EntiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre utilisĂ©. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave-vaisselle neuf et Ă©limination, charmante salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e, planchers flambant neufs et bar ouvert pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Nouveaux matelas moelleux sur tous les lits, ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et accĂšs Internet. TĂ©lĂ©vision avec TV Chrome, DVD et CD. 's Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. Jusqu'Ă  6 personnes peuvent profiter de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous avons une limite d'Ăąge de 26 ans et plus. La cour arriĂšre est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un foyer, d'une grande cour arriĂšre fermĂ©e, d'une table et de chaises. Garage entiĂšrement clos. Nous offrons des chaises de plage, des serviettes et de la crĂšme solaire. A No Drive Beach a pratique promenade. The home was so close to everything for our trip! Everything we needed was in the home being able to put our motorcycle in the garage was the best!!! Host was awesome to work with!!

We had a great time. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The beach gear the house had was great. The kids enjoyed riding bikes also.

Great Place

This is a beautiful home, totally quiet neighborhood, a convenient place to vacation. Beach right down the road, host has everything you need for beach comfort. Restaurants and stores close by. Definitely loved our stay there. I highly recommend this home.

Nice beach cottage but not in Daytona

It was nice little cottage. We did a search for Daytona beach and this showed up. Wish it was closer instead of driving back and forth every day.

Wonderful get-away!

This was even more beautiful than envisioned when booking! Clean, comfortable, and so convenient for what we traveled down for! We had no problems, only a few questions, but any/all communication w/ our hosts was answered almost immediately! Not only planning on returning someday but sharing VRBO property ID with others (who better not compete for times with us)! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Holland By The Sea. The owners were more then accommodating. Rooms are nice size n beds comfy. The beach supplies/toys available to renters gave us everything we needed to enjoy the day on the beach. The fire pit in the yard completed our night. Perfect for Somors. We are looking forward to our next reservation. Convenient to markets n restaurants.

Nice family rental

Property was very nice to stay at for my family. We walked to the beach twice a day and the beach toys and wagon was very useful and appreciated. Howse was older but in perfect condition. Only reasons im giving it a 4 star review is listing said it had a bbq grill but didnt. Everything needed for grilling was there minus the grill. Fortunately i was able to find one on marketplace and was able to grill. Otherwise absolutely everything you needed was there. I would definitely stay again.

Pleasant home near the beach

A rating of 3/5, is based on a very high standard, one of luxury and exclusivity. So, the rating could be a 5/5, depending on ones expectations. The home is very nicely appointed. There were beach toys for the children to use. It is an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Grocery shopping is a five minute drive. The price is appropriate. The owners were friendly and responsive. A minor fault is that the mattresses are a bit too soft. While the development is quiet and the property has a back yard with a fire pit and furniture, it is a densely designed development such that if you are looking to hide from civilization, this may not be the best location for you.

Everything we needed, good value, comfortable

There were 6 of us - me, my daughter and son-in-law, 2 teenage boys and a 12 y/o girl. This is an older home in a quiet older neighborhood, very convenient to the beach. Nothing fancy. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy (altho granddaughter slept comfortably on couch-a double bed doesn't really work for 2 adults), towels and linens were nice. The boys esp loved the outdoor shower. Beach towels were provided, as well as a closet full of bags, koozies, toiletries, hairdryer, games. The garage contained lots of beach items, as advertised, and we really appreciated that. Netflix was available, appreciated that, too, after a long day. A little difficult for 6 people to sit in the living room. Could definitely use a wall clock in the living room somewhere - no clocks anywhere! Only one minor complaint - the ceiling fans and a/c vents are really dirty. We are tall people, and maybe the cleaning folks are short, lol. Otherwise the house worked well for us. We were not interested in condos/hotels/elevators or parking lots. Thank you to our hosts!

We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend here. Communication with Marylin was fantastic all the way through the process. Check in was a breeze and the property was exactly what we were looking for. We had my significant other and two teenagers as well as my mother with us and everyone had a great time. The location was a very short walk to the beach and the outside shower at the house was such a nice convenience for afterwards. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone to do their own thing when they wanted and space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this property if you are at all on the fence. Nice quiet neighborhood, shopping and restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Scary Neighbors!

The gps shared link took us to the wrong home and the neighbors were running down the street yelling with a flashlight in our face. The next door neighbor had a small dog barking at us. Another male neighbor across the street started yelling from his doorway. While this commotion was happening, I was trying to call the hosts and no answer so I left a message. I then thought this was a scam. Our children were terrified by now. Veryyy uncomfortable situation as we checked in or arrived at 10 pm later than we thought. We have never seen people so in other peoples privacy before like this. They didn’t even know the host as we were trying to tell them their names. The host calls me back and he could hear the commotion and he said this has happened before the address on the link isn’t the same of the property. We thought we didn’t have anywhere to sleep after driving 9 hours. We then put our luggage back in our vehicle just to drive down the street three or so houses. Feeling we were being watched all night we didn’t sleep and we left as soon as 5:30am. I sent the host a message letting them know we wouldn’t be staying the other two nights.and requested part of our money back but they no since they couldn’t rent it out again with it being booked. This never happened to us before. When the home didn’t have towels or a way to actually cook in the kitchen due to a note saying the microwave and stove couldn’t be on at the same time it would shorten out the power.

We are performers and we love the Beach. So we bought this house to be close to the beach and want others to enjoy it too! Marylin grew up in Wisconsin and David in Oklahoma. We live in Orlando and love Florida. We've lived here for over 20 years!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The wonderful thing about our location is that it's quiet and comfortable, with an easy going vibe. However, just a short 10 to 15 minute drive you have all the activities of Daytona Beach with the boardwalk, arcade, rides, more restaurants and live music. We love our neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. It is a great place to vacation and enjoy the local restaurants, parks, beach and activities in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love our big backyard that has outdoor table and chairs. It has a great firepit and small charcoal grill. You can hear the ocean and feel the great breeze. But just a short walk and you'll be enjoying our no drive beach!
