Situé sur une route panoramique, cet hôtel récemment rénové et décoré chalet est situé près de Keeneland Racetrack, fermes pur-sang de premier plan, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park et historique Midway. Il dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée, grand, véranda lumineuse, buanderie et parking couvert. Cette escapade tranquille peut accueillir confortablement 6-8 avec un lit queen, deux lits et deux canapés convertibles. Trois miles de la I-64, ce gîte est à quelques minutes de Bluegrass Airport. Que vous visitiez la zone de bluegrass pour un événement spécial ou pour les sites et détente intéressants, cet endroit est génial.

Convenient Location & Beautiful Cottage

Clean, comfortable, and quiet! Perfect little touches throughout the cottage, and beautiful gardens around the property. Nice location for visiting distilleries and nearby sites! Look forward to visiting in the future and would stay at this property again!

Peaceful retreat in horse country

Annual visit for KY 3Day Event and fortunate to have found such a cozy gem to call home during our visit! This property is located in lush horse country and a short drive to a few small towns and the Horse Park. Accommodations were very comfortable and sparkling clean. Bonus that we got to meet Carol on our way out. She's delightful. We'll be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was very clean and well stocked. We were in the area for a wedding at Merefield Farms and this was the perfect location with only being 10 minutes away! We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the Lexington area!

Great Location

Stayed here for 9 nights while my daughter showed her horse at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, towels and blankets. Carol and John were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful country house

We had a pleasant stay. Ample space to spread out. Plenty of towels and linens available. The kids loved the s’mores that the hosts left for us.

Cute stay in horse country

The house was very cute and comfortable. We had the basics as needed in the apartment. The beds and linen made for a good night sleep. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The drive from Lexington was so scenic. Definitely check out Wallace Station Deli right down the road. I would recommend this place to others traveling to the area.

Lovely Cottage Rental

Very nice fully stocked cottage. Located in beautiful Horse Country but convient to KHP and Keeneland. Walkable to Wallace Station for a great meal. John and Carol are excellent hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage in the country!

Lovely place with all the nice, homey touches! Very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Just minutes from some great restaurants in Midway. Good central location. I highly recommend!

Fabulous house and location.

We come to Lexington 3 or 4 times a year and frequent the Midway area. This house was exactly what we needed to find and will be back. The decor is very tasteful and fun. Very clean and hosts were very nice. Felt at home.

Clean, cute, and cozy cottage

What a sweet place to stay! The hosts were accommodating, the house was clean and offered all sorts of amenities. Beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient to Midway and Lexington. We visit the Kentucky Horse Park often and plan to stay here again when we do. Thank you for sharing your property.

Very Relaxing

This home has an excellent location to all things 'Horse Country'. It was a wonderful respite at the end of long vacationing days. Very comfortable and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and were always available to answer questions.

Wonderful cottage-home comforts

Wonderful! Very relaxing atmosphere. Cottage is beautifully decorated and has a warm feel about it. It was easy to arrive and be comfortable instantly. Situated across from a horse farm and you could hear chickens in the distance, but quiet most of the time. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved our weekend getaway! We were traveling for our twin daughters birthday and a concert in the area. The home was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable, everything was well stocked. John and Carol were the perfect hosts, quick responses to every question, they were kind enough to leave smores supplies and a local drink for our family. Though we didn't get to utilize the firepit due to wind, we were able to make them inside and enjoy family movie and game night. We will definitely return next time we will be in the area.

Spring Weekend with Family

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was a lovely trip. The weather, view and hospitality can't be beat. The pictures can't portray the true beauty of this place. We rented the cottage for my family of 4 but Carol was accommodating when we had to adjust the numbers at the last minute. We were able to cook our Easter dinner and had a wonderful egg hunt for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the outdoor space that includes a basketball goal. We had a very relaxing weekend. Thank you Carol and John!

The perfect place to relax.

We are retired and wanted a comfortable place close to town, but away from noise and bustle. We found it! This house has super comfortable beds, great bathrooms with four-star hotel towels. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need and was spic and span. The living room has everything you need for a lazy rainy day: comfy sofas, puzzles, games, books… and yes, great tv reception and Wi-Fi. The town of Midway is just up the road, with shops and restaurants, and railroad tracks right down the middle of the street. The hosts, Carol and John are the best! Friendly, caring but never pushy. We stayed a week and can’t wait to go back.
