The garden has a grassy lawn bordered with plants and has views of the coastal path.  The pretty Lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, free Wi Fi and doors to the pool area, while the dining table has 6 chairs. Well-equipped for holidays, the separate Kitchen, has all electrical appliances, cookware, crockery, pots & pans you'll need, and it has direct access to the pool patio with sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and a dining set for al fresco meals by the pool.

Also on this level, the main Bathroom has bath/shower and toilet.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe.  Upstairs again, the Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bath/shower, bidet & toilet and doors to a super veranda with 2 chairs to enjoy the lovely sea views.
Please note:  With the two bedrooms on different floors, this villa may not suit a family with small children.
Villa 1 has full Air Con and a well-maintained pool and garden.  With everything in Burgau just a short walk, a car is not needed. If you have a car, there is free parking in front of the villa, and you can discover other beaches and villages and delight in the natural beauty of Costa Vicentina's Parque Naturel.
Located in the colourful former fishing village of Burgau at the edge of the Natural Parque, this fabulous self-catering villa has private swimming pool & garden, attractive interiors, contemporary bathrooms, air conditioning and heating and is a few minutes' walk from Burgau village & beach.

Burgau village has traditional houses, small shops & supermarkets, ATM, church, bars and lots of superb restaurants. Narrow sloped cobbled streets lead down to the gorgeous sandy Blue Flag beach which also has a very good beach bar. The village is full of character and has lots of excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and local produce. There are fabulous cliff/coastal walks and drives nearby.

Lagos the lovely regional capital is 10 mins. drive away. It has lots of shops, bars, nightlife, abundant historic buildings & churches, marina, wonderful markets and a zoo. It is a delight to wander through the cobbled/calcada streets within the ancient town walls soaking in the warm friendly atmosphere.

Boa Vista Golf, San Antonio Golf Resort and Espiche Golf Courses are within 8 km and there are many other courses within easy reach. Visiting golfers are welcome to all courses.

Burgau is great location for a family holiday.

There are fantastic beaches in abundance along the coast to the east and the west. The coastline to the west becomes increasingly rugged with huge towering cliffs, little protected coves and on the west coast the Atlantic rollers attract surfers all year round.
