Keuka Lake - Charmante maison toute l’année avec 100 pieds de façade est du lac Keuka. Superbe cuisine ouverte avec comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et carrelage en céramique. Cette maison comprend 4 chambres, une mezzanine et 2 nouvelles salles de bains. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des planchers de bois franc, un garde-manger complet et un bar humide! Découvrez la vue panoramique sur le lac Keuka depuis l'intérieur ou le spacieux porche au bord du lac. Détendez-vous près de l'eau dans la maison de plage (avec électricité) ou sur le toit-terrasse. Zone de plage spacieuse avec walk-in progressif, parfait pour les plus petits! Foyer sur la plage ... prêt à faire griller des guimauves! Nous avons maintenant deux foyers, un bateau à rames et un kayak 2 personnes disponible pour votre plus grand plaisir!

The location is excellent! Our family included our children and grandchildren, all of whom agreed this was one of our favorite places of our now 11 annual summer getaways. Perfect beachfront with two docks and easy access for the little ones. The covered deck overlooking the lake was perfect for our large group dinners and where we spent late evenings.

Had a wonderful week with my sons and their families. I was pleased to be greeted by the host when we checked in and appreciated the gift of wine and Italian bread. Perhaps the best thing about this property for our large group( besides the beautiful hydrangeas ) was the variety of seating areas which gave everyone their space as well as two decks surrounding the swimming area.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were responsive and available for any questions and were wonderful to work with.

This was a great location, being next to all the wineries, 3 minutes to town. The home was very clean, plenty of space to spread your legs, and great porch.

Great Lake House

The property was just as described! Four couples spent a fantastic long weekend here. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, lots of spots to hang out (living space, covered porch, and of course the dock/beach area) and is also close to town for essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had tough weather but were still able to enjoy a great week of family time. The house is spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, great views/lakefront plus very close to town. On the good weather days we could use kayaks and the paddle boat, on the not so good weather days we enjoyed puzzles and breweries in town.

Beautiful home - better than the pictures!!!

We had the best time celebrating our bride this weekend. Check-in was a breeze the location was close to downtown Penn Yann which made picking up any items we forgot a breeze! The view was amazing and the lake front was more than we could have asked for, we spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee, afternoons by the water and evenings on the deck. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and to get ready in the bathrooms. I will definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!

A wonderful lake house

Our family loved this lake house for so many reasons: plenty of parking, large beach area, many outside gathering places to sit and enjoy fantastic lake views, a mix of inside renovations as well as old-fashioned cottage charm. Communication with owner was excellent. We would love to rent here again!!

This is our 4th yr staying on Keuka. This property checked all the boxes! What really sealed the deal was the covered porch.The bedroom configurations worked great for us and the waterfront/yard was the best we’ve had. The location and closeness to Penn Yan was perfect! We can’t wait to return again next year!

Perfect family space

From the front, a deceptively little house, but once inside, it offers multiple spaces for one-on -one conversations, games, etc. The children loved the main room which offered a tv for their movies and floor space for games. We all gathered there in the evenings to discuss our day, as well as on the porch, perfect for cocktails and watching nature and thunderstorm!The room arrangements worked well and allowed us a bit more privacy upstairs. Thank you for the thoughtful welcome basket; much appreciated-

Perfect Keuka Week

This home was perfect for us. So much space both inside and outside. It was so accessible for my mom which was a highlight for us all. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pans etc. Waterfront area and docks made for hours of family fun! We cannot wait to return and make more memories!!!!

Just like home

This property was utterly fantastic. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the boat dock was like new. The house is warm and cozy so you feel right at home. It was the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. Nice kitchen supplies in great condition, everything you need. The kayak and rafts were a great plus. Spent lots of time on great porch. Loved this place so close to Penn Yan.

Perfect family & friends vacation spot

We loved this house for its old lake house charm and beautiful views! The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Walking up to the chirping birds and views was amazing! We cooked. We danced. We jumped in the lake. We played games. We roasted marshmallows by the fire pit. And we enjoyed restaurants and a nearby winery! Thank you, Linda, for being such a great host and the communication. 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time with their family and friends.

A home with history

We were in the area for a wedding and took the opportunity to bring our boat to enjoy the lake. They have 2 docks on the property, the one to the north is the one for guests. We have a 25’ boat, and while it will fit on the dock, a 3rd set of cleats would make it better for a boat that big. We really liked the character of this home and others like it. Knowing that generations of a single family have made great memories there is something you cannot get from the brand new home. The kitchen and bathrooms were all great. This house doesn’t have central air, but does have window AC units and ceiling fans in every room.

Great location

Our family rented this house for the Fourth of July week. We had a great view of the fire works!! ( I’m not sure if there is a bad view). None the less, it’s a great location, not to far from Penn Yann , close to Keuka Spring Vinard. Good size driveway for parking, nice size yard for can jam. Wonderful waterfront with a Stoney beach, there is no grass as soon as you get in the water. The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable and inviting. Well kept and maintained. Overall experience was Wonderful and we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful cottage right on the lake

Our group of 4 stayed for four nights and had a great time! We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and getting my husband away from all his medical issues. The house was extremely clean, roomy, comfortable, fully stocked, and convenient to the town of Penn Yan and all the wineries along the lake. The towels and linens were soft and fresh. The appliances were all new and worked perfectly. There was even a charging station with all the major cords ready to use. Although the weather was less than perfect, we did get to experience a lovely sunset as well as a nice campfire during our stay. We all had a wonderful little vacation and would highly recommend Linda and Colleen’s cottage on Keuka Lake!

Wedding weekend getaway.

We rented this lake home for our son’s wedding weekend and could not have been happier with the accommodations! They had everything we would need…to include a beautiful and spacious lake front property and lots of rooms/beds for extended family. Linda was great with communication and was so very accommodating with checkin & checkout! The weekend was busy and weather was not that cooperative (except for wedding day!) so we don’t feel we got to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked…but we would definitely return in the future! That being said, this lake home is close to some of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes, so we made the best of our time! Thank you Linda and family for sharing this great place with us!

Complete Relaxation

We were so pleased with our stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family. The first floor bedrooms and bath made it easy for my parents and my mother in law to visit with us. The home was well appointed, with everything we could possibly need. Coffee on the deck every morning, even the chilly ones. The kitchen was roomy enough that we could prepare meals with ease, the dining area was perfect for our group of 5. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. We had a truly lovely time, and it was very relaxing. Great location, close to town but very quiet. The hosts were very communicative. They let us know of some great places to try. The oak Hill bulk market was amazing I highly recommend it. Already looking forward to the next time.

Fabulous Family Lake House

With my husband's 62nd (!!) PYA high school reunion scheduled for September this year, we gathered our family from Rochester, Virginia and points south for a Wonderful long weekend at the lake. For 3 generations getting together for the first time in years, this house gave us the space, the amenities and the ambiance of a true Keuka Lake cottage. We had plenty of beds for 12 with space leftover. Lots of room in the house to gather as well as out on the porch, around the campfire and for lakefront activities. If you're looking for Very accommodating Hosts, a Beautiful and convenient spot on the Lake and a house to meet all of your family's needs... This is the place! Clean, Comfortable, Convenient. We'll be looking at renting again next year. Thank you Linda and Colleen!
