Fabulous cottage

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage. Alan was on hand if we needed him & we also saw owner Neil too. Beautiful setting & would definitely recommend this cottage for those with a small family like us. Thank you!

We had a great week in Neil’s lovely cottage.

We had a great week in Neil’s lovely cottage. It was so warm and cosy and the conservatory a lovely place for a pre dinner drink in the evening. Beautiful modern kitchen, very well equipped. Everything you need in a holiday home5 minutes walk to the centre of Ballater and 5 minutes walk to the circular riverside walk. We will go back and we would recommend it to our friends. Neil was around if we needed him but unobtrusive.

Lovely detached cottage in the heart of Ballater.

Lovely detached cottage in the heart of Ballater. Amazing value for money. Easy walk for shops, takeaways, pubs, restaurants etc.The cottage has a full bathroom with over the bath shower. Also an excellent kitchen and living room both very well equipped. A double bedroom and a twin room. There is also a lovely sun room. A lovely enclosed garden which is secure, and great for dogs. Off road parking which is plenty big enough for 2 cars as it's shared with the main house.

This property had everything we needed and was in the centre of Ballater and had off street parking.

Another great stay at The Coyles Cottage. Warm, clean and comfortable. Welcoming hosts. The three dogs love the garden. Good base for exploring the Cairngorms. Ballater is a gem!

Had a great holiday at Coyles cottage, nice and close to everything and very spacious. Sun lounge great spent a lot of time in there ,garden very good and secure for dog to rump around, would love to go again in future.
