Vous allez adorer rester ici pendant que vous êtes dans la région de Clemson / Seneca. Belle maison en eau profonde située dans un quartier calme très proche (4 miles) à l'endroit où jouent les tigres! Le quai de double glissement à quelques pas de la porte arrière peut accueillir votre bateau et servir d'espace amusant pour profiter du lac. Idéal pour 2 familles ou 4 couples avec 4 chambres
(chacune avec son propre bain) et une zone commune avec des futons que les enfants vont apprécier. Uverse haute vitesse WIFI et Direct TV.

This property was a great find! The home was perfect for our family dynamics. Beautiful property and plenty of room for our group of 8. The views were fabulous! Definitely recommend this house for your stay in the Clemson area!

This property suited our needs perfectly. We hung out on the dock and cooked a homemade meal. We enjoyed every bit of thos house. Great job to the owners.

Peaceful lake retreat

Overall a very pleasant stay. This property is well-maintained and the perfect size for our family. Some enjoyed fishing and others, swimming and kayaking (not at the same time!)

Ideal Family Fun on Lake Hartwell

Wonderful home and awesome location. Lake was placid with beautiful sunrise and sunsets! Had such a fun time kayaking, canoing and paddleboarding, even the dog joined in! Would love to come again sometime. Thanks for the memories!!

Great Lake Rental

Great location near Clemson, lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Dock is with deep water and lots of lake toys and things to do. Excellent communication - would stay here again easily!!

Exceeded my expectations

The house, dock, and location exceeded my expectations. The kitchen and living room was bigger than expected. The beds were very comfortable. The dock was a great size. We spent multiple afternoon sitting on the dock. I highly recommend this house.

This house was perfect for our weekend get away and spend time with our daughter at Clemson. We will be back! Owner was great to work with! The nicest waterfront yard we have stayed at. Great access to the boat dock.

Very nice stay

We visited for a long weekend to visit our daughter studying at nearby Clemson University. Communication with property owner was great before and throughout our stay. Property was very clean and nicely appointed with anything you might need. We would definitely visit again. Our only complaint was it was too cold to enjoy the beautiful lakeside aspect of the property with all of the toys ☺️. We would definitely recommend and we are hoping to return again.

Relaxing, beautiful, accommodating retreat!!!

Our hosts were wonderful, the house was beyond beautiful, easily accommodated our family, ranging from 85 years old to 15 years old. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and offered so many amenities…we didn’t have time (or the proper weather) to take advantage of everything. This will be on our “hope it’s available list” for our daughter’s time at Clemson! Check in and check out was simple and easy and we can’t wait to stay again!

Multigenerational gathering

This was a perfect place to stay for our son’s Clemson graduation. An easy ten minute drive to campus. The house was perfectly suited for our group, with easy access from parking into the house for our older relatives with mobility issues. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful view of the lake.

Wonderful Time

This is not our first time at this property. We like the property so much that we have spent five weeks there in five years. The house is very spacious and with the property on the lake, it is very peaceful and relaxing. I hope we will be able to stay at the property in the future.

Beautiful home with peace & quiet

Our stay here was excellent! The house is very large and we were all able to spread out and have our privacy but also spend our time all together as a family. Each room having its own bathroom as well as there being 2 other bathrooms is a huge bonus. The location is great and is very close to the Clemson campus. Being right on the water is very peaceful and relaxing :) Communication with the owners was great and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Great house!

With 4 ensuites and lots of "toys" this is a great house. Owners are very responsive and generous. We have rented numerous times. We miss the extra sleeping futons in the loft

EVERYTHING!!

This place has EVERYTHING you could want! We went with 2 young teenagers, Aunt, Uncle and Grandma and there was something for everyone. Very clean and comfortable. We are planning to return in the early Summer.

Clemson-UCF Baseball reunion

Family (8 o us) met here to cheer on our UCF nephew in a baseball game against Clemson. Perfect setup for four couples. Great view, sun on the dock. Well stocked with kitchen items, linens, comfortable furniture, nicely decorated. Very pleased with our choice and highly recommend!

John and Donna Woodruff both grew up In Clemson and Seneca, graduated from Clemson in 1981 and raised 3 amazing kids right here in Seneca. In 2000, we thought we wanted a house at the beach, but it just never felt right. We sold it in May of 2016 and started looking for something on the lake. When we found Sweet Pea, we knew we had found what we really wanted all along! We hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
