You're walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. This is the perfect location to experience Ormond-by-the-Sea, Daytona and Flagler beaches. 1 hour to historic St. Augustine. 6 minutes to charming downtown Ormond shops and restaurants. Only 1 hour away from awesome theme parks in Orlando. Hiking, Kayaking & fishing nearby.

The Space:
This fully updated beach bungalow has 2 bedrooms that both have ensuite full bathrooms. A full kitchen with all the basics, a fun themed coffee bar, an exterior garage with fun beach toys, a ping-pong table, an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, and a fully fenced in large private yard.... all just a 1 minute walk to the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including the separate private garage that can be used to park your motorcycles for Bikeweek, or just to hang out and play ping-pong or other provided games and enjoy the beach breeze.

The Neighborhood:
OBS (Ormond by the Sea) is a charming and quiet beach community with immediate beach access and walkable shops and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Walk to the beach via private beach access. Please use crosswalk.

Other Things to Note:
Total of 7 guests. 6 adults and 1 child. The 7th bed is a fold out bed recliner for a child or smaller adult. No Parties. Park vehicles on the driveway, please no lawn parking for any reason, we have enough parking in the driveway for 5 cars.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available via message to help.

Our home is on a septic system. Guests must follow rules regarding plumbing. Please no food items down the kitchen sync, there is no disposal. Discard scrap food in the garbage. Guests must rinse off beach sand prior to entering the home using the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower has both warm and cold water for convenience. Do not rinse sand off in the bathroom showers or tubs, this will damage the plumbing and cause serious issues. Please do not flush hygiene products down the toilets, and only use provided sceptic friendly toilet paper.
