Everything was amazing and accommodating. I would highly suggest a new bed frame for the primary room downstairs. Itâs the only reason I didnât give a full five stars. I needed my rest.
Our second time staying on this property while playing golf at Bandon Dunes. A more beautiful setting would be hard to find. Ocean views from every room and Sheep Ranch golf course from some. Total privacy but close to golf and restaurants. Canât imagine a better place.
This house and location were wonderful. We went into Bandon and explored the town and beaches but probably enjoyed hanging at the house more. Sitting outside in the chairs in the sun with the view was bliss! Hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Oh and we were thrilled there was a barbecue.
Have stayed at this property multiple times now. And we appreciate it more and more every time. Love the location, the layout, the quality of the home for our needs, and the views, the views, the views. Thrilled you added the BBQ grill too. Great addition.
We had an easy check in, stay and everything needed. It's a nice property for sure. We didnt have internet for most of the stay as we find out someone damaged the lines up the road so that was difficult to get any work done. Otherwise...it's a place we will come back for sure. Thanks Sam.
Place is beautiful and very easy to get to and from Bandon Dunes golf course. A BBQ or hot tub for the sore muscles from golf would've been great but even without those, it is still 5 stars. House is well appointed, clean, and quiet. Wonderful.
The view of the ocean was spectacular. The property sits alone atop a bluff. Driving across the pastures on the approach to the property gave it such a special feeling. Highly recommend it!
Everything was great. If youâre looking for any suggestions, this place is hard to improve on! Our only suggestions for a guesthouse that sleeps six are, we would have appreciated 2 more Adirondack chairs, in addition to the 4 for all 6 guests to enjoy or some weather durable alternatives for the additional 2 guests.
The only other suggestion would be for an outdoor gas grill option.
Awesome week and property! Thank You!
My wife and I had a couple of our golf friends join us for the week and played multiple courses at Bandon resort. The house was perfect for our needs, with 3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It was close enough to the golf courses to be very convenient and the views were awesome. I loved sitting at the dining table and watching the waves roll in. We lucked into a wonderful week of sunny weather and had a perfect "bucket list" golf trip.
Stayed for five days for golf at Bandon Dunes. This accommodation looks great in itâs listing and far surpasses expectations in person. The views alone make it a matchless experience.
- This is a B-E-A-U-tiful property away from the mad-den-ing crowd.
- No hint of neighbors but for the very distant golf hole and an occasional beach walker a hundred and fifty feet below - your own private Oregon.
- The spacious place is comfortable, well kept up, and well stocked; including wildlife.
- Easy to ride Mtn. Bike to the great smooth trails (beginner to advanced) in the unlogged deep old-growth forest. If you go early, you won't see another bike).
- It is quite impossible to access the beach directly from the house but access is a few minutes each way by car and the beautiful, but impenetrable, Gorse results in virtually nobody on the beach below the house. There is also spiny undergrowth over most of the property (hard on pet's feet (but they don't wander) and guests need closed-toe shoes) but walking the roads and the house surround are fine; you feel like you are the only people around with excellent views of the ocean and beach.
- Great cooking facilities and foodie food in Bandon and Coos Bay; 1/2-hour either way.
- close to great beach, forest, and dune hiking, beach fires, incredible sunsets.
- Property manager excellent as is the internet.
- 23 acres of quite solitude for recharging with quick access to recreational activities.
- So worth the price as long as you can handle no people.
- We had 2 couples but house would not be crowded with 3 for the 3 comfortable bedrooms (and 3 "full" baths.
- Garage is large and stores all gear.

This place was fantastic and even better than when we stayed here the year before. The views are magnificent and it has great privacy while being able to look out over Sheepâs Ranch when you are not playing. We will be back next year!
John & Darcy built this dream house in 2005. They appreciate clean lines, natural beauty, and with John's Scottish heritage, a European feel. After nearly 10 years of raising Highland cattle in the pastures and taking care of the land, they moved to sunnier climates. Darcyâs daughter Erin grew up on this land and oversees the house with the help of Exclusive Property Management, Inc., a locally-owned property management company.
