The apartment was wonderful. Everything was as advertised. The galley kitchen was well appointed. AC worked well, but it was late October. I canât vouch for how it works in summer weather. Nice comfortable bed, a rare queen size! The location in Trastevere was perfect. The nightlife lasts well into the evening but the apartment is in the back off the street so there wasnât a lot of noise. If you wander through the neighborhood you can find some nice âmom and popâ restaurants that still serve authentic Roman food. Easy walking distance to local buses and subway connections. We had no problem getting to all of the major sites. We did have an issue but VRBO was very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend the apartment.
Liked the property. Very well situated for Trastevere and also for walking into central Rome. Didnât spend much time at the property, only used it as a base for sleeping. It was ideal.
The apartment had nice amenities, including the ability to wash clothes which was a huge plus for us.We loved the central location. We did have moments that we needed to contact the owner due to my own personal card/payment struggles, and the owner was super helpful. Andrea was also super helpful and flexible with the check-in process. It was a nice, comfortable, and convenient stay.
We loved this unit as it was really clean, well-furnished and equipped. Check in process was quick and painless. Apartment was close to many restaurants and within walking distance all of the major attractions. Highly recommend staying here
Perfect apartment for our stay in Rome. We were able to utilize the private transfer that was offered by our host from the airport, which was so helpful as we are new to international travel and were a bit overwhelmed. The check in process was easy as Giulia met us at the door and made sure we were good to go. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay - hot shower, comfortable bed, small kitchen, and the best part was the incredible location. We could walk to all the major attractions in the city, but were fortunate enough to stay somewhere very special. Trastevere is where all the guides recommend for the most authentic Roman cuisine. At night the street came alive with indoor and outdoor dinning, shops, gelato etc. and was literally bustling with locals and tourists alike. We had delicious food every night, and would return from other parts of the city to make sure we spent our evenings in Trastevere. Anytime we spoke with a local about where we were staying the response was the same, "you are staying where the authentic Roman food is." Despite the merriment outside every night the apartment was completely quiet. We did not hear any street noise and slept like babies. When we return to Rome we will most definitely stay here again.
Location was nice, as long as you are willing to walk 2 miles in each direction to get to the main destinations in Rome, which we definitely always are! The reason for not getting 5 stars was the heat of the apartment. We had to keep the bedroom door closed to keep the bedroom cool for sleeping (and it still wasn't perfect); therefore, we didn't eat any of our food that we bought for breakfasts because there was no way we were sitting at the dining table in the kitchen area, and there is no living room to sit in. Unfortunately, we asked for a fan to help and one was not provided. It was hot enough and bad enough of an experience that my husband and I had a discussion on finding a hotel room and forgoing our stay, which I had also relayed to the owner after night one.
The apartment was good for our stay. There is a/c in the bedroom which was great and made sleeping comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had many amenities to offer. The only opportunity we found was more space for towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay and nicely located to restaurants, markets, and transportation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is much larger than the pictures indicate. High ceilings create a great open area. It was very close to various bus stops and we could walk to a lot of restaurants! The communication was top notch! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Amazing location, right in the heart of everything. Great restaurants and scenery, and all within walking distance. Apartment was perfect, but could have used more supplies (ie. toilet paper) as we were there for 3 nights and ran out of toilet paper on the first day. There is a store right across the street where you can buy your own supplies, however I expected that with our length of stay that should have been included.
Great location right in the heart of Trastevere. Just a 30 minute walk to all of the tourist spots we wanted to see. Apartment was bigger than the photos show.
My husband and I loved the location to walk to historical sites and for dinners in Rome. Lots of steps, and with the cobble stones, they count double for us!! It was a wonderful welcome to Trastevere, when our luggage came onto the belt 45 mins late from our flight. Though we were late to arrive, we were met by Giulia; and she showed us the place, & gave restaurant and gelateria suggestions!! It was clean, and we love the layout of the place! An umbrella was available for spring showers! We didn't hear street noise, for such a bustling area! Trastevere comes alive at night! It's nice to walk around and enjoy the music and restaurants!! Thanks to the hospitality team! We'd love to come back to stay again!!
Had a great time there for 3 nights on our Italy tour. The apartment is in the middle of a very busy dining entertainment area. Food around the area is fantastic. Check in and comunication was seamless and very friendly. The area is noisy so be prepared and the unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Thanks for the great time!
Lovely place with every amenity you could want or need. Very accommodating. When my flight was quite late arriving there was still someone waiting there for me (Igor?) and who knows how long he had to wait. Very kind.
We were surprised at all the hidden gems in Trastevere. Around every corner was a cafe, bar or restaurant. Active nightlife. A place to be spontaneous. Walking dustance to all major sites: Vatican, coliseum etc.
Property was in a great location with lovely bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Very comfortable bed well appointed kitchen if you had wanted to cook. Property nice and warm as we were there in January. Did hear noise from the restaurant t at the foot of the apartment stairs but stopped at midnight. Although this would not stop me from staying at this apartment again. Could easily walk to all the main attractions within 30 to 40 minutes from apartment. Loved our stay. D
