Cottonwood Cottage est une charmante maison millésime situé à cinq rues du centre historique de Old Time Cottonwood. Le chalet a subi une rénovation complète qui inclut de nouveaux appareils et les deux nouveaux et vintage mobilier. Ce un chalet de niveau est une escapade idéale pour deux ou quatre personnes. Le porche vous accueille pour asseoir et vous détendre.
La maison dispose d'un salon spacieux, salle à manger combinaison et est fourni avec une ambiance moderne du milieu du siècle. La cuisine ouverte est bien équipée avec une variété d'articles et ustensiles pour cuisiner ou réchauffer. Il y a une île pour l'espace de compteur supplémentaire. La chambre principale offre un coussin de lit de taille supérieure matelas queen avec une grande commode et un grand placard. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui est accommodants pour deux adultes ou deux enfants. La salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Le grand patio dans la cour arrière comprend un barbecue et un bistro ensemble, chaises vintage shell parfait pour profiter du plein air. Le mystère cru hangar d'étain est votre imagination. La cour est clôturée et les chiens de moins de 25 lbs sont les bienvenus pour un supplément non-remboursable de 40 $. 00 dépôt animal.
La maison est située à distance de marche de la vieille ville quartier historique où vous trouverez des magasins d'antiquités, restaurants primés, cafés et pâtisseries, des galeries, des boutiques spécialisées, des excursions en kayak et les magasins de dégustation de vins. Such a cute house, perfectly clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything you could think of or need. Temperature was perfect (A/C worked well.) Secure parking, nice neighborhood, easy to find, GREAT communication. We instantly felt comfortable there. We liked the queen bed, very comfortable (didn't need/use the twin beds in the other room). We'll be back!!

Cozy & Convenient

Great location, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Main Street. Comfortable, clean accommodations for two couples or a family of four, furnished with everything we needed! (And Safeway or Fry's not too far away!)(The door lock/combination pad was a bit tricky - usually took us 2 or 3 attempts - but our son was more successful on his first attempt).

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional and charming cottage! Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the lush, high-quality towels. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The location of this property is great. Just a few blocks from old town Cottonwood. It is also pet friendly and has a great fenced yard.

The home was in an older neighborhood conveniently located right off main street. The house has been updated, was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

We love Cottonwood. It’s a beautiful town and we love staying at the Cottonwood Cottage. It’s so close to downtown and a great place to visit.

Tub should have something on nottom of the tub. Very slippery and dangerous. Curtain missing on win

Needed more counter space in bathroom. No curtain on window in front living room. If there were no trees, ppl could see in as I was walking in to the bathroom. Very nerve wrecking. Tub very slippery!!! Blinds were filthy (dusty) It served the purpose. My twin bed was comfortable I wish it had a keurig coffee maker available but the Mr coffee was ok

First poor stay, VRBO encouraged posting

do not book. host changed dates of stay before talking to me about this, was not honest about approving. gave too much unsolicited personal private info about previous guest. other reviews accurate about neighbors not being str friendly, other unsafe neighbors too. not afraid of bugs personally but LARGE (3 inch+) bugs. claimed unreasonable damage i couldn’t have possibly done for an amount not reflective of damage, likely how she pays for maintenance. scam. many local hotel or str options for a better stay with hosts who have integrity nearby. must have had other reviews deleted because i’ve never had such a poor experience. vrbo encouraged this post for others to know about this experience, usually don’t bother and am not nitpicky but this was awful at every juncture.

Walking distance to town, trails and creek

House was cool, comfortable and quiet. Its convenient location allowed us to explore downtown Cottonwood. We were pleasantly surprised to discover back trails to the Riverfront park which we visited each evening.

Great Little Vacation

The house was great. Awesome location that allowed me and my family to walk to Old Town and easily drive all to other locations in the Verde Valley. Check in and check was a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.

It was a very cute and clean house. The check in was really easy, there were extra blankets, and I loved that there was coffee there because we got in so late.

Great place close within walking distance to old town

Wife and i enjoyed our time at this rental. It was spacious enough for the two of us and within walking distance of old town. Nice, private patio in the back and overall great experience!

Great little getaway spot

Place was cute, clean, and reasonably priced for what you get. Walk to Old Town Cottonwood in 5 minutes. Good food and lots of wine tasting options. 20 minutes to Sedona and all the hikes! Thanks Cottonwood Cottage, we will be back! And hey....turn that shed out back into a bar or other cool space!

Nice little getaway

We just loved the Cottage’s proximity to downtown and hiking trails. We parked our car and explored Cottonwood by foot. The Cottage was clean, had an awesome front and backyard, and provided a fun and relaxing retreat.

I am a Arizona native with a deep love for nature. Arizona is home to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon, which never disappoints me when I visit. I frequently visit Antelope Canyon and I think it’s either abstract art or not real, the beauty of Antelope Canyon is something everyone should visit while in Arizona.
In the real world, I manage and counsel potential owners that are interested in setting up VRBO properties. I personally own and manage two additional VRBO properties located in Flagstaff, AZ. All my properties carry a VRBO five star rating which I think is awesome due to the overwhelming VRBO competition in my area. I love to bike, hula loop and roller skate. Arizona steals my heart.

I picked Downtown Cottonwood to have the convenience to walk downtown and enjoy the great restaurants and specialty shops without the hassle of finding parking downtown. Jerome is a short 10 minute drive that has several wine tasting shops. Sedona is 30 minute drive with endless hiking trials and Red Rock beauty. Wine country galore! Check out Cornville for wine tours.
