Bienvenue dans notre belle maison de style Cape à quelques pas de la plage de la 18e Avenue à Belmar, NJ. Nous avons une maison très confortable - avec toutes les meilleures caractéristiques: Double porche large pour le café du matin, parking hors rue (sans tracas - jusqu'à 3 voitures), une cour arrière ombragée clôturée, table extérieure, grill (charbon de bois et gaz ), cabanon et un must have pour ces longues journées à la plage - une douche extérieure !! Rue tranquille, conviviale et cul-de-sac. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie, vous pouvez donc prévoir d'amener vos animaux de compagnie pour des vacances à Jersey! Veuillez noter que 4 - Pass plage sont inclus.

Il y a 3 chambres et deux canapés-lits: une reine au rez-de-chaussée, une reine à l'étage, deux lits jumeaux à l'étage et deux canapés-lits dans la salle de jeux. Nous avons de nouveaux draps et serviettes et fournissons également des serviettes de plage. N'hésitez pas à utiliser quoi que ce soit dans la remise: radeaux, jouets de sable, chaises de plage, pack-n-play, poussette.

Nous espérons rendre votre séjour aussi confortable que possible, afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et faire quelques souvenirs des jours de plage d'été!

Désolé, pas de proms ou de locataires de moins de 26 ans. Pour les locations d'hiver du 1er octobre au 30 avril, nous acceptons généralement les locations mensuelles à plus long terme.

3rd stay !

I love this house ! 3rd time here - we usually come up annually to visit family and friends. You can walk to the beach, walk down Main Street for coffee or a variety of places to eat, there is a 7/11 near by, a grocery store right down the street, and they have the most dog friendly house I’ve ever used as a Vrbo. All that plus easy, direct, and kind communication from the owners. The house is always clean and stocked so well, and we noticed quite a few upgrades this year as well. All this to say, out of all the places we have traveled with our pups, this is by far the absolute best and the only one we return to every year.

Lovely home!

It was such a pleasure staying in this wonderful home! We enjoyed a long weekend and loved the close access to Lake Cuomo and the ocean nearby. David and Cat were quick to respond to any questions we had and we had no issues with our stay. Hope to rent here again soon!

Another Amazing Time!

We've stayed multiple times in the cute, very clean and cozy Blue Bungalow in Lake Como! David and Cat are truly amazing to work with, very responsive and this Bungalow is perfect in every way! Very spacious home, Kitchen and Misty loved the fenced in yard 🐾 !! So close to everything and loved our morning sunrises and bike rides! Can't wait for next Summer! 💙

Belmar Beach Stay

My family and I had such a nice time staying at this charming home. The neighborhood was friendly and the house so clean! I particularly enjoyed using the outdoor shower each day and having a nice pasta dinner and coffee! on the porch with the family. I sure hope to return soon!

Excellent stay

We’ve stayed at many places and this is at the top of the list! Great location near lakes and ocean, pickleball courts, train station, and restaurants, and the house itself was very clean, comfy, and spacious. The communication with owners was terrific - quick responses to questions and helpful tips - since this was our first time in the area.

Magical house and shed

We had a wonderful 7 days at this magical home which seemed to expand to fit our needs and the space distribution was perfect for cooking together, board games, having coffee outside - both front porch and the large table in the back yard. The shed had everything we needed for the beach, and the walk was within quick walking distance, including one route which took us straight by Lake Como. We spent our mornings at the home lounging, our afternoons at the beach, and our evenings playing Settlers of Cataan and & Wonders. The outdoor shower was a hit with everyone, and we all slept well with the window units air-conditioning. The dishwasher and the washer and dryer worked great, and the keyless entry was so easy for a large group. Our pups enjoyed the backyard, and all the walks by the lake around the beautiful neighborhoods on the other side of the lake. We appreciated being close enough to walk to the shore with enough distance that our days and nights were peaceful and quiet. The host and hostess were communicative, accessible, and kind. The house was a great shore cottage, We hope to return to this space again.

Lovely house and amenities

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is well kept with all the necessary amenities provided. We enjoyed the comfy L-shaped couch on the rainy days watching the Olympics and the outdoor porch as well. Walked and biked to the beach - great beach location with lots of places to eat nearby.

Great family destination!

We stayed here with our family (including a toddler, baby, and dog) and we all had a great time! The fenced yard was perfect for us, and they had all the beach gear you could want! It’s a great house in a nice location. We would definitely return.

Another year of memories

This is our 5th year staying here. After a two year hiatus, the updates were very welcoming. The kitchen update was amazing and the addition of a dishwasher was most welcoming when you feed a crew. Everyday was a beach day. We can’t wait for next year. This house is our home for a week.

Memories

This is a very nice house. I can’t think of anything we needed. We had perfect weather and enjoyed the beach everyday which is a short walk, approximately 15 minutes . For our morning walk we went around Lake Como which was only two blocks away and had a comfortable path around the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by how cool the house was during the hot days. The front porch for morning coffee and the backyard where we sat after dinner while my grandchildren and grand puppy ran off energy, were both perfect. Great memories were made at this house and I would highly recommend a stay there. Plus we had an internet question and the owner was rapid with a response.

+ Fast Host replies, easy check in, Love the porch, clean, well stocked, 2 tvs, cornhole, fenced yard for dog, good rooms & comfortable beds. Good location to eateries/ etc. - Gets hot 2nd floor. Could use more air conditioners. Bbq didnt work or hammock & could use upgrade on patio chairs/cushions Bit of walk to beach or tough get parking if driving.

Such a wonderful place to stay and amazing hosts! There was a challenge during our stay but the hosts quickly answered and helped us out. They were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough :) can’t wait to come back!

Lovely weekend at the Shore

Had an amazing long weekend at this cute bungalow. David and Cathlin were the perfect hosts. They were communicative and made check-in and check-out super easy. The property was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely book again!

Another Great Stay!

Just wrapped up another great stay at this fantastic Bel Mar bungalow. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors... walking distance to the beach, and just a few blocks off Main Street where you'll find lots of restaurants open all year round. Cathlin and David are constantly improving this already adorable spot, with the latest update being a completely renovated kitchen. Loved the addition of a dishwasher, but the best perk about this the Lake Como cottage is the fenced-in yard for people and pups to enjoy. Will definitely stay again!

Escape to the Beach

Our stay at this home in Belmar was very charming totally relaxing even during this bad rain we had the house rental had games, comfortable furniture ,the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very accommodating. Pretty much whatever you would need to cook is available a 10 minute walk to the beach. Location is great. Front porch is wonderful. Backyard is really nice. Looking forward to visiting again,, people go check it out !! The owners, the Shapiros are terrific, communication is super ,getting right back to you when you have a question or concern. 😊

Excellent Bungalow for our wedding stay

We were in town for nephew's wedding and enjoyed staying at this property. It is an older home that they are working to update and was just fine for our stay. We got to spend some time with both our daughters and our toddler granddaughter. They had everything we needed!

We have owned this property for 7 years, and we are dedicated to constantly improving our home for you to enjoy it! Our primary residence is only 40 minutes away from Belmar, so we are available for your questions and to address any issues should they arise during your visit.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We looked at many houses in the Belmar area before falling in love immediately with this property. It had everything on our "checklist" - 3 bedrooms, front porch, outdoor shower, off-street parking and a shady backyard. The house was built in 1920 and you can feel how solid it is. It is spacious enough inside for a large group of people to feel like they are not on top of one another. We really enjoy the front porch the most!
