Clean rooms, kid friendly, the pool was perfect to relax in after a long day. A grill is also provided as well. Definitely would recommend again.

This house is so amazing, but even more amazing for me because I live in Ohio and my sister lives 2 houses away from this property. We got to spend soooo much time together. It is so roomy and perfect for small family gatherings. Plenty of hot water for showers. It is a wonderful home. Love the pool.

Our son was in a tennis academy near the house so this worked perfectly for us. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean!

We had a great time staying here for a month! The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need to have a home away from home. Also, the neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to everything. I definitely recommend!

We were in town for a sporting event and this house was perfect! Everything was so clean and well stocked! The neighborhood was super quiet, and that along with the comfy beds made for some good sleeping!! I would definitely stay here again when we are in town!!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying here. We had a much needed, relaxing vacation. The home was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, location was great, and the pool was wonderful! If we are ever in the area again, we will try to book this home again.

Pleasant Stay

We came in town for a memorial and wanted to be close to family that live in the area. The location was perfect and we had all the amenities we needed. We even had a day to go to the beach and there were chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella that we put to use and was thankful it was there.

Fulfilled Our Short-Term Needs

We needed a short-term stay somewhere prior to moving into our new house. We really only needed a bed, shower and kitchen for a few days. This house suited our minimal needs quite well.

Such a beautiful experience!

We stayed here for 5 days with our teenagers and little girl and it was such a great experience! The house was so clean and was literally a home away from our home in Texas! We spent days at the beach and when we wanted a break from the sand the pool came in handy. I would definitely book again with them!

Winter break

We stayed at this home for about two months to escape winter at home. The property was clean and just as described. Except for a couple bumps in the road, beyond anyone’s control, and taken care of as soon as possible, we had a great time. Family visited and we had plenty of room and the pool was enjoyed by all. It was a good location, close to Walmart and grocery story. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay.

This was a quiet, peaceful house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The lanai and pool were lovely. Landscaped for privacy, the small, fenced yard was great for our dog. For more dog fun visit the Creekwood Park dog park about 4 miles away. The agent was very responsive to early issues. Furniture needs updating but all in all we had a relaxing time.

Terrific place to stay

Protruding was just as described, had a couple minor issues when we got there but someone came over directly and fixed the problems. Only minor complaint was the furniture was wore out, when you sat in the recliner and sofa it was hard to get out of my 81 year old mother had to sit on dining room chair the whole time. Other than that it was great and we will definitely try to stay there again, might rent a recliner if we do.

Great week in the FL sun!

Home was perfect for the 5 of us! Check in was easy, property manager was extremely communicative, and we had a wonderful week! Lots of games, puzzles and books to play. Great instructions for TVs and pool. Great experience! I made a comment about the towels being more like fleece blankets and the next day they had beach towels delivered from Target. Excellent service!

Great family getaway

Really cute, clean and comfortable house. The pool is well maintained and perfect for a family. The owner was accommodating and easy to get a hold of although we didn’t need much. Plenty of TVs in each room and and pool floats. The only small think we personally with have liked would have been a mirror in the bedrooms or main area so one person can use the bathroom while another gets ready but it is a really small critique and in no way a determining factor. We will be back

Paddlers for DB Nationals

The house accommodated our needs during our stay in Sarasota for DB Nationals. AC worked great! The pool was very welcoming after our races in the heat. Recommend updating TV instructions. Manager was quick to respond to our questions about this.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to all amenities. It was very clean, and check in/out was easy. The kitchen is set up great, and the bathrooms were nice. The furniture could use an update, but it was certainly adequate and comfortable enough. We loved the pool, and the lanai was awesome. The fenced in yard is small, but perfect for our dog. It was nice to be able to just let her out safely. The property is well maintained with weekly yard and pool maintenance. Really enjoyed our time there. The neighborhood is very walkable, but you need to drive to anything...beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Thanks for having us!

Bradenton stay

The internet service was very poor. Could not get anything outside on lanai. Sporadic service in the house and yesterday and today couldn’t get on at all.
