Arrived in the area and Nicoletta met us at the door. We were greeted with some fruit on the kitchen table, a cake in the fridge and a warm welcome by Nicoletta. The apartment had a few condiments so we could comfortably cuisine in the apartment. Overall a good stay with no complaints.
We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The apartment had all of the features advertised and the hostess went out of her way to be helpful and make the stay wonderful. She provided lots of information about the town once we arrived and was very responsive when we had questions before hand.
We didn't know what to expect in the town, but the apartment was very centrally located and made walking to the Castle and around the local downtown super easy. The train station was an easy 10 minute walk away. It was a great relaxing stay to end a wonderful trip around Italy. We wish we could have stayed there longer to explore the region more.
All the white furniture & walls photograph a little grey, so I was nervous about the apartment, but in person it's very comfortable & when the light flows in from the skylights it's so lovely. I was also worried for our 6' tall companion, because the roof slopes down over the kitchen area, but he was fine.
The kitchen lacks a microwave, which we did not miss at all, since we enjoy cooking, and we could easily reheat leftovers on the stovetop or in the oven.
The location cannot be beat. the Castle is literally right out your door!!! There's an affordable parking garage just 2 blocks away. Likewise, groceries are only a few blocks away, and good restaurants abound. (take Nicoletta's advice, she won't steer you wrong!)
The elevator meant staying on the 4th floor was not a problem. There are no internal steps to deal with if you are mobility challenged.
As for hospitality, Nicoletta is one of the kindest hosts we've ever had. In addition to being welcoming & informative about the area, she went above & beyond to help us in an emergency. she rates a 12 out of ten stars!
The apartment was super neat, equiped, beautifully furnished and close to the center of the town, right in front of Castello di Buonconsiglio. Nicoletta was a nice host and shared tips about what to do in Trento. She welcomed my dog preparing bowls and carpet. She welcomed us with a delicious surprise (very appreciated) and a great smile. We enjoyed the time spent in her apartment and we totally recommend it. I hope to visit Trento again and for sure will stay in this apartment. Thank you Nicoletta. You really made us feel at home!
