Great place/location/host

Great spot in a nice location not far from Franklin St and the campus of UNC. Don was a great host, I’d recommend his listing to anyone visiting the area.

Kevin is a 5-star guest and always welcome here! It's good to have a UNC alum staying with us for the biggest rivalry basketball game of the season. Unfortunately, we had to commiserate about the Tar Heels loss to Duke!

Weekend Trip

Great clean place to stay that was close to everything. The owner was very hospitable and easy to work with. There is a nice coffee shop, restaurants, and market within walking distance of the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Lovely

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Don was a wonderful host. The property is a lovely hideaway set amidst a truly beautiful garden. It was just right for our needs and in an excellent location.

Cozy in Chapel Hill, NC

We spent three very pleasant days in this cozy basement apartment. I particularly liked the private entry garden and lovely light inside. I would definitely stay there again

Cozy and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. Great communication with the owner. Only one block away from cute shops and grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

Chapel Hill

Overall a great place to stay!! It was super clean and in a great location. Loved how there was a bus in walking distance that takes you to directly to UNC for football games. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Chapel Hill.

Perfect place to stay while visiting our UNC student. Very short walk to Southern Village shops, restaurants, walking paths/trails and short drive to Carrboro, Franklin St and campus. Cozy private apartment in a beautiful neighborhood with a lovely host!

Rental in Southern Village

Very nice rental with a private courtyard entrance. Peaceful and quite area. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Southern Village.

This one bedroom is exactly as pictured on VRBO with extra touches added for comfort and convenience. Don is very responsive and accommodating. This is our 2nd time staying and we will be back!

Perfection In Chapel Hill

Fantastic stay in Chapel Hill while visiting my daughter at UNC. Perfect location with plenty of parking! Don was a fantastic host and the communication was prompt and helpful. The space was immaculate with bright sunny windows and comfortable furniture. I can’t wait to come back! Thanks for everything Don!

Grateful for this spot!

Loved the walkability! We took advantage of the very nearby coffee shop, Sunday night music on the Green, the hammocks at the park, and the great trails and sidewalks through the neighborhoods with really interesting architecture. Kitchen space had everything we needed to prepare a great meal one night. We even used the outdoor grill which was a nice bonus. Don was a very respectful and responsive host.

Best vacation stay ever

Don, Nasrin & Manijeh, Thanks for everything. Your home was the perfect respite for a quick weekend getaway. Don, in particular, went above and beyond with a personal tour to orient me to the accommodations. I also appreciated tips for attractions, coffee shops, and the best 4th of July celebration in Chapel Hill. I recommend this property to individuals and couples who want a luxurious, comfortable stay. I will never forget this trip and look forward to next time.

Great place to stay in a calm neighborhood

The place is cozy and was a relaxing great break my son and I needed. I enjoyed so much the garden and the intimacy of its patio. Don is a knowledgeable and experienced host. He can answer any questions you may have! I recommend. I will come back when visiting my son at UNC.

Perfect cozy space, perfect host, and perfect neighborhood!

As first timers to NC, Don and Nasrin made it such a wonderful experience, all in part because of their hospitality. Their little apartment is such a cozy little hideaway with everything you would need in a most beautiful neighborhood in Chapel Hill. We could walk to all amenities, making it SO convenient. The best little coffee shop and small neighborhood market just a short walk away. The neighborhood has such a sense of community and pride of ownership. So many walking trails in this little part of town, it is a world of its own offering all the best of this city. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Great space. Gracious host.

The apartment had so many thoughtful touches (decks of cards, lots of information on local towns and sites, etc.). It was plenty roomy, with a beautiful garden view and walk to the front door. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Host was genial and very communicative when needed, but not in any way intrusive on our stay. Will try to stay there again on our next visit to Carrboro.
