-The-Lake!). Suite in-law séparée peut être utilisé pour une zone privée si vous le souhaitez ou comme un espace de couchage privé. Great Place near the falls!

The home was neat and comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location was great, near to both the US and Canadian falls, cute downtown, grocery store, and wineries.

Fabulous place to stay!!

This house was exactly like the pictures! Decor was very nice, beds were comfortable and plenty of amenities! We had everything we needed or wanted from cooking utensils to soap! Lee thought of everything! I would highly recommend this place when you are visiting Canada! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Awesome Girls Trip

My friends and I came to Canada for the first time and were not sure what to expect. The house was great for our needs and although we didn’t spend much time there due to great adventures all around us, it was all we expected to be. Clean, with lots of amenities and an awesome deck to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee. We highly recommend this place. Very enjoyable. Thanks to Lee for all his help throughout the process.

Good setup for large family

The host Lee was always available to answer our questions. She provided a high chair and a Pack N Play for our 1 year old. She was accommodating to our needs. The house was nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect to split into two families as the bottom floor has everything the top floor has (kitchen, living room, and bathroom). Ideally / centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was pleasant. Regarding the cleanliness, Lee's cleaners could have done a better job, but Lee was very accommodating and took care of us. We would definitely stay there again.

The VBRO house perfectly met our needs!

The home was comfortable, nicely decorated, nice central gathering areas for the family and rooms were somewhat soundproof for those who went to sleep early. Everything was nice and clean, but there was a lived in feeling that made us not afraid to touch or use the spaces (some places can be too pristine). My only complaint is with the VBRO company. Every time I went to communicate with the owner a stupid program "one key" would pop up and require me to sign in and wait for a code to be sent to my email which I had to retrieve and enter before I could write a few words to the owner. Please remove that barrier to communication!

Just okay...

House was not as clean as it looks in photos or as reviews would describe. There is a musty smell in the house/furniture and we received towels with small stains on them. Additionally, we found large ants throughout the house during our stay and when we contacted the property manager, nothing was done about it. They just acknowledged that they exist and that was that. The neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of space in the house for many people to sleep. However, if I were visiting the area again, I would choose another place to stay. We didn't truly feel relaxed on this trip because of cleanliness issues.

Very poorly maintained.

The first time we attempted to take a shower, the shower head came off in our hands. We called Lee who said she could not get anyone out until the next day. We all had to take our showers downstairs. The downstairs control on the shower was held on with a piece of plumbers tape and was very unstable. We reported this thinking Lee might want to have both problems taken care of at the same time. A man (not a licensed plumber) came and put a new head on the upstairs shower but did not fix the downstairs control. The bedroom downstairs was very cold and the register was broken so we could not shut it off. The girls were freezing. The grill was fifty and unusable. The coffee pot in the kitchen was on a wooden credenza which was stained when we arrived. Because of these problems Lee kept our damage deposit, stating that we had caused these problems. However, she refused to supply us with her cost for repairing these items. Be very careful if you have to rent this property. Be prepared to pay for any maintenance.

Centrally located.

Big back yard, gas grills, wonderful back patio, outside dining table, beautiful landscaping, clean and organized, and plenty of space for guests! Centrally located from the historic town of Niagara on the lake to the Niagara falls and all the cute little towns in between! Excellent value and super host Lee was there for us when ever we needed to get in touch? Can't go wrong by choosing this getaway for your next vacation!

Well-appointed and well-maintained! extremely attentive host

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while spending a couple days in Niagara! Found everything as described and appreciated the meticulous care taken to make our stay as seamless and comfortable as possible. Would not hesitate to rent again and could easily do so with another couple or in-laws- the basement space is more than suitable. Thank you again for all!

Perfect location but house needs updating

Perfect location but the house is old and desperately needs updating. Musty smell in the basement as has been mentioned before in previous reviews. The outside BBQ grill could have been in better shape. But enjoyed our stay though I recommend to the owner to do some repairs. The master bedroom is perfect but the basement really needs to be taken care of.

It’s misleading the second bathroom and living space was in the basement. My sister is handicapped and couldn’t go downstairs. We had to go and get more toilet paper we ran out on Wednesday. Had better experiences in Florida.

Great Home Base for our Girlfriend Getaway

This property is very clean and was a great home away from home for us while we vacationed in the Niagara region. It is close enough to walk to restaurants and some shops. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped (other than small plates) and we enjoyed sitting out back in the pretty, private deck area. Thank you, Lee, for providing us with a safe, comfy place to call home for the week.
