Appartement situé sur la plage de Levante à Benidorm, juste à côté de la mer dans le quartier de Rincón de Loix. Cet espace confortable de 40 mètres carrés est parfait pour les couples, les petites familles ou les groupes allant jusqu'à 4 personnes qui recherchent un séjour confortable et lumineux.



L'appartement dispose d'une chambre principale équipée de deux lits individuels et d'un canapé-lit double dans la zone commune, offrant de la flexibilité pour différentes configurations de repos. La distribution intérieure est conçue pour maximiser le confort, avec une salle de bain complète avec douche et sèche-cheveux et une cuisine américaine équipée, qui comprend des appareils électroménagers tels que réfrigérateur, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, cafetière et une large variété d'ustensiles de cuisine.



Le logement se distingue par ses équipements modernes : climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, connexion internet par fibre à haute vitesse et WIFI gratuit. Télévision Smart TV. Les amateurs de praticité trouveront un fer à repasser à leur disposition. Clean and tidy . Great location beautiful views excellent value for money The key for the gate and lobby door was dodgy. Had to wriggle it about it get it to open.

The view of the sea was amazing, also location was perfect. Maybe 1 or 2 english chanels on tv.

We believe that you have confused yourself with an aparthotel, since the concierge called us because you had asked several cleaning girls from other apartments when they were going to clean. On the whole it was a great holiday

The location is great for everything it was clean and a good size for 2 people Sadly, it wasn’t as well maintained as it could have been. There were tiles missing from the shower floor and more came loose while we were there. The shower riser rail didn’t hold the shower head up properly and there was the usual leak from the shower that you usually find in Spanish properties-something we’re quite used to 😉

Las vistas maravillosas,el apartamento estaba bien,los chicos de Booking muy amables. Lo único que no me gustó fue el sofá cama ajajaja, 5 días acabe con bastante dolor de espalda.

Great location Great Location

Location was brilliant. Price was good Bedroom was tiny. Last time we stayed in Carabelas 3 and it was superb. This room was so different. Bedroom was tiny with no windows and made us Ill had to move out to another hotel. Would still book again because of cost and location but would book block 3.

La neteja de l&#39apartament a la nostra arribada podria haber estat millor y l&#39apartament tenia algun desperfecte com mal estat de les cortines, una prestatgeria mig caiguda i pintura tacada, però res prou greu com per dir que l&#39apartament no està prou bé.

Bien!!!

La ubicación sin duda alguna!!! Sales a la calle en primera línea y tienes de todo!! El coche guardado en el parking que se agradece mucho porque no hay sitio para aparcar. El apartamento es amplio, tiene algunos desperfectos pero para unos días se está bien. Al llegar nos atendió Martina, que fue muy simpática y nos entregaron las llaves mucho antes de la hora de entrada en cuanto lo tuvieron preparado, fue todo un detalle ya que entre la calor y los niños la hora de entrada normal era bastante tarde. Algunas cosillas estaban sucias y el sofá cama era incómodo.
