We understand that several of these problems were temporarily addressed during your stay, but we will ensure they are permanently resolved. We also apologize for the condition of the garbage storage and for the missing and damaged household items you reported. Our cleaning and maintenance standards are normally much higher, and we regret that this was not reflected during your visit.
