Villa Arcadia (8 couchages) est une villa flambant neuve, contemporaine, luxueuse, climatisée avec 4 chambres chacune avec sa propre salle de bains et tous ayant leur propre balcon privé. L'intérieur spacieux et confortable a été conçu pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Dehors, il a une piscine privée à débordement avec une extrémité peu profonde et un jardin en terrasses avec des zones de bronzage.

Il y a des chaises longues au bord de la piscine et de charmants coins repas et salon ombragés. Il y a aussi une superbe terrasse sur le toit qui offre un endroit parfait pour prendre un verre le soir. La villa offre de superbes vues sur la mer et la montagne dans l'emplacement idéal et paisible de la baie de Kalamar. Il est à moins de 5 minutes à pied des clubs de plage locaux où vous pourrez bronzer, nager dans les eaux claires de la Méditerranée, dîner ou profiter de la gamme complète de sports nautiques qui sont disponibles. Perfect Stay

Had such an amazing time at the property! Such a lovely villa and gorgeous pool! If we ever had a problem it was sorted so quickly! Only thing is maybe to have some cutlery so we could have maybe done a bbq one night. Would definitely visit again! Thank you!!

Thanks for your kind comments Laura and we wish to have you back hopefully at some point in future. We actually have full range of cutlery for 8 people in the villa which is stored in a second hidden drawer behind one of the main drawers of kitchen cabinets. Apologies that i forgot to mention this to you. Hope you have a safe jourmey back home.

lovely town and restaurants, town 10 minutes walk although it is hilly and taxis required to return, local beach club 10 mins away there are some good local taverners to near where we stayed including one called The Brothers We will return

Beautiful Kalkan Villa

The house was perfect for our family group. Beautifully designed, furnished and equipped. Perfect pool and outside areas to relax. Amazing views of Kalkan Bay from the top terrace. Close to beach bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk into town. Taxis home were easy and affordable. Our host was unbelievably efficient, arrival instructions were clear and any queries dealt with immediately via WhatsApp. We can’t wait to return again😊

We absolutely loved this villa and recommend it to groups of 6-8 people. It is well equipped and each bedroom brings something special to the stay. Kemal was the most responsive Villa owner we have ever dealt with. For example, when we reported the hot tub not working, he sent someone round to deal with it immediately. When this did not fix the problem, he arranged for a new one to be craned in!! (It’s on the roof terrace). Although a little out of town, we loved the location and spent a few happy days at the nearby beach club (very friendly). The nearby massage place was amazing and so friendly. Carrefour is a quick walk up the hill and there are quite a few restaurants and bars just a 10 min walk (town is a good 25 min walk, but taxis very reasonable). My only personal negative of my stay in Turkey this year were the dogs. We were attacked by 2 on our walk to the local restaurant which was frightening if you don’t like dogs (me) and left us a little concerned walking alone.

Fantastic property, great to stay and communicate with

We have just got back from seven days at the Villa and we’re delighted we chose to stay there. The property itself is stunning, and so well appointed in terms of space, fixtures and fittings. The owner/agent Kemal is a pleasure to deal with. He responds quickly, does what he says he will do, and goes out of his way to help. Upon arrival there were a couple of minor issues. One quick message to Kemal and they were rectified straight away…just what you need to let you get on and relax. The Villa is located in Kalamar, which is a short and pleasant stroll to the centre of Kalkan should you wish, and a ridiculously cheap taxi fare back if like us are too lazy to walk back. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in either area, and all great value and very hospitable We last visited Kalkan five years ago, and many new houses have sprung up since then, and continue to do so. However what has not changed is the charm of the town, and the genuine warmth of the local traders and desire to offer great service. At the price we paid,?it was great value for money, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to those discerning travellers who also appreciate good service and value.

Beautiful Villa Tucked Away in Kalamar

This villa is a real gem. It has been furnished in a modern, state of the art way but still manages to maintain a feeling of warmth and comfort. The master bedroom (upper street level plus one floor) is enormous, with a really comfortable sofa and footstool, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There are two lovely, spacious bedrooms on the upper street (Front Door) level. All the furnishings are comfortable and sophisticated. Two floors up from the upper street level there is a 4th, smaller bedroom which we didn’t use but which would be fine for youngsters. (3 of the 4 of us are in our 60s!) This fourth bedroom gives access to the roof terrace where there is a fab jacuzzi hot tub, comfortable seating and a very welcome fridge. The views from up here are stunning. On the ground floor (lower street level), the kitchen is fully equipped, spacious with plenty of cooking and eating tools. The lounge is very comfy and the pool area has the option of shade or (hot!) sun. We chose Kalamar because we like the option of a 5 minute stroll to local restaurants as well as the 4 minute taxi into Kalkan proper. This villa really is an excellent place to stay. Kemal was on hand on the very few occasions we needed him but not at all intrusive in any way. This is a beautiful, comfortable villa which we would highly recommend. 5 star!!

Amazing stay

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in this villa. Kemal is the best host we’ve encountered in all of our years renting villas through VRBO and others. His communication leading up to our holiday was brilliant & nothing was too much trouble. He was a huge help when our son fell ill, advising us of the location of the local clinic & telling us which doctor to ask for. We were so thankful for his assistance. He hooked us up with a local taxi driver who we WhatsApped for lifts into town daily as it’s a 20 min walk to the main harbour area. Burhan was always available & nothing was too much trouble. To the point that he drove my son and I from the clinic in kalkan to Fethye hospital 1.5 hours away & stayed with us for 3 hours to make sure we were ok and only tried charging us for the journey. The villa was in a great location in a quiet part of Kalamar 1 min walk away from the House bar and kitchen where we had our daily takeaway coffee and two delicious evening meals. It’s a 5 min walk to Kalamar beach club which isn’t the most swish, but had the most for our kids and was the friendliest beach club we tried. It was also 5 mins walk from a carrefour that kept us stocked with basics. Kalkan itself is lovely and had something for everyone in the evening. Balcony bar had the best cocktails and we had some great meals. There are loads of cats and dogs strolling around and if you’re scared this isn’t the town for you! Brilliant stay. 100% recommend.

Poolvilla in Kalamar

Alles so wie beschrieben. Von der Terrasse hat man ein fantastischen Ausblick. Auch von den anderen Schlafzimmern kann man von den Betten aus in die Bucht sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Kemal war sehr gut und das Check in unproblematisch. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lovely Villa

Villa Arcadia is such a lovely villa, we stayed there for 10 nights in July and it was just perfect, all rooms are spacious and well appointed and the layout of the villa is excellent. Kemal was very helpful throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Its a good location, there are some nice restaurants very near by and the town is a 15/20 minute stroll which was pleasant to walk there in the evening, we did however get a taxi back, which would only cost about £3. Can't wait to be back in Kalkan!

Great Villa, great holiday!

Very straightforward, hassle free experience renting the villa. Kemal (very friendly manager) met us on arrival to take us through everything and just a quick message away if we needed anything during our stay. Pool is great, kids loved it. Roof terrace is fantastic and great for sunset drinks! High standard of finish and furnishing throughout in each room. In the evening we usually walked up to the nearby restaurants for a drink, they will call you a taxi into Kalkan! We also whatsapp messaged taxis to the villa if we wanted to go straight into Kalkan. Location is quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this villa we had a great holiday here!
