Top-notch condo unit, location, host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Micah is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo is in an attractive, nicely-located complex, with grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking nearby. It’s a clean, comfortable unit, with soft sheets, comfy throws, and all the necessities, a well-appointed kitchen including a refrigerator with in-door ice/filtered water, and a fabulous washer/dryer in a closeted area (quiet!). We loved the corner unit, with balconies facing the morning sun. The on-premise pool, jacuzzi, and workout room with weights and exercise machines are fabulous. We hope to stay again!

relaxed and scenic area
The location is distant from Phoenix traffic and congestion, which we wanted, and the community is very welcoming with good amenities. The unit was comfortable and functional. A kitchen repair was done very promptly. However, walking to shops wasn't that feasible because the path runs next to a busy highway which then must be crossed.

Very nice place in a great location. Tesoro at Grayhawk was a very quiet complex, with a great community center (exercise, pool, hit tubs, etc). It is close to the 101 which gives access to great dining and entertainment. Micah was a very helpfulanf proactive host.

Micah’s condo was very well stocked, clean and very convenient to local attractions. The only downside were the number of stairs to access the unit. It not on the ground floor, so for an elderly couple, navigating suitcases up and down the stairs, was difficult. Our mistake in not making a ground floor unit mandatory.

Very Nicely Appointed Condo In a Great Location
This is a well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located condo in Grayhawk's Tesoro development. It is spacious with high ceilings. It's on the 2nd floor, but once you climb the private internal stairs, all your living is on one level. The owner is highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
This development has a lovely pool with 2 jacuzzis, which are a short and easy walk from the condo. The gym there is also very nice and has lots of modern equipment.
The condo is east facing so you only get morning sun inside. Because it is on a corner, however, you get sun to mid-afternoon on the south balcony.
Other than it being east facing - which may be a plus for some and a minus for others - the only downsides to this condo are that there isn't much of a view (you get a peek-a-boo of the McDowell Mountains over the condos across the street), and there is traffic noise from Pima which is a busy road. That said, given all the other pluses, we would happily stay here again.

The location is just off of the 101 yet the vibe of a private hideaway. High quality washer/ dryer, kitchen appliances and cookware! Double car garage was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable furniture and great people to work with!

Our condo was conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the McDowell mountains where we enjoyed hiking.
Micah is the most responsible property manager we have ever encountered through VRBO. We would definitely rent again from Micah.

Great Location
Proximity to Market Street was superb, great restaurants and nice, bright Safeway. Beautiful pool, friendly people. Micah was a very good host, very helpful when needed.
The unit was very clean overall, nicely furnished and equipped. However, we found the master bed somewhat uncomfortable but improved it by adding a padded mattress cover, our donation to the cause. Didn't appreciate the distance to the BBQ but we made the best of it.

Perfect place to stay in Scottsdale.
Nothing negative to say: we loved the place. It was clean,spacious and beautiful.We stayed over Christmas during the coldest week of winter.Everything we needed was there: laundry ,kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with neccessities. Checking in and out was smooth. Double garage a bonus to store bikes. Lovely area and quiet community .Unfortunately it was too chilly to utilize the pool. The cold white wine and cheese in fridge and coffee and cream was deeply appreciated on arrival! Scottsdale area is gorgeous - the townhouse is close to many great shops and restaurants as well as the wonderful Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve which we explored on bikes. We absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.Thank you Micah.

I have rented several homes and by FAR,this is the best.

Cleanliness-I am a fanatic so if I say clean, you can trust me
Well Equipped with everyday essentials
Sheet are super soft too.
Gym/Pool/BBQ are a few steps away.Pool is very pretty.Gym has 2 treadmills and universal gym equipment with a good range of weights.I am very into fitness/weightlifting and I was able to get a good workout here.

Secure- coded gated entry to access property
Great Neighborhood-nice ,friendly people on street.I have stayed in N Grayhawk many times and I have been never disappointed.Safeway is 2 min away and if you order groceries on line they will deliver them out to your car.
Entry by remote through double garage is an added bonus.
Very spacious bedrooms and living area.Master bathroom has great natural lighting and very large walk in closet.2nd room has large sized walk in closet too.
Micah is ALWAYS available to help(although you probably won't need anything).I think he sleeps with his cell phone attached to his ear(haha).
Don't hesitate to book this property as it has everything you will need to enjoy Scottsdale.

We loved our stay!
My husband and I stayed the month of April in the townhouse, and our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and what we had in mind when booking. The location was perfect for us-- as we had previously lived in the neighborhood across the street and are familiar with the restaurants and shopping that is located nearby. The townhouse is a likable end unit within a quiet gated upscale community....the heated pool, lounge chairs, spa and workout room are a quick walk away. Upgraded comfortable furnishings, pleasant balconies and well equipped throughout, the townhome is a very easy and pleasant home to vacation in. My husband loved the spacious garage. Communication with the owner was excellent thru the whole process, with quick response to questions and positive feedback. We certainly hope to return!

Awesome in all respects!
"My wife and I spent the month of November at this condo and found it to be of the highest quality ... with everything as described in the property listing. It was a first class condo in an upscale gated community that made us feel very comfortable and safe at all times. The interior was spacious and well-appointed. Both rooms/bathrooms were outfitted with upgraded features. A/C worked well as did all appliances and TVs. Both balconies were ideal for morning breakfasts and evening cocktails. With the excellent weather ... the awesome heated pool and hot tubs were used daily ... only a two minute walk from the condo. We also used the barbecue area several times during our stay. We walked daily to a nearby plaza for our morning paper (40 minutes round trip) and appreciated the grocery store and restaurants also there . Communication with the owner was excellent and any questions we had were answered without hesitation. We hope to return to Scottsdale and will definitely return to this unit.

Nice place to stay. Well equipped. Really nice pool and also had a small fitness room with fitness equipment. There were 3 grocery stores within 2 miles, and plenty of restaurants. Not really within walking distance, at least not for us, however just a short drive away.
We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, great location, would definitely recommend!
We stayed for the month of January, and found everything was just as described on the website. It was updated, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Two bedrooms and two baths, walk in closets along with 3 TVs made watching movies and sports a pleasure. Location is great. The pool and work out facility is close by. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. Micah (Owner) is great! He provides you with all the details needed to have a smooth check-in process. We can’t wait to go back!!

The unit was very clean and convenient. The bedrooms were spaced apart for privacy.

The Grayhawk location and development exceeded all of our needs. We took a lot of direction from a friend of ours who knows the area well. The development is gated and VERY well kept - great landscaping, clean, safe, etc.. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful. Walkability was an important point as we like to have things to do nearby - we are all about convenience. Easy access to the freeway. So much stuff to do within 5-10 minute drive or walk. The mountains are gorgeous, the 2 championship golf courses are icing on the cake.

This property is updated, clean, and has great walk-ability. The location is fantastic as it relates to ease of access to freeway and many other popular shopping/restaurant districts like Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland - and all of the golf courses nearby as well!!
