"Gulfside Vistas" est un magnifique condo en attique et est l'endroit idéal pour passer votre séjour à Key West, avec une vue panoramique sur le Golfe et les bateaux de croisière à quai à proximité. Vous aurez une vue sur l'océan sur trois côtés de "Gulfside Vistas" et sur deux balcons spacieux.

La zone de vie ...

Vous pouvez voir l’océan de n’importe quel point de la pièce à vivre décloisonnée et il est baigné de lumière. Les couchers de soleil sont particulièrement à couper le souffle. La cuisine de "Gulfside Vistas" a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils améliorés, y compris le réfrigérateur Sub-Zero. Il y a même un bar pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La télévision à écran plat 50 pouces et la chaîne stéréo sont parfaits pour les nuits où vous n'êtes pas en ville. Le salon dispose d'un canapé qui se transforme en un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Il y a une salle d'eau dans le hall pour la commodité de vos invités.

La piscine communautaire est juste en bas, située directement sur le front de mer. Il y a beaucoup de chaises pour votre confort et une cabane avec des toilettes pour votre commodité. Le parc national de Fort Zachary Taylor se trouve à 800 mètres, avec la plus belle plage de Key West.

Christmas in KW

Family stayed here over Christmas and it was wonderful. It was our third time in KW and these accommodations were the best so far. Plenty of room, pictures and description matched what we saw online, location was great, and the view was amazing. One very very minor thing was we noticed when we walked around in socks the bottoms were a little dirty. Perhaps the floors could have been a cleaned a little better. Honestly its barely worth mentioning and would absolutely not be a reason not to book here. We would definitely return.

Perfect location

Great stay in a 3rd floor apartment giving an oceanfront view. Picture window and two balconies gave lots of options to boat and people watch. Well equipped kitchen with all essentials. Would definitely recommend and return!

Two week break!

Overall the accommodation was as advertised and great. Wish the pool was open after dusk, the pool needs to be monitored more closely for iguana droppings and cleaning. We will for sure look to book again in the future.

Special place!

Plenty of room, great location, and nice and quiet. Elevator and shower chair very helpful for handicapped family member. Alena helped us get settled during a power outage! Hope to return soon.

Amazing views and perfect location!

This condo is super clean, safe, and perfectly stocked! Everything you’ll need for a relaxing trip to the keys. One of the best views with easy access to excursions, spas, restaurants, And all the excitement at Mallory Square. The only sidenote is that there is no access outside regular plug for an electric golf cart. But there are tons of transportation options. Beautiful scenery, and history at this condo!

Sunsets guaranteed

Our family of 4 had a great week at Gulfside Vistas. The condo was well-maintained, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We rented bikes for the week but we were also able to walk to most of our destinations. The pool was clean and the building quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. We used the concierge service for some reservations, which was awesome as well. This location in Truman Annex can’t be beat. We look forward to our next trip.

Outstanding property with incredible views!

Outstanding property with incredible panoramic views from all the rooms. We really enjoyed the very spacious and comfortable rooms and the two wonderful balconies. The area is private but still very close to Duval Street and Mallory Square. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is great. Finding the location the first time using Uber was a little tricky, but it was easy once we became familiar with the area. Very highly recommended!

Great Location!

The views and location cant be beat. The unit is a little tired and needs some paint and update but the agent was great, very responsive to any issues we had. You could sit on the balcony all day and just enjoy the views and activity in the harbor. We would love to come back!

5 Star visit to Key West

This was our first trip to Key West and we had a wonderful stay. Last Key Realty did a fantastic job to make us feel welcome and feel at home in Key West. Shel provided us with top flight service, great communications, and was available for any questions. The view was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the famous Key West sunsets right from our own balcony. The condo location was perfect, close to all the interesting places, close to many great restaurants and it just made the trip a wonderful experience. The condo was super clean, well furnished, and there was plenty of space for our group. I strongly recommend this Last Key Realty Condo. We are looking forward with excitement to our next visit.

Nice condo with a scenic view. Property was well maintained. Great location to Duval Street where the happenings are. The property and location felt posh - not what we usually rent. Shel from Last Key Realty was helpful, thoughtful, pleasant, and kind. He actually ended up returning via Fed Ex 2 important cards my husband left behind. Shel handled the return quickly and efficiently. Shel also left us a wonderful Key Lime pie in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We experienced some of Fantasy Fest (interesting time to be in KW). Recommended: Dry Tortugas (National Park Service ferry) was great - small group due to recent hurricane though Fort Jefferson and Key West were in fine shape for tourism. We snorkeled around the fort and saw several types of fish. Recommended: We jet skied with Barefoot Billy's around Key West island - fun but a bit cold in October, suggest: wear a wet suit. We rented bikes for the 10 days from Island Safari Rentals - got a reduced rate deal and the pick of all the bikes they had in their rental inventory - recommend them as well. Again, Shel was a terrific manager for the property. He was always quick to respond to texted messages regarding questions and needs while at the property. Hope future renters enjoy their stay as we did - thanks!

Great property, superb location and amazing sunset

This property was a dream! Tucked inside Truman Annex, in a gated community sits this amazing vacation condo. The condo is roomy, decorated nicely and had a wall of windows in the living area looking out over the harbor. We had everything we needed in the condo, kitchen utensils, beach towels, chairs, plenty of pillows and blankets, and tourist info. The property manager, Shel, was amazing. He spent time showing us the property and going over restaurants and other local attractions. We did use the concierge service once, that was ok, but due to the chaos from the hurricane, they we difficult to get ahold of. We rented bikes and went everywhere on them. I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Beautiful peaceful property

The condo overlooked the water and the dock and the pool. We could watch the cruise ships come in. Yet we were 4 blocks away from Duval . After Shel oriented us, we knew where to go and how to get there. One of our best vacations ever! We ate dinner one night at sunset key . It was so romantic.

Great location, great service, property in need of some repairs....

This condo is in a great location with easy walking access to the sights of Key West and a great view of the cruise ships docking. The pool was well cared for and we enjoyed it in the hot weather. The condo has a great layout for a family of 4, and could hold up to six, if two don't mind sharing the pull-out sofa. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom (the one for the kids room is in the hall right outside the bedroom door). There is also another powder room, and a laundry room. The kitchen was well stocked in dishes, pans, etc. The condo is in need of repairs... there are some banged up walls and the glass doors in the twin bedroom are broken. Shel, the contact person, is great. He is full of information and fun to talk to. For a fee, he was able to pick up some groceries, which was very helpful since we were arriving late at night. He also checked on us during the week. All in all, we had a very good experience.
