Thoughtful decoration includes a magnificent private patio with your own grill and comfortable outdoor furniture.

Each of the 2 bedrooms has a king-size bed with a deluxe mattress for a good night's sleep, plus plenty of closet space.
- The master bedroom looks out to the private terrace through a large sliding door and features partial ocean and mountain views and a spacious ensuite bath.
- The guest bedroom has its own ensuite bath, a smart TV and a desk to to work from home.

The kitchen is equipped with pro appliances, sharp knives, and good gear. Walking to Conchas Chinas beach is wonderful, or for the more ambitious there's a set of 220 stairs to climb from the beach to Amapas Street or a brisk walk straight up to the top of the hill.

A new washing machine and dryer are located in the unit and available for your use.

Transportation by taxi, Uber, or bus is ubiquitous, easy, and cheap.

Walking: about 8-10 minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach, 12-15 to Los Muertos beach, and 15-20 minutes to Zona Romantica.

A member of our concierge team will meet you at the property for check-in. Afterward, you can reach them by call or text 24hrs a day.



Other things to note
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

NOTE: Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
No parties allowed and immediate eviction if the tenants have a party and tenants forfeit rent paid.
Damages payments by tenant due to parties will be doubled.
