Profitez de luxe pour moins cher! Bienvenue à 'FarFarAway'. Belle, spacieuse et semi-isolée Entièrement mis à jour, montagne, cabane en bois rond. Nous venons transformé notre sous-sol non fini en une salle de jeux qui comprend une table de billard, un bar, d'arcade, et d'un sauna à infrarouge avec une chambre supplémentaire et salle de bains. Il est décoré avec soin pour vous faire sentir à la maison ou si vous avez besoin de faire un peu de travail, il est WiFi. Cuisine entièrement équipée pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment cuisiner. Vues saisonnières et montagne ronde. Triple terrasse en bois privée pour votre confort en plein air, y compris le bain à remous et la terrasse personnelle du maître. Grande chambre avec de hauts plafonds et cheminée en bois à l'étage principal. Super endroit pour les enfants à partir. Ceci est dans une communauté fermée sécurisé avec une belle piscine extérieure ouverte de Memorial Day à la fête du Travail, des courts de tennis, de la randonnée et des activités sur le lac.

Situé sur Walnut Mountain, un privé haut de gamme gated community seulement trois miles du centre-ville historique Ellijay et quinze miles de la belle et pittoresque centre-ville de Blue Ridge. Les deux Ellijay et Blue Ridge ont merveilleux magasins et des restaurants. Également situé dans la demi-heure de Murphy, Caroline du Nord et McCaysville, Tennessee. This was the perfect getaway. The cabin was in a safe and quiet gated community. It was was clean and very spacious. Our family loved the basement game room (pool table/arcade), and we enjoyed all the outdoor seating options (including the hot tub). The host provided clear information and was very responsive via text. Overall, a great relaxing weekend. We would definitely book this cabin again.

Beautiful Cabin

The host was very responsive, check in was easy, and the durections were great. The cabin had beautiful views, was well stocked with dishes and plenty of space. The teenagers LOVED the pool table downstairs!

Great Cabin

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. Once we figured out how to get into the gate it was better. The instructions sent to us were a little outdated but the owner got back with us quickly. The inside of the cabin was tidy and welcoming. The outside living space needed to be cleaned. The furniture was dirty and there were alot of spider webs and spiders. Beds were adequate and having 3 bathrooms was great. It was myself, my husband, and our 4 teenage sons. They LOVED the pool table and dart board. We did have to buy our own darts and fix a couple of the pool sticks from prior use I assume. All in all a great stay but would've been better if we could've spent more time outside. We just didn't want to have to clean the space during our trip.

Lovely place with great views of the mountains. Needs some maintenance - we had several things that didn't work and written instructions given were not accurate. Owner did respond to help but it took 24 hours before response. Owner apologized and did correct some of the issues.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed every second of our time at this cabin. The location was beautiful, private, relaxing and at the same time close enough to things you needed and wanted to do. We loved taking picnics to the stream and eating in the picnic area. Overall just a wonderful time

Perfect cabin and location!

Wonderful cabin for family or small group! We had a great time at the small lakes, pool and tennis court while on WALNUT MT. Lots of deer and even saw two bear the first morning!! The Far Far Away cabin will be a future stop for my family!!

Enjoyed my time here with three girlfriends. Excellent communication with the host and crystal clear instructions to make everything easy. The cabin is nicely appointed and we especially enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and beautiful mountain views.

Wildlife Views and easy access to town

I would definitely stay here again. I do think some repair should be done, the outlet in the upstairs bathroom does not work. A few holes could be patched ect. That being said, the host was great and very responsive and we truly had a wonderful stay!!

Spectacular!

My family & I had a wonderful stay for our yearly Georgia trip! This cabin has everything one would need & more. It is great for both children & adults. They also had movies galore, which is perfect for downtime. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were a little on the hard side. It would not change our mind about staying here again because it was just an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend! I also would like to note the owners were so easy to talk with & get in contact with! Just simply amazing!!

Absolutely breathe taking

This was my first vacation ever in 35 years of life. Florida girl, born and raised. This property was absolutely breathtaking taking. The hills are super steep to get to the location, so definitely use low gear... Perfect space for a family stay. We stayed from the June 4th until 10th. Plenty of beautiful places locally to enjoy nature and get away from the big city. Definitely recommend. Unfortunately I forgot my checkout time and date so I ran into some issues. All & all an absolutely gorgeous stay!! Bring Deer Corn.. thats a thing.

2nd time stay and booked again

This was our second stay and we’ve already booked our third. We really like the 3 separate bedrooms with the extra twin bed area to accommodate all of us. But truly the 3 deck views along with all of the amenities (pool table, hot tub, sauna, grill, heater for the decks, fireplaces, and multiple tv’s with good WiFi) has made this cabin hit the top of my kids favorite cabin to visit. The fact that this cabin has 3 floors can be difficult for people if they have trouble with stairs. However, the upside is that each bedroom area is separated by floors giving some privacy. Also, there is a bedroom on the main floor for anyone that may need it.

