À propos de cet hébergement

Appartement moderne et spacieux de deux chambres au 1er étage à l'arrière du bâtiment face à une belle rue pavée loin de l'agitation. Très confortable, meublée à un niveau élevé, la cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils modernes, ce qui vous permet de passer d'excellentes vacances en location. La télévision par câble, le wifi et la climatisation sont inclus. Une petite terrasse extérieure est partagée avec l'appartement voisin qui a des chaises de table et des chaises longues. Un excellent choix pour les couples ou les familles. Une courte promenade vous amènera aux nombreux bars, restaurants, magasins, cafés et supérettes. La station de taxis est juste de l'autre côté de la rue et le petit train touristique s'arrête également à proximité pour une visite touristique de la vieille ville et du Strip.

Très bel appartement bien agencé au centre-ville Albufeira

Merci Claudia pour cet accueil ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. L’appartement est très bien situé au centre-ville d’Albufeira, près de la plage, et des restaurants/bars.

Superbe appartement

Appartements bien situé, pas loin de la plage et des restaurants, bar et magasins. Merci a Claudia qui a été a l'ecoute de nos besoins et restait disponible tout le long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés. Apartamentos bem localizados, não muito longe da praia e restaurantes, bares e lojas. Agradeço a Claudia que ouviu nossas necessidades e se manteve disponível durante toda a nossa estadia. Recomendamos este apartamento de olhos fechados.

Fabulous apartment

Just got back after a 2 week stay in these fantastic apartments. We where in apartment 1 which was large and spacious like home from home. Cleanliness was exceptional. Claudia was fabulous,answered all our questions quickly and was a great host. We had a issue with safe on arrival, i messaged her and she dealt with it quickly. Claudia is very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Apartment can be a bit noisy at night with it been smack in the middle of old town but this didnt inpact us that much as we where out enjoying the nightlife and local restaurants. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Right in the heart of Old Town Albufeira. Apartment is lovely, only problem is the smell from the outside drains which comes in thru the sinks in the bathroom. Really bad smell which really puts you off going for a shower! We had a problem with the fridge/freezer and it was replaced within 40 mins. Claudia and her family were lovely.

Our host was very friendly from the start of the rent to finish, the apartment is what we saw on the pictures here, clean and good apartment. The apartment is located near the beach, near restaurants. If we ever go back to Albufeira, this will be our apartment. Best choice

Fabulous apartment furnished to a high spec in old town Albufeira. Near to Fisherman’s beach

I have stayed in these apartments now 4 times and never disappointed. The booking site is straightforward and secure and managing agent Lorraine is really helpful. On arrival Isobel the owner meets you to take you to the apartment and show you around. There is everything you could possibly need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Lorraine is always on hand should you need anything and will liaise with owners on your behalf. The apartments are within a 2 minute stroll to the beach and there are numerous bars and restaurants on your doorstep. If you’re not a night owl, pack some earplugs and you’ll get off to sleep okay. I cant wait to book my next return stay. Don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Albufeira. Really great apartments and in a great location. No wonder they book up really quickly.

Very spacious apartment in great location

We are a group of 6 people who have just returned from a week in Old Town Albuferia. We can highly recommend these apartments. Because we needed the three bedroom we missed out on having a balcony so if its a group of 4 people ask to book the one with the balcony. Its close to bars restaurants and a 2 min walk from the beach. Lorraine and Isabel were very helpful, patient and obliging. It was noisy at night but there is such a lively atmosphere its advisable to get out and enjoy it !! The apartment is of a very high standard with air conditioning in the three bedrooms and excellent showers and cooking facilities that include a large fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. For a central location it was very safe. To gain access there were two different keys needed. Thanks for everything.

Great apartment, great location

From booking to actually arriving at the property was flawless. The apartment is literally 5 minutes from the beach and the apartment is spotlessly clean. Isabel the owner managed to give us an extra bed to cater for my large family. She was available for any enquiries. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids can't wait to visit again. It gets a bit noisy after dark from all the holiday makers drinking a bit too much but that's what a vacation is all about! Keep up the good work Isabel.

Fantastic property

Isobel the owner met us at the property showed us everything she couldn't have been nicer. The property was spotless really clean. Very central location 2 min from beach shops restaurants and bars. Taxi rank right outside property. Recommend this property to anyone. Will be visiting this apartment again.

New Year in Albufeira

From asking to view the apartments at short notice whilst on holiday in Oura and meeting Isabel the owner I knew these were the apartments we wanted to stay in. Booking and payment was simple and safe I used Pay Pal. Was concerned when read about the floods through the Old Town but Lorraine & Caroline from the management company kept me informed that the Apartments were not affected and that the ongoing work would have the Town open for New Year, ( credit must go to the Portuguese workers for completing the majority of work by December ) We stayed in unit 3 and can only say that it is an absolutely stunning apartment to stay in, we arrived late New Year’s Eve to be met by Isabel the owner who gave us a tour and explained how things worked, everything in the apartment is of a high standard and is as described on web site, the balcony overlooks the street from fishermen’s square up to Old town Square and is ideal for people watching, we had spectacular views of the fireworks at midnight. You are central for everything you need beach 2mins walk, small supermarket, Bars, Take away (which I can recommend) are all virtually next door. The apartment was spotlessly clean the windows kept any noise to a minimum on a night, the beds comfortable, you have a choice of bath or shower, and when you fully open the sliding doors in living room and the balcony become one. This apartment has set the bench mark for any future bookings, we loved it that much we immediately booked it for October this year. Thanks to Isabel, Lorraine and Caroline for giving us a great week and my wife a wonderful Birthday treat Ian & Eileen
