Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location & view, comfortable beds, & easy key pad access. Maintenance replaced a lightbulb very quickly. Pretty clean. Some pans a little icky in bottom drawer of oven. However, will definitely stay here again & recommend to others!

We had a great time at the Phoenix X. The beach view was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony in the am drinking our coffee. The location was nice and not too busy. We liked that we had a few restaurants that we could walk to from our condo. The host was always responsive and check in was easy. The property was clean, we enjoyed the pool, easy access to the beach, and the people were friendly. We will book again in the future.

Beach view is perfect, condo is very nice, great location and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. However, the dishwasher smelled terrible. We just chose to leave is closed. Several lightbulbs in the bathrooms were out. The headboard in the master bed room was very loose and made lots of noise. Compared to how nice everything else was those are minor but need to be fixed. Those are my ONLY complaints. Just some suggestions so that everyone arrives and leaves happy.

Great ocean stay… ocean breeze!

Close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything! Clean, kitchen very well equipped, can’t beat sliding glass door in living room and bedroom if u like sounds and breeze of ocean.pool never too crowded.

Don’t Rent.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented 5 different condos at Phoenix X in the last 4 year and this was by far the dirtiest condo I have stayed in. This was my first time renting from Phoenix Rentals. Upon arrival, I had to clean the floor and couches due to a ridiculous amount of sand. Baseboards are filthy. There is what appears to be black mold on ceiling. One bed was missing a bedspread. Blow dryer broken. Lamp in living room not working. Several light bulbs need replaced. Washing machine very loud. Outdated. Will not rent from Phoenix Rentals again.

Chair on balcony is broke, nearly got hurt sitting on it. Master bathroom shower drain was full of hair and started backing up after first person took shower. Had to clean drain, which was very nasty.Love the condominium location. Very roomy

THe condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable and condo was overall perfect. The hairdryer in master didnt work however it might just need a reset. The parking was easy and the Phoenix V is so close to so many places to eat and drink, not driving anywhere was a treat. The Beach Chair Rentals were super easy to do and very professional. Thank you

On the recommendation of a friend we looked into Phoenix Properties and located this condo at Phoenix X. We were very pleased with this condo, and all the amenities. Very comfortable feeling each time we returned to the room.
