Very nice stay in Madeira

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect just a bit diffuso to find a parking.

Nice flat in superb location

We stayed the 2nd time in this building. We love the location right in the heart of old Funchal, our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Same as to the bus stops to explore the island so that you don't need a car necessarily. We definitely will come back.

Excellent location, however the bathroom needs some repairs

I appreciated a lot the excellent location of the apartment. However, the fungus in the shower and incorrect bathroom ventilation needs to be fixed immediately !

Es ist ein schönes, modernes Studio im Zentrum von Funchal mit sehr guter Anbindung an alle Busverbindungen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es weiter.

Great location

Overall the apartment was great, the location is perfect and really centrally located. Be aware however that the pictures of the balcony are only from the top floor and not every apartment has this kind of balcony. The lower floors have a really small balcony which you can’t sit on.

Great location

I stayed there with my 2 teenager sons. The apartament is very well located in the heart of Funchal. There is a kitchen in it- we haven’t used though since there are breakfast and dinner restaurants everywhere around, the closest 30 sec away from the building:). Modern look, washing machine and dryer in the building made it very convenient for us. It’s a tiny place for overnight. I highly recommend this place and the entire service <3 Joanna

Clean Apartment with a good location

The Apartment was nice and clean. Even the kitchen has for a rental a lot of options and tools. The Location is perfect, 3min walk to the Harbor and 1min walk to a lot of Stores, Restaurants and more.

Cosy place at the centre of Funchal

Location is great, walking distance from most places, bus terminal just around the corner. Fully automatic access, fully equipped, cleaning service, good wifi, online support (though a bit slow). It is smaller than it seems from the pictures, I cannot imagine three people share the place. For one, or two in love, it is perfect:) Ill happily come again to spend some more home office at Madeira;)

Stay at FAA Rentals- Funchal

The appartment is excellent, location couldn'be better. The only reason why I don't rate it as excellent is the fact that our transfer t for the fly back home didn't arrive on scheduled time, which was the cause for a lot of stress.

Appartement confortable et spacieux pour 2 personnes Bonne literie Manque de verres de petite taille Odeurs nauséabondes au niveau du bloc cuisine et dans la salle de bain Excellente réactivité de FAA pour les questions ou demandes effectuées par messagerie Prix du transfert aéroport intéressant et fiable Manque de documentation (style hôtel) sur les visites à effectuer et sur sur les moyens de première urgence (médecin....) Appartement bien placé mais bruyant (même fenêtres fermées) du à sa situation sur une avenue très fréquentée
