This newly designed Loft Town house has 2 King Bedrooms with 2 Full Bathrooms, and includes Daily maid service and Free WIFI in the rental price. We also provide hotel style amenities of shampoo, bath soap, body lotion, laundry detergent and dish soap.

A Stunning Loft Master Suite encompasses the 2nd Level and overlooks the entire unit, with en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and private sitting area. On the main level you have a second bedroom, full bathroom, W/D, fully equipped kitchen and living room that open onto an expansive terrace. The terrace has a casual seating area, outdoor dining and Gas BBQ, (no tanks) a great space to entertain family and friends.

Our Roof Top Pool has been voted “The Best” in Puerto Vallarta by our guests with 360° views of the bay and the Popular “Sky Bar” with a lively Happy Hour from 5:30pm to 8:00pm daily, a great place to make new friends. The gym is located on the lobby level with Spa Services available in our sister building right next door.

Our building hosts a 24-hour a receptionist/concierge desk to assist you at check in and 24-hour security. The concierge can help with tour bookings and choosing from the many restaurants located in the area, you won’t be disappointed with all the food choices.

Located in the highly sought after complex "Pinnacle Resorts 220" #220 in the heart of Old Town within steps of the best restaurants, beach, shops and clubs.

Stunning space. The loft itself, its terrace, comfort (beds, AC, furniture) is incredible; service outstanding-cleaning, concierge, reception, bar staff and location can't be beat. Not too close but not far...Furnicular a nice added touch but it only operates until 10pm so those with mobility issues would need to take a cab if later. Rooftop pool can't be beat. Gym is small-could use some updated equipment. Only feedback is kitchen is poorly equipped and it should be made clear it comes with no cooking supplies unlike any other vacation rentals with kitchens I have stayed in.

Perfect space and location

This was one of the most fun and accessible places that I have stayed in PV. The Town House room was large, open, secure and clean with a large patio for entertaining and balcony.The roof top pool and bar is a great place to relax or enjoy cocktails with many different nooks and lookouts. Easy access to all restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended!

Stunning unit- but the rules are too strict

The unit is absolutely stunning. The rooftop pool is nice, a little on the family side when we were there. The only real complaint is that there are no guests allowed after 11, not even with an ID the desk. A noise policy or something would be better for responsible adults.

TV wasnt very user friendly and lacked instructions for use and english channels. Condo was poorly equipped for even simple meal preparations compared to the many other condos I've stayed at in PV. Person at desk should be passably fluent in English.

Great Townhouse Condo, perfect for 2 couples

Had a nice stay at this condo. Was there for two nights only waiting for a larger group to arrive and stay at another property within PV. The Pinnacle properties are well run and clean. Would say that the properties are a mix of gay and straight folks which makes the pool scenes a bit odd. Rooftop pool is beautiful and service was ok, a bit overwhelmed due to the volume of people drinking. Beware they are building a 4th tower across the street so there is currently some construction noise during the work days. Best to leave for the beach and not be at the condo during the day. Can be loud at times during garbage pick up which is daily.

Nice place, but a lot of rules.

This place is beautiful and perfectly located. Great for two single folks or two couples. The two complaints I would have are the long list of rules they give you when you check in. We're all adults and you have my credit card - let's move on. Second complaint is that the downstairs bedroom is right next to the gym. If the gym is being used, you'll know it. I'm happy I grew up in a big family and learned to mentally block out noise. Still, the place is gorgeous and right in the heart of the romantic zone.