Excellent Family Getaway

Gorgeous setting! Saw a bear and deer. I loved the cabin because it had absolutely everything you need to enjoy time with family: 3 great bathrooms, pool table, darts, sauna, an extensive collection of DVD’s that you can use on any one of the 6 tv’s available, washer/dryer, dishwasher, arcade game, and hot tub! Beautiful views from each deck with plenty of seating. It was nice to have a bedroom with a full bath on each floor giving some privacy at each level. Loved that it was fully stocked with toilet paper, soap, and plenty of towels as well as what you need to cook in the kitchen. **If you have someone In your party that has difficulty with stairs there are only a few up and down from the parking and a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor with kitchenso should accommodate someone that has difficulty. We cannot rate the other amenities as they were closed to vacationers due to COVID, but the pool looked awesome and was quite large. No doubt I will consider coming here again and recommending it to friends! Owner was helpful and communicated well. The only thing I wish for our family was an additional gate key since we were in two vehicles. Should note that the parking is tight and can only fit 2 vehicles, but there can be additional parking for another car near the gate.

Such A Disappointment... This could be an amazing cabin with some repairs and DEEP CLEANING!

We arrived 30 minutes early & the cleaning lady was still there, which wasn't a problem. The problem started when she asked my daughter to make the bed in the her room. Out of politeness, she did it. I had to text the owner to inform him that we were at the cabin but I had never received the email stating what the code was to get in the door. He called me back & told me that I wouldn't receive that until I texted him the signed rental agreement. I told him I had sent it to him 4 days prior & got confirmation from him that he received it. After he realized his mistake I was sent the 'Welcome' email. While preparing food on Friday night my husband tried to open the bottom drawer & it was stuck. Once he got it opened we saw a baking pan with a 'sticky mouse trap' stuck to it. When he opened the oven we saw the most disgusting oven I have ever seen & without oven racks. We were told that they were outside on the bottom deck. On Saturday while walking barefoot to a rocking chair with my coffee, I cut the bottom of my foot on a nail that wasn't all the way into the board. My husband immediately called the owner who told us where there owners closet key was so that HE could get a hammer & REPAIR the nails that were exposed. After 30 minutes of BANGING all the nails were properly flush with the boards along the middle deck. On Saturday night we noticed that the air was running outside but nothing was coming out of the vents. We called the owner & was told that we would have to wait until the next day for a repair to be made... Again, my husband fixed it. When I went to the pool on Sunday I was greeted by a very nice man who asked for our 'CARD'. I told him what was put into our rental agreement as to how we were to inform him of where we were staying... I even showed him. After 20 minutes of trying to figure things out I went back to the cabin to find this card. I finally found it mixed in with the Ingles Rewards Cards. I took it to the nice gentleman & after 45 minutes was able to enjoy the pool. The shower liner on the Master Bath was absolutely disgusting. We got clean towels out of the dryer in order to have the amount of towels promised. We ran out of toilet paper while we were there - the rolls on the holders were 1/2 used and no spares were provided. Everywhere we looked we saw places that needed to be cleaned or repaired. My husband spent Father's Day Weekend working on their cabin... I think compensation should be made!!!

The cabin is in a secured neighborhood which created a sense of safety. Lots of private spaces and gathering spaces to use. Cabin was well equipped for everything you might need. Host was responsive when contacted. My only two areas of concern were that the outdoor decks were dirty and the interior needed some love. Chair cushions were covered in dust/dirt and spiderwebs. Indoors there was peeling paint, torn rugs, indoor ice and water dispenser did not work. Overall we enjoyed our stay, tons of stuff to do in the surrounding areas!

Walnut Mountain Cabin

Great place for family vacation. Three levels, each with full bath and bedroom, so plenty of privacy for everyone. Beautiful Mountain View. The only negative is the curvy roads and the steep steps to the cabin, but that is just how it is in the mountains. Plenty of room and everything you need right there. Owners available for all of my questions and responded very quickly to my texts. Very nice pool area close to the cabin.

Great Cabin

We loved this secluded cabin. Scenic view from the three decks. Lots of wildlife including deer every morning and afternoon. The hot tub, pool table, wet bar and arcade game kept us entertained. I think I counted 8 TVs throughout the cabin. Sitting around one of the electric fireplaces at night was the perfect way to end each day!

Great amenities, especially for the price. The house is starting to show some wear and tear though, and could use some TLC (for example: fraying carpet in the basement, wall dings & scratches in all bedrooms & basement, water rings on the ceiling in a few places, super-loud blower on upstairs gas fireplace). No major complaints - we enjoyed our stay!
