Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

Beautifully decorated home with everything you need including a gorgeous master bedroom as well as a new hot tub in the backyard. Chad was a terrific host and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great location, great house

The villa was just as advertised. Roomy, bright and clean. Loved the outdoor space where we sat in the afternoon and evening. My husband enjoyed the spa. Chad was a wonderful host. Would absolutely stay again.

I have stayed at this property for 2-3 months per summer many years in a row now and always have an excellent experience. The property owner and property are excellent, and also in an excellent location including for visiting the many parks in an area while being close to Toledo.

Great Host

We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable.

Excellent Rental Property Well-Maintained in Great Location

I have stayed at this property for many years and have never had problems. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. The location is near the City of Toledo but on the western side that is also close to many Toledo Metroparks in more rural areas. The property owner is communicative, helpful, and has always ensured that the stay is pleasant. There is no greater endorsement than having rented this property repeatedly for many years.

Convenient stay with excellent owner

This property was exactly as advertised and is well kept up, in a good location, and was an extremely pleasant place to stay for the month that I was there. Moreover, the property owner very much cares that renters have a pleasant experience. The owner was a pleasure to get to know and did everything possible to make the property and stay as pleasant as possible. A+

Perfect location for Toledo activities

Excellent home , location and host ! Our family enjoyed the week in this beautiful home located in a private neighborhood. The check in and out process was seamless with outstanding communication. The home was super clean with great decor and high quality throughout. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after a full day at the zoo and another day enjoying the art museum and viewing glass blowing demonstrations. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for my family’s next trip in the area !

Nice house

This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and the owner left us some food and water to get us started off - which was very nice! The only down side is that there are no bedrooms with twin beds, so that makes it difficult if you have 3 kids - either 2 share a bed or once gets a couch! Other than that, though, it was as described and very clean and nice.

A very well appointed stay.

We had 4 adults and plenty of room. We also hosted 4 friends comfortably for a get together while we were there. Well stocked kitchen supplied with the essentials and more. Hot tub outside is a nice touch though we weren't "brave" enough being it was cold and rainy. Nice selection of "starter items" when we arrived. I'd love to stay here again.

Perfect for a nearby R&R experience (50 miles from home)

My friend and I stayed here two years ago and loved the roomy environment, amenities, neighborhood, and friendliness extended by Chad (the owner/property manager). We wanted a quiet, "do-nothing" vacation—other than reading, sleeping, and binge-watching our favorite shows on a big-screen TV using my Amazon Firestick. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, paper supplies were at hand, and the kitchen had good pans (often in bad shape in other VRBOs). The roomy walk-in shower was easy to access, and there was WIFI + plenty of table space to set up my computer. As before, we loved every aspect of our stay! We've already reserved a nine-night stay for next year.(Can't wait!)

Spacious, light, well-appointed, clean and perfect location

We are former residents of Toledo (Sylvania). This property, situated just south of the city of Sylvania is amazingly located. Close to the the expressway, shopping, and more. The owner was very thoughtful- bought food for breakfast which is unusual! The villa is immaculate and extremely spacious. Comfortable linens and about a billion towels. Check in and out was simple with keypads and garage parking. Very quiet area. If you want to make this a drunken frat boy weekend this is likely not for you. But if you want an comfortable, quiet and well appointed place you can’t do better. We will be back.

Terrific experience, lovely home, everything we wanted.

My friend and I needed a quiet "home-like" R&R, experience that included a big-screen TV where we could plug in my Amazon firestick (to binge-watch TV), have tabletop space for my computer and our bigger meals, a walk-in shower, and easy check in and check out. The house was exceptionally clean, and every amenity you could imagine was at hand. The beds were VERY comfy, and when it snowed, the snow was quickly removed. The kitchen eating nook offered a lovely view of the yard, and was great for light meals. We had a terrific time, and I'm hoping to return again! Thank you, Chad, for providing a much-needed "home away from home" experience!

I have stayed at this property annually since 2017 and each time I leave positive reviews as the fact that I stay here repeatedly should testify to the quality of the rental and the property owner. Each stay is appreciated. The property is well-maintained, in an ideal location for a variety of activities such as exploring local parks, and the owner is communicative and does everything possible to ensure renters have good stays.
