Excellent property and location, plenty of size for two people. Dining and shopping close by as well, cannot go wrong with this unit!

Wonderful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, our condo was clean and decorated nicely. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we still slept great because we were exhausted from all the fun we had. Overall great place to stay!

Nice vaca stay...

We had a great time and got what we paid for so we were happy with that. We were at the beach mostly but if I ever needed anything the property staff was great. The unit was clean and the noise level was very low so we all slept great!

Great location

The property was very clean upon arrival. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful and the walk to the beach is super convenient. The property had everything available that we needed with an added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beds were comfy which is a bonus! The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would 100% stay here again without any hesitation.

The room was beautiful. The view was amazing from the balcony! The room also had everything you need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Loved every thing about this place. The kids loved the bunk beds

Family vacay with Bertha

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and very nice. It had a great view of the beach. It was convenient to the beach. The pool and fitness facilities were clean and well taken care of. During our stay i inquired online about getting some more rags because there were only 3 and there were 4 of us. I never received a reply. I went to the desk Tuesday and asked for more and was given 3 more. By the 5th day we had used both large trash bags and the tiny roll of paper towels. When i asked for more I was told we were given the starter pack and that was all we could get. Fortunately a few minutes after we got back up to our rental she brought us 2 more trash bags. We bought our own paper towels and toilet paper. Also one or two of our facility bracelets broke.

Fabulous 2+ Week Stay!!

Great communication with property manager. Unit was better than pics (upgraded furniture/TV). Extremely clean & every kitchen utensil you could possibly need, very well equipped. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool and area eateries & stores. And the view from the LR & patio is breathtaking! Stop at Winn-Dixie and have them steam some fresh peel & eat shrimp! Highly recommended this condo. Would stay again most definitely!

Family vacation!

We had a great time! The unit was clean, beds weren’t extremely comfortable but they worked. The chairs at the property to use at the beach were broke and the hair dryer did not work. Other than that, it was a blast! Thanks for having us!!

Nice condo with a great location…

Our stay was just about perfect. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was great with good restaurants and a great beach. The only issue we experienced was a musty smell when we first arrived. This was likely from the closet in the master bathroom where beach chairs and equipment were likely put away when wet. Overall, a wonderful week with fabulous weather! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed the view of the gulf from our balcony. We had no issues. It was nice having beach chairs available for beach use. We walked to dinner each night which was definitely a plus.

The only matter that we had with this location was that the apartment door was one sided Keyless, with no option on the inside part to be locked, so even my 1,5 year old was always opening the door to run outside. This was the only "headache" that this apartment gave us.:-)
