Cette belle maison à deux niveaux est idéalement située près de The Sparks Nugget et à 12-15 minutes du quartier des divertissements du centre-ville de Reno avec une deuxième propriété à proximité. C'est un endroit idéal pour séjourner pendant que vous profitez de tout ce que Reno et le lac Tahoe ont à offrir! De nouveaux spectacles chaque semaine dans Reno-fine food à des prix avantageux-
rafting en eau vive-nouveaux événements à l'échelle de la ville presque chaque semaine.
En été, nous avons de longues plages de sable et une eau bleue cristalline dans les sentiers de randonnée du lac Tahoe avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac.

Cette maison est très spacieuse partout et conçue pour offrir un plaisir raffiné partout.

La maison est entièrement meublée et a une grande combinaison salon / salle à manger donnant sur le pont arrière, un joli plan d'étage ouvert de la grande cuisine avec îlot et bar à petit-déjeuner à la grande salle familiale avec foyer chaleureux et petite salle à manger dans la cuisine coin donnant sur la cour arrière ombragée et le pont. t

     Cette maison a une grande suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain principale avec baignoire et douche séparées. Il a des lits king size dans les chambres deux et trois et un lit queen dans la chambre quatre. Les matelas sont tous des matelas haut de gamme ou des matelas à mémoire de forme qui seront parmi les plus confortables sur lesquels vous ayez jamais dormi! Cette maison dispose également d'une cinquième chambre bonus avec un lit superposé double / complet équipé pour les enfants et les adultes. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de leur propre télévision avec une gamme de chaînes premium pour votre plaisir!

Cette maison a un garage pour deux voitures et plus et une buanderie entièrement équipée séparée, et une grande allée avec un parking supplémentaire.

It’s a great place for a big group. Beds are all really comfy and towels galore!

Rick was a great host that made sure I knew about the property and how to work any odds and ends. The space was great for my group of 9. There was some wear and tear from the group before us but all in all the place was well kept. Good experience!

Nice property, convinient location, great host

Rick has met us personally and did the walk the through. Nice big house without bells and whistles for a good price. Large common area space (kitchen, dining/living, family room). 4 bedrooms have one king beds (sleeps 2) each, bonus bedroom by garage has a bunk bed (sleeps 3). However there are plenty of air beds and linens that were in the house for our use for kids.

Reno Visit

First of all, let me say that communication with Rick was great. He even call to see how I would be coming in to town due to the snow storm! This could be an awesome house. It just needs a little TLC as in a carpet update or better yet, replaced with a hard surface. One of the bedrooms was unusable due to the cold weather. There is not a heat vent in the 5th bedroom. The downstairs bath shower died while we were there, too. I told Rick about this and he is checking on it. The fact that the bedding is great and every room has a great tv and cable is a real bonus. As I said, it does need a little TLC for sure but overall a good property.

Christmas In Sparks!

Literally the calm before the storm! We enjoyed this house with family with some snow for Christmas! Check in walk through was awesome with Thelma, and with an upcoming storm on the day of check out was alot less stressful with her text support!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I rented this home for 5 days. 15 of us drove in from Arkansas for my daughters graduation. The pictures of this home are deceiving. The owner runs a furniture store so the furniture (for the most part) makes the pictures look nice. This house is GROSS. Upon arrival there was trash all over the back yard along with a WHOLE bag of trash just laying in the yard, the trash cans by the road were overflowing, there was a piñata busted on the side of the house, cuss words painted in the clubhouse. The garage door broke on first use. I walk into the bedroom that has the bunk bed and my first thought is how does this pass code. Literally wires hanging out of the walls, the carpet is nasty and the room needs condemned. You then walk into the laundry room that has abt a 1970 washer and dryer, the washer leaked every time we used it. Then you walk into the bathrooms and the mirrors had never seen windex, they had been wiped with something that left a layer of film. The bathrooms had pube hairs in the showers. The walls in this home are in desperate need of being cleaned or repainted totally. The shower door in the master was broken and I got stuck in it. The doorknob in the bedroom broke off. There isn’t any lights upstairs, aside from lamps that don’t work. I don’t even know how to explain how nasty the kitchen was. The cabinets and drawers were so gross with rat turds, crumbs and filth that I had to go buy bleach and my own dishes. There was drawers missing and cabinet doors that fell off in your hand when you opened them. The kitchen fridge was utterly disgusting and it flooded the floor everyday. The owner said it was too much traffic and us leaving the door open and asked us to use the garage fridge, it had vegetables in it that had been in there for months. He also blamed the washer leaking on “too much clothes” but he knew he was renting to 15 guests. The coffee pot had a fly in it and old crumbs all over it. It was also disgusting. I texted the owner of the home and told him and then called him and he sent a “cleaning crew” that looked so sketchy we had to take our valuables while they cleaned. When we returned the home had no signs of being cleaned once again. The master bathroom flooded upstairs and flooded the kitchen, ruining our food and vacay. Again, he blamed us. Didn’t come check on us or fix anything. When I called crying for help he ignored me. I have evidence if needed. Vrbo is in the process of removing the home.

