Il est situé au 1er étage. Un espace de stationnement privé est disponible devant la maison. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Special place!

A fantastic stay in a newly built, very spacious accommodation with a lovely balcony. The place was clean, modern, and located in a calm and quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. It’s also just a short walk to Rovinj Old Town, which made exploring easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Comfortable stay close to the old city

The flat is very well located (less than 15 min walk to old town). Self-check in was very comfortable and the agency communicated very well with us. The apartmen is fully equipped and is ideal for a couple. They let us keep the car parked there even some hours after check out.

The apartment was very clean & had everything you need for a short stay. Location was good, parking for rental car, easy walk to old centre, & easy to make out of town visits from. Sound proofing from other apts. not great, bring ear plugs 😉. Good value for nice space.

Fabulous apartment! Its exactly as you see in the photos. Super clean and little extras that I haven't found in comparable places. Nice design, great bathroom. They have really thought through a lot. Terrace. Quiet area. Check in lady was super polite. Parking out front and an easy 5-7 minute walk in to the centre. Supermarket in walking distance. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Everything, decor was modern and the apartment was very well equipped. Check-in was easy and pleasant, the staff in the agency were very helpful. The apartment was approximately 10 minutes walk from Old Town , it was a lovely residential area. The photos don't do it justice.

A very nice appartment with all you need

The appartment was very nice and modern, with all things you need. It was bright and friendly, we have enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony, and we have slept well in the comfortable bed. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes per feet to the old town. The contact to the employees of Rovinj Advisor was very good, they are very competently.
