New to Vrbo this year. Villa Rose was previously advertised on Holiday Lettings (TripAdvisor group) with multiple 5-star guest reviews. Guests particularly love the large sunny outdoor space and easy walk to town and harbour.

Villa Rose is exceptionally well located in Kalkan - everything is within easy walking distance, so no car is required. The supermarket, weekly Thursday market, cafés, restaurants and the harbour can all be reached on foot, making it ideal for a relaxed, car-free holiday. For those familiar with Kalkan, the villa is conveniently situated below the D400 in the Ortaalan area, close to the gym and market.

The villa is tastefully decorated with everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is well equipped with all the comforts of home, including broadband, WiFi, Smart 42” TV with hundreds of channels, DVD player, music system, board games, and books 📚. All rooms have air conditioning, with heating available in winter ❄️.

GROUND FLOOR 🏠

The ground floor is spacious, featuring a large sitting room, dining area, cloakroom, and a brand new kitchen with island for 2026. 🍳. Two sets of sliding patio doors open onto the large terrace with private swimming pool, offering views over Kalkan Bay 🌊.

Bedroom 1: This new ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room has been added for 2026, providing flexible accommodation for a range of guest needs.

This first floor includes two spacious bedrooms, each with its own balcony overlooking the pool and gardens:

Guests can enjoy private gardens with flowers, fruit trees, and beautiful landscaping 🌺🍊. The south-facing swimming pool measures 6.5m x 4.5m and 1.7m deep, with sweeping corner steps for easy access. There are 8 sunbeds for sunbathing .

The terrace includes a semi-shaded pergola for alfresco dining, a luxury outdoor sofa seating area, and a hammock under the trees 🌳 - perfect for relaxing out of the sun. An outdoor gas BBQ 🍖 is also available for those who enjoy cooking outside.

A guest handbook is available on arrival with lots of useful information and ideas for eating out and excursions.

For guests with babies, a cot and highchair are available.

Please note: All bookings are Saturday to Saturday, for 7 or 14 nights.

Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.
Children must be supervised outdoors and in the pool at all times.
*There is an extra charge if pool heating is required.