Large nice home!

Rick walked us through the house which was nice, theres enough space for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable! I recommended this place for a large group it's near stores for all your needs and not too far from snow and water!

We had a family of 8 staying in Sparks for a wedding. This house was great for all of us. We had plenty of room. Very comfortable beds and plenty of amenities to make our week long stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Lots of grocery stores, Walmart and shopping malls very close. We would stay here again. Thanks Rick for sharing your home.

Good rental!

The house was good size to fit all the people we had. The owners were very nice and great to communicate with. The house itself and the carpet was a little dirty upon arrival but nothing too bad. Overall it was a great trip and we had a great stay in the house.

WE HAVE EIGHT HOMES WE ARE WORKING WITH AND THIS HOME WAS HAND PICKED BY ME AS IT HAS NICE SEPARATION FOR LARGE FAMILY GROUPS BETWEEN THE LIVINGROOM/FAMILY ROOM COMBINATION AND THE FAMILY ROOM OFF THE KITCHEN AREA. HAVING THREE REALLY COMFORTABLE KING BEDS UPSTAIRS IS ALSO A TREAT! THIS HOME IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR SHOPPING WITH COSTCO, SUPER WAL MART AND ALMOST EVERY TYPE STORE OUR GUESTS MIGHT NEED. My family has been trying to all get together and find somewhere we can all fit and have a good time together. This was so great the house is big and Rick the owner was so wonderful with every need. Our Grandkids went snow boarding at Mt Rose and found it was their favorite place so far. We would recommend this home to anyone.Thank you from our family☺️

Thank you for EVERYTHING!

My family arrived late in the evening...and the owner was there to greet us, and make us feel at home. This was especially important because my elderly parents needed the extra support. In fact, the owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. The house was immaculate and very well organized. We were especially appreciative that the house was not crammed with personal belongings. Our activities were in Reno, about 20 minutes away from the home. This location was perfect for our needs; we definitely would consider this location and/or any of the owner's locations in the future. Thank you for making our trip so, so successful. We are grateful!

Colorado Softball

Our team stayed here while we played in a Worlds Softball tournament. Rick was amazing to work with. He was more then happy to assist us in any additional things we needed to make our stay great. The house was very clean organized for all our cooking and living needs. I was nervous about our stay due to us already being scammed once for this trip. So I called a lot and double checked everything before the stay. He easily reassured me that he will take care of us and make sure we had a great time with no worries. He did exactly that and anytime I go to Reno I will be staying at this location.

Tournament weekend

My team comes down to Reno a couple times a year and we wanted to get a house big enough for out entire team. It was more then enough room for all of us. Our Whitney Circle home is a relatively new acquisition but it's furnished with everything we have learned over the years that will be useful to our guests. We have double Linens dishes and silverware in all of our homes because we get large athletic groups in the spring and summer. Our homes are equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area. Reno has new events almost every week and Lake Tahoe is a finest Alpine Lake in the country!

The Reno and Lake Tahoe area have more to offer than almost any other holiday Resort. There are more out door activities to do summer and winter than almost any other location in the country from swimming and hiking in the summer at Sand Harbor on beautiful Lake Tahoe to skiing and ice skating in the winter. Reno itself has outstanding events almost every week. This is a great place for your family to visit!
