CHALET/AMENITIES

Our chalet is located in Samokov, just a short 10 - min drive from Borovets ski resort.

The chalet is run by me, Nick, and my wife Mariana. I have been a ski instructor in Borovets for over 30 years, so if you are coming for skiing, I can help you with pretty much everything you need like arranging ski/snowboard equipment and ski/ snowboard lessons.

The chalet is modern, comfortable and well equipped, with en-suite rooms. On the first floor you will find a large dining/relaxing area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 double ensuite bedrooms as well as one apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the 3rd floor there are 3 more double ensuite bedrooms. There is air conditioning in every room as well as a kettle, mini-fridge, hair dryer, towels and shower gel/soap.

On the bottom floor there is a wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and shower area

WINTER 2026/2027 PRICING

The price is 30 € per adult per night, when two people are sharing a double room.

For children up to 12 years old - 25 € per night , and children up to 5 years old stay for free.

If you want to have a double room just for yourself, please contact us as the price is different.

The price includes daily transport to the ski slopes and back, a welcome meal/drinks. All fees and taxes included.

BREAKFAST
Home cooked breakfast is available upon request, as are the sauna and jacuzzi. Please contact us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.

SKIING

We can organize ski packages, ski hire and instructors at the chalet.

Instructors speaking English, German, Dutch or Russian can be arranged.

As said above, transport to the ski slopes is included in our nightly price, so you don't have to worry about getting to Borovets every morning.

SAMOKOV TOWN

One of the nice things about staying with us is that you are not stuck in a ski resort all evening.

The chalet is close to the centre of Samokov, with plenty of inexpensive restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance.

We know the town very well and are happy to recommend where to eat or have a drink.

GETTING TO THE CHALET

Sofia Airport is about one hour away, and airport transfers can be arranged in advance.

There are also several car rental companies in Samokov if you prefer to have your own car.

Group bookings are very welcome, and we can help organise accommodation, skiing, equipment, instructors and transfers.
