Right at the entrance of the apartment there is a hall with a big built-in wardrobe that leads us to the main bedroom, spacious and very bright, since it’s got 4 windows, this bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower; next to the bedroom and there is also an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine.The last door of the hall gives access onto a large and sunny living room, that has a big dinning table for 6 and a lovely seating area with smart TV; the big windows open up to a long terrace with magnificent views over the Mar Menor sea, such a unique place to enjoy a meal or just chill. From the living room there is a small hallway that takes to another comfortable bedroom with a double bed, the family bathroom with bathtub and a third bedroom with two twins.The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the living room.
