Located between the cathedral city of Chichester and the beautiful town of Arundel, Laura Lye Holiday Lets are offering this gorgeous four bedroom country house set in glorious grounds with private swimming pool. Glebe House is in easy reach of the sea and is less than 5 miles from Goodwood racing circuit making it an ideal choice for Goodwood visitors. There is private parking for 4 cars.

Inside the house there is a spacious family kitchen with a large dining table which leads onto a family room with TV, darts and junior pool table. There is a comfortable living room with open fire, a formal dining room, ground floor toilet and utility room with washing and drying machines.

Outside there is a long table and BBQ on the terrace for al fresco dining, a beautiful, spacious garden and swimming pool (open May to September) and is a wonderful addition to the Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a four poster king size bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds bringing the maximum sleeping capacity to 8 guests. There is a family bathroom.

Please note that this house is used as a family home for much of the year and so although cupboards will be cleared for your use there will be various drawers etc which are solely for the use of the owners. The house is really comfortable but as the family have 3 boys do be aware that it is not designer perfect - it's just a gorgeous family home! There are 2 studies which will be closed off.
