BIENVENUE à Cocoa Beach! Nous voulons une unité de plage à une chambre depuis longtemps, nous l'avons maintenant! Vous allez AIMER L'UNITÉ Richard Arms # 12 récemment rénovée! Notre SEULEMENT 1 chambre juste à la plage! Finalement! Une unité MAGNIFIQUE de 1 chambre à coucher qui dort 3 pour vos vacances!

Si vous êtes en bonne santé et que vous pouvez normalement voir et monter et descendre les marches, vous AIMEREZ l'unité # 12! Si vous êtes âgé ou avez du mal à voir ou à parcourir les marches, NE louez PAS cet appareil. Nous avons pris une photo des étapes afin que vous puissiez les voir (avec atterrissage à mi-chemin), veuillez les voir dans les images ci-dessus. L'unité # 12 est au deuxième étage d'un immeuble à condos sans ascenseur. Si vous êtes en bonne forme et capable de monter et descendre les marches correctement pour accéder à un condo, vous n'aurez aucun problème et vous adorerez votre séjour à l'unité # 12! Cependant, si vous êtes malade, faible, âgé ou avez des problèmes de santé et / ou de vue et que vous ne voyez pas correctement pour naviguer dans les étapes, NE louez PAS cet appareil.

Beautiful Location

Our place was located within a short walk to the beach and had a beautiful view! Lots of delicious restaurants nearby for both seafood lovers and those who don’t enjoy seafood. Highly recommend this location as it was quiet and enjoyable.

The property was clean, cute and had a great beach vibe. Very relaxing and steps away from the ocean just as advertised. Great weekend retreat for friends, nice safe neighborhood to take walks in the am/pm.

Wonderful location, peaceful oasis

This was such a nice retreat while I was working remotely and visiting family. I enjoyed walking to see the sunrise and taking breaks to see the ocean throughout the day. It's close to lots of places to get food too and also awesome to see the rocket launches from the space center. I decided to extend my stay one extra day and the hosts were super responsive when I was adjusting the length of stay.

Was very nice, walked to the beach everyday (takes 1 minute). About a quarter of a mile from the pier so it wasn’t very touristy which I love. Everything was either a quick drive or walk away. Everything was great!

Great location.

There were a few issues with getting the rental contract sent to me, but were resolved before we left for the trip. The unit is nicely equipped and is exactly like the listing pics. Loved the proximity to the beach. There was an issue with the front door of the unit when we arrived, but the host reacted quickly and we had a wonderful stay.

clean and comfortable. great location, easy walk to beach. 2nd floor unit, no elevator. bring quarters for laundry, no change machine on property and quarters are hard to get at local businesses.

Wonderful condo!

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, a nice couch with a large flat screen TV plus a smaller flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Very close to covenience stores, a few bars/restaurants, and a 15-20 minute walk to a large grocery store. It's also on a bus route. The beach was a short walk through a nice path.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleasantly surprised at this rental. Renting a one bedroom condo for the first time, I wasn't sure what I would be getting. But, I found it to be "homey" and very comfortable. It was easy to find and close to everything - restaurants, sports bars, shops, groceries, and so forth. Kennedy Space Center was about 12 minutes away. It made for a wonderful time and I would be happy to stay again.

Clean and comfortable close to the beach

While the outside of the building is still under restoration construction from the hurricane in the fall of 2017, the inside of this condo is exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable and surprisingly roomy. It comes with some beach gear - chairs, umbrella, boogie board, etc. So, make sure you check the hall closet before purchasing your own! This property also has a dedicated parking spot (1 only) so you don't have to worry about where to park. (Unless someone illegally parks in your spot, then it becomes a headache.) If you are having any visitors, there are a handful of spaces at the end of the street by the beach. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider staying here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the place was clean, and when I text the lady about someone in my parking spot, she said she would handle it, so I went to the store and came back and my spot was open. Although it is decently cleaned, I came across 4 **** roaches during our stay, one of which was in my bed. Also the air conditioner is in the bedroom which can be a good and bad thing. Good because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, bad because of the noise. I sent the lady an email about the **** roaches and never heard a word back from her. I will say the location is spot on as far as the beach being right there. There was also beach chairs and everything you need to get to the beach for our stay. Although almost everything has been updated besides the bathroom, I still would not ever consider staying her again due to the **** roaches.

Appartment war sauber, ruhig und mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken aber hat alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist ca. 30m vom Appartement entfernt. Alle Informationen wurden per E-Mail geschickt. Leider wurden aber keine E-Mail-Anfragen beantwortet. Trotzdem würde ich das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Hatte dort eine schöne Zeit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely apartment on the upper floor. Description was a little off,no king-size bed but two full size beds. No dishwasher. Also no answers from the owner nor vacation rentals to questions. Very close to the beach. Very clean. Chairs and umbrella for the beach and cooler incloset. A little outdated but very quaint. Keurik coffeemaker,toaster,microwave, fridge with icemaker,hairdryer, stove and vacuum on site. Some little ants in dinning area. Overall nice stay!
