Magnifique Penthouse de luxe dans la vieille ville d'Albufeira 2 Bed Unit 3

Grand appartement spacieux au dernier étage avec vue plein sud et balcon privé. Salon lumineux salle à manger ensoleillée avec canapé d'angle, TV écran plat, DVD et satellite. Table à manger et chaises, baies vitrées et portes ouvrent sur une petite terrasse avant avec table et chaises d'extérieur. Vue sur la mer.
Cuisine avec appareils Hotpoint, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, bouilloire et grille-pain.
Cet appartement a été meublé à un niveau élevé avec une sensation de luxe moderne. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains, cet appartement conviendrait à deux couples, un groupe d'amis ou une famille avec des enfants plus âgés. C'est le seul appartement à ce 2ème étage donnant une sensation d'intimité. Orienté plein sud vous donnera du soleil toute la journée et une vue sur les toits de la vieille ville et sur la mer.
Un appartement vraiment spécial dans un endroit sans égal dans la vieille ville.

Beautiful apartment in noisy location.

Apartment is beautiful and spacious. Weekly cleaning, close to many restaurants and bars. However, noise level at night makes it hard to sleep and’s this continues until 4 AM.

Perfect location in the centre of old town. Extremely close to beach, bars and restaurants. Can be noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs didn’t bother us. Great communication with renter. Good fun had by all

Superb Location

Second stay at this property and its just in the most perfect of locations. 2 mins walk to the square and 5 mins walk to the beach. A few reviews have mentioned the noise from nearby bars but we never noticed this. Wonderfully appointed apartment and the rooms are huge with a massive balcony as well. Claudia was as usual always available to help out if we needed anything which we did not but its good knowing she is downstairs.

Old Town Albufeira

Great location close to beach, restaurants and local supermarkets. 10 min walk to larger supermarkets accommodation is spacious and larger than expected we stayed 2 weeks with another couple. Claudia was always available and very quick to respond. Located very close to noisy bar life, you will need earplugs if you are a light sleeper as noise continues until early morning. Very enjoyable, great host would definitely book again

Fantastic stay! What a beautiful apartment! Large, bright, clean and in the heart of Old Town. Right in the middle of the excitement! Very easy access to all the shops, restaurants and bars without having to trudge up and down hills to get back and forth to the fun. The tunnel to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The escalator up to the Abufeira Trolley is an easy 5 minute walk as well.Our hosts Claudia her mother Isabel were friendly, accommodating, and accessible for any questions or issues (which we had none of).The taxi rank is directly across the street from the apartment. Just walk over and hop in a cab. Most rides around Albufeira (to the Marina, Aldi, The Strip) cost around 5 Euro, give or take. This apartment has a very large living area with comfortable leather furniture. There are two nice sized bedrooms with clean, bright linens and two bathrooms. Air conditioners in the bedrooms really cool it down, and can actually cool the entire apartment. The apartment is also in a nice, busy area and is very secure, with multiple locked access doors. We loved it here! You can sit on the spacious balcony that overlooks the area and listen to music from the nearby bar and people watch. Just take note that there is a bar across the street, and the music is very loud and continues until around 3 or 4 a.m. every night. If you enjoy the action and will be up late anyways or dont mind the music, this place is a dream location. We weren't bothered by the music at all. What a grea

Stor flott leilighet, midt i Gamlebyen. Stort oppholdsrom og to rommslige soverom med air con. To bad med dusj i begge. 1 oppholds terasse og flere små terasser. Håndklær blir skiftet 1 gang i oppholdet. Rommene var rene og kjøkkenet hadde alt man trengte, inkludert vaskemaskin .Vi er super fornøyd

Très bel appartement, très spacieux. Tout était top, appartement très bien placé etc… Seul petit inconvénient le bruit si on veut dormir tôt ! Sinon Claudia est très gentille et reste a notre disposition !

3rd Stay - Best apartment in Albufeira Old Town

We have stayed in these apartments twice before. Its a building with 3 apartments, which are beautifully decorated, extremely clean & well presented. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, there is a taxi rank across the road, restaurants & bars are less than a 5 minute walk away and there is a shop directly underneath which stocks all the items you would need during your stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you again & I am sure we will be back soon. Simone

Super Appartment

Wir haben es genossen. Die Wohnung ist toll! Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit dem Luxus, den Sie brauchen. Die Lage ist perfekt - fast zum Strand und zum Nachtleben. Der Lärm aus den Cafés könnte Sie möglicherweise stören, aber wir haben gut geschlafen (manchmal mit Ohrstöpseln). Diana, unsere Gastgeberin, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist gut erreichbar und hilft sofort wo nötig - danke nochmal Diana!

Carnt express enough on how we enjoyed our stay in the penthouse apartment..other than say we would most definitely be booking again.There was everything you needed in apartment to make your stay so relaxing for all your self catering needs. Loads of space in every room..pictures don't do its justice. Amazing all round. Thank you for the fantastic experience

Un appartement on ne peut mieux placé ! Dans l'hypercentre, propreté irréprochable, si vous voulez dormir paisiblement, ne choisissez pas cette appartement 😁. Très grand, climatisation qui marche nickel, Si je refaisait un séjour la-bas, je rechoisirais sans problème cette appartement ! Propriétaire pas du tout envahissante ! Que dire de mieux ! Merci

October Break

2nd time staying in this apartment and once again it didn’t disappoint, there were 4 of us this time but never felt crowded as it’s so roomy. Again spotlessly clean fully equipped with everything you could want (even tablets for dishwasher & washing machine) you are centrally located for old town with everything within a few minutes’ walk. Only downside the noise from bar opposite, when we were here at New Year’s thought that it was a one off, but even worse this time from midnight till 4:30 am each night solved problem by buying earplugs from chemist net door, but the sheer quality of apartment will bring us back next year hopefully. Thanks to Isabel the owner for meeting us at almost midnight and letting us in, also Loraine for handling the booking for us. Ian & Eileen Fisher

Fantastic property

My family and I stayed in units 2/3 I would just like to say that we got a lovely welcome from the owner Isobel who shows us how to use everything in the apartments. Very clean and tidy beds and towels changed regularly. Very central location taxi rank just below us, 2 min walk from beach shops bars and restaurants. Will certainly be back I recommend these apartments

Great apartments Great location

We took all 3 units for a week at xmas. Lorraine was really helpful when we booked and when we arrived we we're greeted by the owner Isobel who was really friendly. All apartments are spacious, very well equipped with modern furniture and spotlessly clean. Kitchens also contain modern appliances and gadgets. The property is very secure and Wifi signal is excellent. Location in the Old Town is amazing with bars, restaurants and the beach right on your doorstep. We had no issues with noise during our stay. Great apartments. Great location. Will definitely book again

Fabulous apartment

These are by far the best apartments I have stayed in whilst holidaying in Albufeira. We stayed in unit 3 which has 2 bathrooms ideal for our party. The booking transaction was easy and straightforward as was all contact with the owner/manager. The apartments are very central to all the bars/restaurants it can be a little noisy at times if you like to retire at night early.(This did not affect us however). Our apartment was very spacious beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with all the facilities of a real home, the balcony was huge and looked like a penthouse from outside. The beaches both Fishermans and Tunnel are within a couple of minutes walking. We found some lovely quaint restaurants serving local portugeuse food one being just at back of the apartment in the next street. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. Thank you to all who helped make our holiday.
