Nice place for a girls getaway

Nice place for a girls getaway. This was our second stay at this property, and it is immaculate and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Check in instructions were clear and we had no problems.

Spring break getaway with grandkids.

The property was what we asked for with 3br & 3 bath. I feel that the vrbo could use updating. Overall it was a good place close to everything.

Great Girl's Getaway location

We were six ladies on a girl's weekend and loved our stay. The elevator made it easier for one of us with mobility issues, and the walk-out patio was lovely. The condo was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we could need, (except for a corkscrew, which we left for the next guest!) The central location made it easy to take the back roads to get around the Branson traffic and we decided we will make this an annual event and hope to be back next year! Thank you for your attention to details.

Listing said walk out but also said elevator but walk out to me meant no stairs to deal with walk from parking lot to front door but that wasn’t the case. Other than stairs we loved the condo

We have been coming to Branson for 22 years. This was by far my worst experience with VRBO.

The property was nice. We enjoyed our stay at Thousand Hills. I was very unhappy with that we had to do all the contacting work to even get checked in to our condo. We also had no internet and TV because it was out the entire time of our stay and was not going to be able to be looked until the day we left. I will look for individual owned condos from here on out. James Griffith

Nice but not cleaned well

I would of given this place an all 5 star review but the cleaning crew is not doing a very good job. Stains on table runner, trash found in places that wasn't picked up. Could just tell it was a hurried job and not done well, so I wouldn't stay there again. I would like to say that the communication with the manager was EXCELLENT! She got back to me right away via text and was very nice and accommodating.

A Good back up plan

This was near where we usually stay, however our original booking was sold and our reservations canceled even though we had booked it back in August and they canceled in Feb. This stay was not too bad, even though it was $400 more than our original booking, we were mislead about getting our reservation back. The new owner did NOT want to rent for fear of losing money...? I emailed Vrbo and go NO response. So it is highly unlikely we will use them or recommend them again.

Old an worn out

I’m sure at one time this was a top notch condo and could be again. Everything was worn out and had an old dirty look about it. The carpet was filthy except for under the area rug. The sofa and chairs were saggy, faded, and had ground in dirt and stains. The paint on the walls was dirty and worn off due to furniture hitting it. Mattresses were saggy. Blankets had sketchy stains. We arrived 30 minutes after the check in time and the house keeper was still there, so we had to wait until she mopped and then everything was wet, of course. It’s a shame to let a nice place get to this point.

Close to everything but…

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. We go for a girls weekend trip each year. This condo is conveniently located close to everything so we love that. It’s nice to have the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, the owner really, really needs to update the couch. Every year it looks more worn, this year it actually had a tear in it. It says it’s a pull out bed for guests but there is no way I’d let anyone sleep on it. The couch cushions are so worn out and almost flat. As every year, we’ve not only mentioned that but the person who cleans, needs to do a MUCH better job of it. I have pictures of dust so thick on bedroom nightstands, lamps, etc. It is clear that things have not been dusted in months. The flower arrangement they have on table, has dust on it so bad that the flowers almost look gray. The wall by the one chair has been scraped so bad, the wall really needs to be fixed/repainted. The tv also needs to be replaced as it’s so hard to hear, we even turn it all the way up to 100 but, without subtitles, you can hardly understand what’s being said. These are all things I mentioned last year. We were hoping those suggestions would be taken to heart and fixed this year but, no luck. We really do love the location but not sure we’ll continue to stay there if it continues to be neglected. The owners really do need to take a look. I’m sure we’re not the only people who feel this way about the cleanliness and the outdated, poor condition furniture.

Should not say WALK-OUT

Nice place to stay but it should not say WALK-OUT in the description. This was very deceiving and the elevator was very far away for any elderly person. Very roomy. Curtains need washed. Maybe add more dishes, bowls for mixing, and big glasses. Not enough for a large group to use even for one meal. Overall a nice and quiet place to stay though.

Needs improvement

Would not recommend this property. One of the bedrooms had a window shattered, that appeared to have been that way a while due to discoloration, this prevented the room from staying at a comfortable temperature. The linens had holes, the shades had dust a mile high, the property did not seem kept up with. The unit is right on the road and you could hear the cars passing by all night.

Nice! Ad stated that there was an elevator, but it didn’t say how far away it was. Had to use stairs to get to and from condo. Three of us have arthritis and had a hard time!!!! Will not be able to stay here again.
