Exceptionnel appartement récemment rénové (2016) au dernier étage. Très bien situé: à côté de la Cauce del Turia (parc et zone de loisirs), entre Ciudad de les Arts et Palau de la Musica). Lumineux et très calme. 110 mètres carrés avec des finitions de qualité supérieure: parquet, marbre, stores électriques, isolation acoustique et thermique de qualité maximale. Hall d'entrée, salle à manger - salon, avec cuisine ouverte, deux chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain en suite. Parfait pour les musiciens: (piano Yamaha droit).

The location is excellent, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turiapark. The old town is within walking distance or just a short inexpensive taxi ride away. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable and cozy. Everything is provided, both for culinary and cultural needs.Justo is the perfect host, very helpful and discreet. We stayed 6 nights in sept/oct 25.

This was the perfect apartment for us to stay for two weeks in Valencia. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location was a short taxi ride from old town. Quiet and safe area with not too many tourists. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was easy to communicate with the owner and his manager before and during our stay. A window shade wasn’t working and he got it repaired very quickly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Valencia.

Good time had by all!

Justo's apartment is one of the nicest VRBOs or AirB&Bs we have ever stayed in. Very elegant yet also very warm and comfortable. And Justo as a host was welcoming and helpful! Good location too.

I heartily agree with many of the previous reviews of this apartment: well equipped and comfortable in an excellent location near the Arts and Sciences but also within walking distance of the city center. Justo is a great host, quick to communicate and very open with recommendations about Valencia. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, home from home.

We had a delightful stay at Justo's home, which not only boasts a rich musical history but is also conveniently located near local amusements. The host was exceptionally welcoming, regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. The apartment featured cozy beds and had everything needed for a lovely dinner in. The arrangement of the space was also quite pleasing. We are thoroughly satisfied and eagerly look forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed everything about this apartment. It had all the comforts of home, was very quiet and private and the location was ideal. It is a short walk to the City of Arts and Sciences and situated along the the beautiful Jardi del Turia park. There were great restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as excellent grocery stores within a few blocks. Justo, our host was very welcoming and treated us like family when we arrived. We instantly felt like we were home.

Fabulous apartment perfectly situated to visit Valencia

The apartment was extremely well presented with everything you need for a home from home stay. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the City of Arts, The Old Town and El Cabanyl without any difficulty. We were able to visit local bakeries and supermarkets for provisions and able to prepare a meal to eat at home. We were in Valencia during the catastrophic floods of 2024 and our communication with Justo was so reassuring. Such a fantastic host and a lovely person. We hope to return to this fantastic city in happier times.

Fantastic stay in Valencia

Justo’s apartment was perfect and comfortable for the four of us, visiting Valencia for the marathon. Within walking distance of the start and finish line of the race, close to delicious restaurants, and a short and inexpensive cab ride to La Ciutat Vella. The apartment was comfortable, very quiet, despite being in a populated neighborhood, and well-equipped, and Justo made us feel welcomed and at home in his beautiful apartment. The apartment was extremely affordable, split between the four of us as well. We had an amazing visit to this beautiful city and would highly recommend Justo’s place to anyone visiting.

Penthouse at Valencia was wonderful!

A great experience overall. Justo was attentive and accomodating at all times. The apt is strategically located and close to touristic historic landmarks, shops, restaurants, cafe and many others. It felt secure at all times, it was also quiet and comfortable. Justo has the apt well supplied in regards to all you need and even more. Do not hesitate to select this accomodation, you will not go wrong!

Amazing apartment

Justo's apartment is more amazing than it looks in the photos. So comfortable with every need catered for, a true home from home. The apartment is located in an ideal area with shops, cafes & restaurants nearby. And Justo; he stayed late to greet us after a delayed flight, welcoming us with supper, Valencian oranges & other essentials (including tooth brushes as our luggage was delayed). He really is the perfect host who regularly contacted us to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Extraordinary Stay!!!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was. The apartment is spacious. Has everything you could possibly need. Best beds and pillows for sleeping. Ultra modern kitchen. Ideally located for really good restaurants, bars, groceries and bakeries. You can walk to every city location except the ocean. Quick taxi gets you to a beautiful sea beach. The host goes above and beyond with hospitality. Extremely responsive answering questions before we arrived. Cannot wait to return in the future.

A great apartment in a great location

This apartment is tasteful, comfortable, efficient, and loaded with fine details. The layout is perfect, with a master bedroom near a private bath and the second bedroom at the other end of the apartment, also with its own full bathroom, so it is perfect for couples or a family with children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to cook full meals. It is located near the opera house and music hall, and the City of Arts and Sciences, which are major attractions. All are within walking distance through a pleasant park that was created in the old river bed. The apartment is within walking distance of many of the best Michelin-rated restaurants in Valencia, and the closest bus will take you to the center of town or the beach/port area. The owner is cultured and sophisticated, and the apartment has fine artwork and music available, and we were able to binge watch the last season of “Peaky Blinders” on the Netflix-equipped large-screen television. As New Yorkers, we felt right at home. We stayed for two weeks in the apartment (interrupted by a short trip to the mountains a few hours away), and always looked forward to returning at the end of the day. This was our sixth Home Away rental in Europe and was the best. Highly recommended.

Felt like a home

The flat is well located, tasteful and really comfortable. We felt at home surrounded by books, piano and art and the warmth and trust of Justo. We took buses and walked along the riverbed park and rested in the cool in the heat of the day. Amazing city.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Valencia, look no further. My family felt like we were at home. The apartment is beautiful and the host, Justo Romero was wonderful! He made us fell at home and the apartment has everything you need. when we go back to Valencia will will stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment was beautiful, and very comfortable. Very modern and well-appointed, with a small back terrace and rooftop view. Excellent communication with the host (A++) and easy checkin. Great location near the Turia, 10 min walk to center, buses and valenbisi, shopping. A wonderful stay.

Magnífico anfitrión, magnífica ubicación

El apartamento de Justo tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para tu viaje a Valencia. Es cómodo, con las estancias bien divididas y pensadas, muy silencioso y a tiro de piedra de la Ciudad de las Artes (puedes ir caminando por el Jardín del Turia), del Palau de la Música y, claro, del propio Parque del Turia. El garaje es opcional pero si vas con coche es muy recomendable, porque te olvidas de él durante la estancia y te mueves en bicicleta (Justo nos ofreció, pero no las usamos) o andando o en transporte público. La casa es muy evocadora con muchos motivos musicales, y qué decir del piano, que Justo ofrece y deja tocar, incluso a mis hijas pequeñas, que lo disfrutaron bastante. Relaja bastante tocar un poco, aunque no tenemos ni idea :-) Tiene un supermercado en la puerta, varios restaurantes, y no tienes que preocuparte por comprar agua, ya que el grifo tiene un sistema de purificación. La decoración, equipamiento y mobiliario están muy cuidados con todo lujo de detalles. Volvería.

Tener en casa a Maikel, Ana y las pequeñas Carmela y la pianistita Victoria ha sido una maravilla. Personas encantadoras, empáticas, de enorme y fina sensibilidad. Ni que decir tienen que dejaron la casa absolutamente recogida, tal como la encontraron (o quizá incluso mejor!!!!, jaja). En fin, y si encima cuando llegas al apartamento y te encuentras un mensajito de las dos princesitas ("Muchas gracias Justo por prestarnos tu casa. Carmela y Victoria") pues ¡qué más se puede esperar!!!!!!
