Cette 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complète, cabine 1750 pieds carrés est l'escapade lac parfaite. La maison a une profonde enveloppe autour du porche surplombant le lac Clarks Hill. Le lac est clairement visible depuis toutes les pièces de la maison. Deux des chambres disposent de lits queen-size moelleux et la troisième chambre est aménagée en chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants et comprend 2 lits jumeaux et un ensemble de lits superposés.
Cette maison est parfaite pour un séjour de pêche, des vacances en famille ou une retraite sereine pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité.
Le quai couvert a toujours des eaux profondes et est parfait pour la navigation de plaisance, la natation et le divertissement du lac en général.

Le lac Strom Thurmond, également appelé lac Clarks Hill, est un réservoir situé à la frontière entre la Géorgie et la Caroline du Sud dans le bassin de la rivière Savannah. Il a été créé par le J. Strom Thurmond Dam en 1951 et 1952 par les États-Unis. Corps d'armée de l'armée près du confluent de la "Petite rivière" et de la rivière Savannah. Avec ses 290 000 hectares, il s'agit du troisième plus grand lac artificiel à l'est du Mississippi, derrière le lac Kentucky sur la rivière Tennessee et le lac Marion sur la rivière Santee. Le J. Le barrage Strom Thurmond est situé en amont d’Augusta, en Géorgie.

Great Lake House on Lake Thurmond

This is a very nice property with great views of the lake from everywhere in the house. House was very clean and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The layout is great, with three comfortable bedrooms upstairs and two full baths (one upstairs and one down), which worked well for our group of 4 adults. There is a nice covered dock, which would be perfect for swimming or boating in warmer weather. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet during our stay, although probably a little busier during summer months. This is a good location for golfing at Savannah Lakes or if you are attending the Masters in Augusta (about 50 miles away). The owner (Meg) was very responsive and easy to work with - we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place for lake trip

This place is in a convenient location on Clark’s Hill Lake. The dock should always have deep water. Easy walk from the house down to the water. House was clean with all you could need for a comfortable stay. Air wasn’t working when we arrived but the owner was very quick to respond and a repairman was there early the next morning to get it fixed. The repairman was very friendly and professional. This was our second year staying at this property and we would go back again.

Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first lake experience for the kids and they couldn’t get enough of it (if you have littles or non-swimmers definitely bring a life vest to swim with as there is no shallow section). We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking (we brought our own) on the lake. The house was well stocked and had plenty of linens. Beds were comfortable and the toys were a great touch for the kids. Overall we had an awesome time.

Great home for lake trip

The inside of it felt like a cabin at the lake, spacious and well equipped we had a great time and loved the place. Would love to come back in a better weather. Booking and checking out process was easy and the host was so helpful.

This home was perfect for us (4 adults and two children) to stay while attending nearby family Thanksgiving events. The kitchen is large with modern appliances. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to friends & family.

Excellent location. Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need and more. Access to the lake was excellent and the dock was perfect for 21' bass boats. The yard had ample parking for boat trailers. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when we go back to Clarks Hill.

Fantastic Lake Cabin

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront cabin. We have rented many places and this by far was one of the cleanest and best stocked homes we have ever rented. Kitchen is much larger than it looks and it was great for cooking meals. Nice that all bedrooms are upstairs so kids were able to sleep in while mom and dad enjoyed the sunrise with a cup of coffee and quiet! Kids loved the bunk room and the closet full of toys. Owner was great to work with and we look forward to staying again next year!

Peaceful and very easy access to the lake. The house was charming and the AC unit was outstanding.

My family LOVED it. Plenty of room, from the rap around deck to the screen porch. Beautiful views and super quiet. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

Our family really enjoyed our time here! Beautiful, clean home. Nice dock on the lake. Good place to swim and boat. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the cove too. Really nice comfy beds. Good quality linens. Owners very easy to work with.

Great lake house!

We loved this property. Great location on the deep water of the lake. Covered dock was also very nice. The open layout of the kitchen and living area was great. Very pretty wood work on the inside. We also really enjoyed the large wrap around porch. Great views of the lake from almost all of the windows. The home was very clean, and we would definitely rent this property again. The owners were very pleasant to work with.

A Gem! Beautiful views of Lake Thurmond! Attractive! Clean! Well equipped kitchen! Great vacation!

We spent over a week at this house and we loved it. This gem of house is situated on a picturesque point of Lake Thurmond in Lincolnton, GA. Though the houses are nearby in this friendly community, nature is all you think about when you enter the house. Magnificent views of the lake from every window and the wrap around porch abound and are exactly what we hoped for our vacation. We brought our boat and it fit perfectly in the covered private dock. Even though the lake is experiencing very low levels right now with docks sitting on dry ground, this location was 10-12 feet deep! This was our first time staying at a lake house with our boat and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. We also enjoyed walking and exploring along the edge of the lake. There's plenty of space to explore and fish. We cooked all week at this house and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. Bell's Grocery store in downtown Lincolnton had terrific Strawberries and more. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay at the lake because it was worth the drive!
